I have fought a good fight, I have finished my course, I have kept the faith:
ἀλλ' ἵνα γνῷ ὁ κόσμος ὅτι ἀγαπῶ τὸν πατέρα καὶ καθὼς ἐνετείλατο μοι ὁ πατήρ οὕτως ποιῶ Ἐγείρεσθε ἄγωμεν ἐντεῦθεν
But that the world may know that I love the Father; and as the Father commandment, gave me even so I do. Arise, let us go hence.
ὅτε οὖν ἔλαβεν τὸ ὄξος ὁ Ἰησοῦς εἶπεν Τετέλεσται καὶ κλίνας τὴν κεφαλὴν παρέδωκεν τὸ πνεῦμα
When Jesus therefore had received the vinegar, he said, It is finished: and he bowed his head, and gave up the ghost.
Ὅτε ἐξῆλθεν λέγει ὁ Ἰησοῦς Νῦν ἐδοξάσθη ὁ υἱὸς τοῦ ἀνθρώπου καὶ ὁ θεὸς ἐδοξάσθη ἐν αὐτῷ·
Therefore, when he was gone out, Jesus said, Now is the Son of man glorified, and God is glorified in him.
ἐὰν τὰς ἐντολάς μου τηρήσητε μενεῖτε ἐν τῇ ἀγάπῃ μου καθὼς ἐγὼ τὰς ἐντολὰς τοῦ πατρός μου τετήρηκα καὶ μένω αὐτοῦ ἐν τῇ ἀγάπῃ
If ye keep my commandments, ye shall abide in my love; even as I have kept my Father's commandments, and abide in his love.
πάτερ δόξασόν σου τὸ ὄνομα ἦλθεν οὖν φωνὴ ἐκ τοῦ οὐρανοῦ Καὶ ἐδόξασα καὶ πάλιν δοξάσω
Father, glorify thy name. Then came there a voice from heaven, saying, I have both glorified it, and will glorify it again.
καὶ ὅ τι ἂν αἰτήσητε ἐν τῷ ὀνόματί μου τοῦτο ποιήσω ἵνα δοξασθῇ ὁ πατὴρ ἐν τῷ υἱῷ·
And whatsoever ye shall ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son.
λέγω γὰρ ὑμῖν ὅτι ἔτι τοῦτο τὸ γεγραμμένον δεῖ τελεσθῆναι ἐν ἐμοί τὸ Καὶ μετὰ ἀνόμων ἐλογίσθη· καὶ γὰρ τὰ περὶ ἐμοῦ τέλος ἔχει
For I say unto you, that this that is written must yet be accomplished in me, And he was reckoned among the transgressors: for the things concerning me have an end.
ἀπεκρίθη ὁ Ἰησοῦς Οὔτε οὗτος ἥμαρτεν οὔτε οἱ γονεῖς αὐτοῦ ἀλλ' ἵνα φανερωθῇ τὰ ἔργα τοῦ θεοῦ ἐν αὐτῷ
Jesus answered, Neither hath this man sinned, nor his parents: but that the works of God should be made manifest in him.
ἐγὼ δὲ ἔχω τὴν μαρτυρίαν μείζω τοῦ Ἰωάννου· τὰ γὰρ ἔργα ἃ ἔδωκεν μοι ὁ πατὴρ ἵνα τελειώσω αὐτά αὐτὰ τὰ ἔργα ἃ ἐγὼ ποιῶ μαρτυρεῖ περὶ ἐμοῦ ὅτι ὁ πατήρ με ἀπέσταλκεν·
But I have greater than witness that of John: for the works which the Father hath given me to finish, the same works that I do, bear witness of me, that the Father hath sent me.
