James 2:9

εἰ δὲ προσωποληπτεῖτε ἁμαρτίαν ἐργάζεσθε ἐλεγχόμενοι ὑπὸ τοῦ νόμου ὡς παραβάται

But if ye have respect to persons, ye commit sin, and are convinced of the law as transgressors.
