Revelation 17:13

οὗτοι μίαν γνώμην ἔχουσιν καὶ τὴν δύναμιν καὶ τὴν ἐξουσίαν ἑαυτῶν τῷ θηρίῳ διαδιδώσουσιν
These have one mind, and shall give their power and strength unto the beast.
