Ephesians 4:10

ὁ καταβὰς αὐτός ἐστιν καὶ ὁ ἀναβὰς ὑπεράνω πάντων τῶν οὐρανῶν ἵνα πληρώσῃ τὰ πάντα

He that descended is the same also that ascended up far above all heavens, that he might fill all things.)
