Therefore I esteem all thy precepts concerning all things to be right; and I hate every false way.

Τοιοῦτος γὰρ ἡμῖν ἔπρεπεν ἀρχιερεύς ὅσιος ἄκακος ἀμίαντος κεχωρισμένος ἀπὸ τῶν ἁμαρτωλῶν καὶ ὑψηλότερος τῶν οὐρανῶν γενόμενος
For such an high priest became us, who is holy, harmless, undefiled, separate from sinners, and made higher than the heavens;
מָצָאתִי דָּוִד עַבְדִּי בְּשֶׁמֶן קָדְשִׁי מְשַׁחְתִּֽיו׃
I have found David my servant; with my holy oil have I anointed him:
יְהוָה צַדִּיק יִבְחָן וְרָשָׁע וְאֹהֵב חָמָס שָֽׂנְאָה נַפְשֽׁוֹ׃
The LORD trieth the righteous: but the wicked and him that loveth violence his soul hateth.
וְאִישׁ׀ אֶת-רָעַת רֵעֵהוּ אַֽל-תַּחְשְׁבוּ בִּלְבַבְכֶם וּשְׁבֻעַת שֶׁקֶר אַֽל-תֶּאֱהָבוּ כִּי אֶת-כָּל-אֵלֶּה אֲשֶׁר שָׂנֵאתִי נְאֻם-יְהוָֽה׃
And let none of you imagine evil in your hearts against his neighbour; and love no false oath: for all these are things that I hate, saith the LORD.
εὑρίσκει οὗτος πρῶτος τὸν ἀδελφὸν τὸν ἴδιον Σίμωνα καὶ λέγει αὐτῷ Εὑρήκαμεν τὸν Μεσσίαν ὅ ἐστιν μεθερμηνευόμενον ὅ Χριστός·
