Hebrews 10:28

ἀθετήσας τις νόμον Μωσέως χωρὶς οἰκτιρμῶν ἐπὶ δυσὶν ἢ τρισὶν μάρτυσιν ἀποθνῄσκει·
He that despised Moses' law died without mercy under two or three witnesses:
