אָז עָלָה הֹרָם מֶלֶךְ גֶּזֶר לַעְזֹר אֶת-לָכִישׁ וַיַּכֵּהוּ יְהוֹשֻׁעַ וְאֶת-עַמּוֹ עַד-בִּלְתִּי הִשְׁאִֽיר-לוֹ שָׂרִֽיד׃

Then Horam king of Gezer came up to help Lachish; and Joshua smote him and his people, until he had left him none remaining.

Joshua 12

Joshua 16

And they drave not out the Canaanites that dwelt in Gezer: but the Canaanites dwell among the Ephraimites unto this day, and serve under tribute.

Joshua 21

וַיִּתְּנוּ לָהֶם אֶת-עִיר מִקְלַט הָֽרֹצֵחַ אֶת-שְׁכֶם וְאֶת-מִגְרָשֶׁהָ בְּהַר אֶפְרָיִם וְאֶת-גֶּזֶר וְאֶת-מִגְרָשֶֽׁהָ׃

For they gave them Shechem with her suburbs in mount Ephraim, to be a city of refuge for the slayer; and Gezer with her suburbs,

Neither did Ephraim drive out the Canaanites that dwelt in Gezer; but the Canaanites dwelt in Gezer among them.

2 Samuel 5

And David did so, as the LORD had commanded him; and smote the Philistines from Geba until thou come to Gazer.

1 Kings 9

פַּרְעֹה מֶֽלֶךְ-מִצְרַיִם עָלָה וַיִּלְכֹּד אֶת-גֶּזֶר וַיִּשְׂרְפָהּ בָּאֵשׁ וְאֶת-הַֽכְּנַעֲנִי הַיֹּשֵׁב בָּעִיר הָרָג וַֽיִּתְּנָהּ שִׁלֻּחִים לְבִתּוֹ אֵשֶׁת שְׁלֹמֹֽה׃

For Pharaoh king of Egypt had gone up, and taken Gezer, and burnt it with fire, and slain the Canaanites that dwelt in the city, and given it for a present unto his daughter, Solomon's wife.

וַיִּבֶן שְׁלֹמֹה אֶת-גָּזֶר וְאֶת-בֵּית חֹרֹן תַּחְתּֽוֹן׃

And Solomon built Gezer, and Beth-horon the nether,

1 Chronicles 6

וַיִּתְּנוּ לָהֶם אֶת-עָרֵי הַמִּקְלָט אֶת-שְׁכֶם וְאֶת-מִגְרָשֶׁיהָ בְּהַר אֶפְרָיִם וְאֶת-גֶּזֶר וְאֶת-מִגְרָשֶֽׁיהָ׃

1 Chronicles 7

וַֽאֲחֻזָּתָם וּמֹשְׁבוֹתָם בֵּֽית-אֵל וּבְנֹתֶיהָ וְלַמִּזְרָח נַֽעֲרָן וְלַֽמַּעֲרָב גֶּזֶר וּבְנֹתֶיהָ וּשְׁכֶם וּבְנֹתֶיהָ עַד-עַיָּה וּבְנֹתֶֽיהָ׃

1 Chronicles 14

וַיַּעַשׂ דָּוִיד כַּֽאֲשֶׁר צִוָּהוּ הָֽאֱלֹהִים וַיַּכּוּ אֶת-מַֽחֲנֵה פְלִשְׁתִּים מִגִּבְעוֹן וְעַד-גָּֽזְרָה׃

David therefore did as God commanded him: and they smote the host of the Philistines from Gibeon even to Gazer.

1 Chronicles 20

וַֽיְהִי אַחֲרֵי כֵן וַתַּֽעֲמֹד מִלְחָמָה בְּגֶזֶר עִם-פְּלִשְׁתִּים אָז הִכָּה סִבְּכַי הַחֻֽשָׁתִי אֶת-סִפַּי מִֽילִידֵי הָֽרְפָאִים וַיִּכָּנֵֽעוּ׃

And it came to pass after this, that there arose war at Gezer with the Philistines; at which time Sibbechai the Hushathite slew Sippai, that was of the children of the giant: and they were subdued.
