וּמַתִּתְיָה מִן-הַלְוִיִּם הוּא הַבְּכוֹר לְשַׁלֻּם הַקָּרְחִי בֶּֽאֱמוּנָה עַל מַֽעֲשֵׂה הַֽחֲבִתִּֽים׃
And Mattithiah, one of the Levites, who was the firstborn of Shallum the Korahite, had the set office over the things that were made in the pans.
וְעִמָּהֶם אֲחֵיהֶם הַמִּשְׁנִים זְכַרְיָהוּ בֵּן וְיַֽעֲזִיאֵל וּשְׁמִֽירָמוֹת וִֽיחִיאֵל׀ וְעֻנִּי אֱלִיאָב וּבְנָיָהוּ וּמַֽעֲשֵׂיָהוּ וּמַתִּתְיָהוּ וֶאֱלִיפְלֵהוּ וּמִקְנֵיָהוּ וְעֹבֵד אֱדֹם וִֽיעִיאֵל הַשֹּֽׁעֲרִֽים׃
And with them their brethren of the second degree, Zechariah, Ben, and Jaaziel, and Shemiramoth, and Jehiel, and Unni, Eliab, and Benaiah, and Maaseiah, and Mattithiah, and Elipheleh, and Mikneiah, and Obed-edom, and Jeiel, the porters.
וּמַתִּתְיָהוּ וֶאֱלִֽיפְלֵהוּ וּמִקְנֵיָהוּ וְעֹבֵד אֱדֹם וִֽיעִיאֵל וַֽעֲזַזְיָהוּ בְּכִנֹּרוֹת עַל-הַשְּׁמִינִית לְנַצֵּֽחַ׃
And Mattithiah, and Elipheleh, and Mikneiah, and Obed-edom, and Jeiel, and Azaziah, with harps on the Sheminith to excel.
אָסָף הָרֹאשׁ וּמִשְׁנֵהוּ זְכַרְיָה יְעִיאֵל וּשְׁמִֽירָמוֹת וִֽיחִיאֵל וּמַתִּתְיָה וֶֽאֱלִיאָב וּבְנָיָהוּ וְעֹבֵד אֱדֹם וִֽיעִיאֵל בִּכְלֵי נְבָלִים וּבְכִנֹּרוֹת וְאָסָף בַּֽמְצִלְתַּיִם מַשְׁמִֽיעַ׃
Asaph the chief, and next to him Zechariah, Jeiel, and Shemiramoth, and Jehiel, and Mattithiah, and Eliab, and Benaiah, and Obed-edom: and Jeiel with psalteries and with harps; but Asaph made a sound with cymbals;
לִֽידוּתוּן בְּנֵי יְדוּתוּן גְּדַלְיָהוּ וּצְרִי וִֽישַׁעְיָהוּ חֲשַׁבְיָהוּ וּמַתִּתְיָהוּ שִׁשָּׁה עַל יְדֵי אֲבִיהֶם יְדוּתוּן בַּכִּנּוֹר הַנִּבָּא עַל-הֹדוֹת וְהַלֵּל לַֽיהוָֽה׃
Of Jeduthun: the sons of Jeduthun; Gedaliah, and Zeri, and Jeshaiah, Hashabiah, and Mattithiah, six, under the hands of their father Jeduthun, who prophesied with a harp, to give thanks and to praise the LORD.
לְאַרְבָּעָה עָשָׂר מַתִּתְיָהוּ בָּנָיו וְאֶחָיו שְׁנֵים עָשָֽׂר׃
The fourteenth to Mattithiah, he, his sons, and his brethren, were twelve:
מִבְּנֵי נְבוֹ יְעִיאֵל מַתִּתְיָה זָבָד זְבִינָא (ידו) יַדַּי וְיוֹאֵל בְּנָיָֽה׃
Of the sons of Nebo; Jeiel, Mattithiah, Zabad, Zebina, Jadau, and Joel, Benaiah.
וַֽיַּעֲמֹד עֶזְרָא הַסֹּפֵר עַֽל-מִגְדַּל-עֵץ אֲשֶׁר עָשׂוּ לַדָּבָר וַיַּֽעֲמֹד אֶצְלוֹ מַתִּתְיָה וְשֶׁמַע וַֽעֲנָיָה וְאֽוּרִיָּה וְחִלְקִיָּה וּמַֽעֲשֵׂיָה עַל-יְמִינוֹ וּמִשְּׂמֹאלוֹ פְּדָיָה וּמִֽישָׁאֵל וּמַלְכִּיָּה וְחָשֻׁם וְחַשְׁבַּדָּנָה זְכַרְיָה מְשֻׁלָּֽם׃
And Ezra the scribe stood upon a pulpit of wood, which they had made for the purpose; and beside him stood Mattithiah, and Shema, and Anaiah, and Urijah, and Hilkiah, and Maaseiah, on his right hand; and on his left hand, Pedaiah, and Mishael, and Malchiah, and Hashum, and Hashbadana, Zechariah, and Meshullam.
