Acts 7:34
I have seen, I have seen the affliction of my people which is in Egypt, and I have heard their groaning, and am come down to deliver them. And now come, I will send thee into Egypt.

And the people believed: and when they heard that the LORD had visited the children of Israel, and that he had looked upon their affliction, then they bowed their heads and worshipped.
וַתֵּרֶא אֶת-עֳנִי אֲבֹתֵינוּ בְּמִצְרָיִם וְאֶת-זַֽעֲקָתָם שָׁמַעְתָּ עַל-יַם-סֽוּף׃
And didst see the affliction of our fathers in Egypt, and heardest their cry by the Red sea;
וַיַּרְא בַּצַּר לָהֶם בְּשָׁמְעוֹ אֶת-רִנָּתָֽם׃
Nevertheless he regarded their affliction, when he heard their cry:
וַיְהִי בַיָּמִים הָֽרַבִּים הָהֵם וַיָּמָת מֶלֶךְ מִצְרַיִם וַיֵּאָֽנְחוּ בְנֵֽי-יִשְׂרָאֵל מִן-הָֽעֲבֹדָה וַיִּזְעָקוּ וַתַּעַל שַׁוְעָתָם אֶל-הָֽאֱלֹהִים מִן-הָֽעֲבֹדָֽה׃
And it came to pass in process of time, that the king of Egypt died: and the children of Israel sighed by reason of the bondage, and they cried, and their cry came up unto God by reason of the bondage.
ὅτι καταβέβηκα ἐκ τοῦ οὐρανοῦ οὐχ ἵνα ποιῶ τὸ θέλημα τὸ ἐμὸν ἀλλὰ τὸ θέλημα τοῦ πέμψαντός με
For I came down from heaven, not to do mine own will, but the will of him that sent me.
וַיֹּאמֶר אֱלֹהִים אֶל-מֹשֶׁה אֶֽהְיֶה אֲשֶׁר אֶֽהְיֶה וַיֹּאמֶר כֹּה תֹאמַר לִבְנֵי יִשְׂרָאֵל אֶֽהְיֶה שְׁלָחַנִי אֲלֵיכֶֽם׃
And God said unto Moses, I AM THAT I AM: and he said, Thus shalt thou say unto the children of Israel, I AM hath sent me unto you.
וַיֹּאמֶר אַךְ-עַמִּי הֵמָּה בָּנִים לֹא יְשַׁקֵּרוּ וַיְהִי לָהֶם לְמוֹשִֽׁיעַ׃
For he said, Surely they are my people, children that will not lie: so he was their Saviour.
וּבְנָבִיא הֶעֱלָה יְהוָה אֶת-יִשְׂרָאֵל מִמִּצְרָיִם וּבְנָבִיא נִשְׁמָֽר׃
And by a prophet the LORD brought Israel out of Egypt, and by a prophet was he preserved.
וַיֹּֽאמְרוּ בְנֵֽי-יִשְׂרָאֵל אֶל-יְהוָה חָטָאנוּ עֲשֵׂה-אַתָּה לָנוּ כְּכָל-הַטּוֹב בְּעֵינֶיךָ אַךְ הַצִּילֵנוּ נָא הַיּוֹם הַזֶּֽה׃
And the children of Israel said unto the LORD, We have sinned: do thou unto us whatsoever seemeth good unto thee; deliver us only, we pray thee, this day.
יְהוָה הַט-שָׁמֶיךָ וְתֵרֵד גַּע בֶּהָרִים וְֽיֶעֱשָֽׁנוּ׃
Bow thy heavens, O LORD, and come down: touch the mountains, and they shall smoke.
לוּא-קָרַעְתָּ שָׁמַיִם יָרַדְתָּ מִפָּנֶיךָ הָרִים נָזֹֽלּוּ׃
Oh that thou wouldest rend the heavens, that thou wouldest come down, that the mountains might flow down at thy presence,
שָׁלַח מֹשֶׁה עַבְדּוֹ אַהֲרֹן אֲשֶׁר בָּֽחַר-בּֽוֹ׃
He sent Moses his servant; and Aaron whom he had chosen.
καὶ οὐδεὶς ἀναβέβηκεν εἰς τὸν οὐρανὸν εἰ μὴ ὁ ἐκ τοῦ οὐρανοῦ καταβάς ὁ υἱὸς τοῦ ἀνθρώπου ὁ ὤν ἐν τῷ οὐρανῷ
And no man hath ascended up to heaven, but he that came down from heaven, even the Son of man which is in heaven.
אֵֽרֲדָה-נָּא וְאֶרְאֶה הַכְּצַֽעֲקָתָהּ הַבָּאָה אֵלַי עָשׂוּ׀ כָּלָה וְאִם-לֹא אֵדָֽעָה׃
I will go down now, and see whether they have done altogether according to the cry of it, which is come unto me; and if not, I will know.
וְיָֽרַדְתִּי וְדִבַּרְתִּי עִמְּךָ שָׁם וְאָֽצַלְתִּי מִן-הָרוּחַ אֲשֶׁר עָלֶיךָ וְשַׂמְתִּי עֲלֵיהֶם וְנָֽשְׂאוּ אִתְּךָ בְּמַשָּׂא הָעָם וְלֹֽא-תִשָּׂא אַתָּה לְבַדֶּֽךָ׃
And I will come down and talk with thee there: and I will take of the spirit which is upon thee, and will put it upon them; and they shall bear the burden of the people with thee, that thou bear it not thyself alone.
כִּי הֶעֱלִתִיךָ מֵאֶרֶץ מִצְרַיִם וּמִבֵּית עֲבָדִים פְּדִיתִיךָ וָאֶשְׁלַח לְפָנֶיךָ אֶת-מֹשֶׁה אַהֲרֹן וּמִרְיָֽם׃
For I brought thee up out of the land of Egypt, and redeemed thee out of the house of servants; and I sent before thee Moses, Aaron, and Miriam.
וְגַם׀ אֲנִי שָׁמַעְתִּי אֶֽת-נַאֲקַת בְּנֵי יִשְׂרָאֵל אֲשֶׁר מִצְרַיִם מַֽעֲבִדִים אֹתָם וָֽאֶזְכֹּר אֶת-בְּרִיתִֽי׃
And I have also heard the groaning of the children of Israel, whom the Egyptians keep in bondage; and I have remembered my covenant.
וְכִֽי-הֵקִים יְהוָה׀ לָהֶם שֹֽׁפְטִים וְהָיָה יְהוָה עִם-הַשֹּׁפֵט וְהֽוֹשִׁיעָם מִיַּד אֹֽיְבֵיהֶם כֹּל יְמֵי הַשּׁוֹפֵט כִּֽי-יִנָּחֵם יְהוָה מִנַּֽאֲקָתָם מִפְּנֵי לֹֽחֲצֵיהֶם וְדֹֽחֲקֵיהֶֽם׃
And when the LORD raised them up judges, then the LORD was with the judge, and delivered them out of the hand of their enemies all the days of the judge: for it repented the LORD because of their groanings by reason of them that oppressed them and vexed them.
וַיֵּרֶד יְהוָה לִרְאֹת אֶת-הָעִיר וְאֶת-הַמִּגְדָּל אֲשֶׁר בָּנוּ בְּנֵי הָֽאָדָֽם׃
And the LORD came down to see the city and the tower, which the children of men builded.
