Romans 9:11

μήπω γὰρ γεννηθέντων μηδὲ πραξάντων τι ἀγαθὸν ἢ κακόν ἵνα ἡ κατ' ἐκλογὴν τοῦ θεοῦ πρόθεσις μένῃ οὐκ ἐξ ἔργων ἀλλ' ἐκ τοῦ καλοῦντος
