אֵלֶּה מֽוֹעֲדֵי יְהוָה מִקְרָאֵי קֹדֶשׁ אֲשֶׁר-תִּקְרְאוּ אֹתָם בְּמֽוֹעֲדָֽם׃

These are the feasts of the LORD, even holy convocations, which ye shall proclaim in their seasons.

בַּיּוֹם הָֽרִאשׁוֹן מִקְרָא-קֹדֶשׁ יִֽהְיֶה לָכֶם כָּל-מְלֶאכֶת עֲבֹדָה לֹא תַֽעֲשֽׂוּ׃

In the first day ye shall have an holy convocation: ye shall do no servile work therein.

וְהִקְרַבְתֶּם אִשֶּׁה לַֽיהוָה שִׁבְעַת יָמִים בַּיּוֹם הַשְּׁבִיעִי מִקְרָא-קֹדֶשׁ כָּל-מְלֶאכֶת עֲבֹדָה לֹא תַֽעֲשֽׂוּ׃

But ye shall offer an offering made by fire unto the LORD seven days: in the seventh day is an holy convocation: ye shall do no servile work therein.

וְהֵנִיף הַכֹּהֵן׀ אֹתָם עַל לֶחֶם הַבִּכֻּרִים תְּנוּפָה לִפְנֵי יְהוָה עַל-שְׁנֵי כְּבָשִׂים קֹדֶשׁ יִֽהְיוּ לַֽיהוָה לַכֹּהֵֽן׃

And the priest shall wave them with the bread of the firstfruits for a wave offering before the LORD, with the two lambs: they shall be holy to the LORD for the priest.

וּקְרָאתֶם בְּעֶצֶם׀ הַיּוֹם הַזֶּה מִֽקְרָא-קֹדֶשׁ יִֽהְיֶה לָכֶם כָּל-מְלֶאכֶת עֲבֹדָה לֹא תַֽעֲשׂוּ חֻקַּת עוֹלָם בְּכָל-מוֹשְׁבֹתֵיכֶם לְדֹרֹֽתֵיכֶֽם׃

And ye shall proclaim on the selfsame day, that it may be an holy convocation unto you: ye shall do no servile work therein: it shall be a statute for ever in all your dwellings throughout your generations.

דַּבֵּר אֶל-בְּנֵי יִשְׂרָאֵל לֵאמֹר בַּחֹדֶשׁ הַשְּׁבִיעִי בְּאֶחָד לַחֹדֶשׁ יִֽהְיֶה לָכֶם שַׁבָּתוֹן זִכְרוֹן תְּרוּעָה מִקְרָא-קֹֽדֶשׁ׃

Speak unto the children of Israel, saying, In the seventh month, in the first day of the month, shall ye have a sabbath, a memorial of blowing of trumpets, an holy convocation.

אַךְ בֶּֽעָשׂוֹר לַחֹדֶשׁ הַשְּׁבִיעִי הַזֶּה יוֹם הַכִּפֻּרִים הוּא מִֽקְרָא-קֹדֶשׁ יִֽהְיֶה לָכֶם וְעִנִּיתֶם אֶת-נַפְשֹֽׁתֵיכֶם וְהִקְרַבְתֶּם אִשֶּׁה לַֽיהוָֽה׃

Also on the tenth day of this seventh month there shall be a day of atonement: it shall be an holy convocation unto you; and ye shall afflict your souls, and offer an offering made by fire unto the LORD.

Seven days ye shall offer an offering made by fire unto the LORD: on the eighth day shall be an holy convocation unto you; and ye shall offer an offering made by fire unto the LORD: it is a solemn assembly; and ye shall do no servile work therein.

אֵלֶּה מֽוֹעֲדֵי יְהוָה אֲשֶׁר-תִּקְרְאוּ אֹתָם מִקְרָאֵי קֹדֶשׁ לְהַקְרִיב אִשֶּׁה לַֽיהוָה עֹלָה וּמִנְחָה זֶבַח וּנְסָכִים דְּבַר-יוֹם בְּיוֹמֽוֹ׃

These are the feasts of the LORD, which ye shall proclaim to be holy convocations, to offer an offering made by fire unto the LORD, a burnt offering, and a meat offering, a sacrifice, and drink offerings, every thing upon his day:

Leviticus 24

וְהָֽיְתָה לְאַֽהֲרֹן וּלְבָנָיו וַֽאֲכָלֻהוּ בְּמָקוֹם קָדֹשׁ כִּי קֹדֶשׁ קָֽדָשִׁים הוּא לוֹ מֵֽאִשֵּׁי יְהוָה חָק-עוֹלָֽם׃

And it shall be Aaron's and his sons'; and they shall eat it in the holy place: for it is most holy unto him of the offerings of the LORD made by fire by a perpetual statute.

Leviticus 25

כִּי יוֹבֵל הִוא קֹדֶשׁ תִּֽהְיֶה לָכֶם מִן-הַשָּׂדֶה תֹּֽאכְלוּ אֶת-תְּבֽוּאָתָֽהּ׃

For it is the jubile; it shall be holy unto you: ye shall eat the increase thereof out of the field.

Leviticus 27

וְהָיָה עֶרְכְּךָ הַזָּכָר מִבֶּן עֶשְׂרִים שָׁנָה וְעַד בֶּן-שִׁשִּׁים שָׁנָה וְהָיָה עֶרְכְּךָ חֲמִשִּׁים שֶׁקֶל כֶּסֶף בְּשֶׁקֶל הַקֹּֽדֶשׁ׃

And thy estimation shall be of the male from twenty years old even unto sixty years old, even thy estimation shall be fifty shekels of silver, after the shekel of the sanctuary.

וְאִם-בְּהֵמָה אֲשֶׁר יַקְרִיבוּ מִמֶּנָּה קָרְבָּן לַֽיהוָה כֹּל אֲשֶׁר יִתֵּן מִמֶּנּוּ לַֽיהוָה יִֽהְיֶה-קֹּֽדֶשׁ׃

And if it be a beast, whereof men bring an offering unto the LORD, all that any man giveth of such unto the LORD shall be holy.

לֹא יַֽחֲלִיפֶנּוּ וְלֹֽא-יָמִיר אֹתוֹ טוֹב בְּרָע אוֹ-רַע בְּטוֹב וְאִם-הָמֵר יָמִיר בְּהֵמָה בִּבְהֵמָה וְהָֽיָה-הוּא וּתְמֽוּרָתוֹ יִֽהְיֶה-קֹּֽדֶשׁ׃

He shall not alter it, nor change it, a good for a bad, or a bad for a good: and if he shall at all change beast for beast, then it and the exchange thereof shall be holy.

וְאִישׁ כִּֽי-יַקְדִּשׁ אֶת-בֵּיתוֹ קֹדֶשׁ לַֽיהוָה וְהֶֽעֱרִיכוֹ הַכֹּהֵן בֵּין טוֹב וּבֵין רָע כַּֽאֲשֶׁר יַֽעֲרִיךְ אֹתוֹ הַכֹּהֵן כֵּן יָקֽוּם׃

And when a man shall sanctify his house to be holy unto the LORD, then the priest shall estimate it, whether it be good or bad: as the priest shall estimate it, so shall it stand.

וְהָיָה הַשָּׂדֶה בְּצֵאתוֹ בַיֹּבֵל קֹדֶשׁ לַֽיהוָה כִּשְׂדֵה הַחֵרֶם לַכֹּהֵן תִּֽהְיֶה אֲחֻזָּתֽוֹ׃

But the field, when it goeth out in the jubile, shall be holy unto the LORD, as a field devoted; the possession thereof shall be the priest's.

וְחִשַּׁב-לוֹ הַכֹּהֵן אֵת מִכְסַת הָֽעֶרְכְּךָ עַד שְׁנַת הַיֹּבֵל וְנָתַן אֶת-הָֽעֶרְכְּךָ בַּיּוֹם הַהוּא קֹדֶשׁ לַֽיהוָֽה׃

Then the priest shall reckon unto him the worth of thy estimation, even unto the year of the jubile: and he shall give thine estimation in that day, as a holy thing unto the LORD.

וְכָל-עֶרְכְּךָ יִֽהְיֶה בְּשֶׁקֶל הַקֹּדֶשׁ עֶשְׂרִים גֵּרָה יִֽהְיֶה הַשָּֽׁקֶל׃

And all thy estimations shall be according to the shekel of the sanctuary: twenty gerahs shall be the shekel.

אַךְ-כָּל-חֵרֶם אֲשֶׁר יַחֲרִם אִישׁ לַֽיהוָה מִכָּל-אֲשֶׁר-לוֹ מֵאָדָם וּבְהֵמָה וּמִשְּׂדֵה אֲחֻזָּתוֹ לֹא יִמָּכֵר וְלֹא יִגָּאֵל כָּל-חֵרֶם קֹֽדֶשׁ-קָֽדָשִׁים הוּא לַיהוָֽה׃

Notwithstanding no devoted thing, that a man shall devote unto the LORD of all that he hath, both of man and beast, and of the field of his possession, shall be sold or redeemed: every devoted thing is most holy unto the LORD.

וְכָל-מַעְשַׂר הָאָרֶץ מִזֶּרַע הָאָרֶץ מִפְּרִי הָעֵץ לַיהוָה הוּא קֹדֶשׁ לַֽיהוָֽה׃

And all the tithe of the land, whether of the seed of the land, or of the fruit of the tree, is the LORD's: it is holy unto the LORD.

וְכָל-מַעְשַׂר בָּקָר וָצֹאן כֹּל אֲשֶׁר-יַעֲבֹר תַּחַת הַשָּׁבֶט הָֽעֲשִׂירִי יִֽהְיֶה-קֹּדֶשׁ לַֽיהוָֽה׃

And concerning the tithe of the herd, or of the flock, even of whatsoever passeth under the rod, the tenth shall be holy unto the LORD.

לֹא יְבַקֵּר בֵּֽין-טוֹב לָרַע וְלֹא יְמִירֶנּוּ וְאִם-הָמֵר יְמִירֶנּוּ וְהָֽיָה-הוּא וּתְמוּרָתוֹ יִֽהְיֶה-קֹדֶשׁ לֹא יִגָּאֵֽל׃

He shall not search whether it be good or bad, neither shall he change it: and if he change it at all, then both it and the change thereof shall be holy; it shall not be redeemed.

Numbers 3

בְּמִסְפַּר כָּל-זָכָר מִבֶּן-חֹדֶשׁ וָמָעְלָה שְׁמֹנַת אֲלָפִים וְשֵׁשׁ מֵאוֹת שֹֽׁמְרֵי מִשְׁמֶרֶת הַקֹּֽדֶשׁ׃

In the number of all the males, from a month old and upward, were eight thousand and six hundred, keeping the charge of the sanctuary.

וּמִשְׁמַרְתָּם הָֽאָרֹן וְהַשֻּׁלְחָן וְהַמְּנֹרָה וְהַֽמִּזְבְּחֹת וּכְלֵי הַקֹּדֶשׁ אֲשֶׁר יְשָֽׁרְתוּ בָּהֶם וְהַמָּסָךְ וְכֹל עֲבֹֽדָתֽוֹ׃

And their charge shall be the ark, and the table, and the candlestick, and the altars, and the vessels of the sanctuary wherewith they minister, and the hanging, and all the service thereof.

וּנְשִׂיא נְשִׂיאֵי הַלֵּוִי אֶלְעָזָר בֶּן-אַֽהֲרֹן הַכֹּהֵן פְּקֻדַּת שֹֽׁמְרֵי מִשְׁמֶרֶת הַקֹּֽדֶשׁ׃

And Eleazar the son of Aaron the priest shall be chief over the chief of the Levites, and have the oversight of them that keep the charge of the sanctuary.

וְלָֽקַחְתָּ חֲמֵשֶׁת חֲמֵשֶׁת שְׁקָלִים לַגֻּלְגֹּלֶת בְּשֶׁקֶל הַקֹּדֶשׁ תִּקָּח עֶשְׂרִים גֵּרָה הַשָּֽׁקֶל׃

Thou shalt even take five shekels apiece by the poll, after the shekel of the sanctuary shalt thou take them: (the shekel is twenty gerahs:)

מֵאֵת בְּכוֹר בְּנֵי יִשְׂרָאֵל לָקַח אֶת-הַכָּסֶף חֲמִשָּׁה וְשִׁשִּׁים וּשְׁלֹשׁ מֵאוֹת וָאֶלֶף בְּשֶׁקֶל הַקֹּֽדֶשׁ׃

Of the firstborn of the children of Israel took he the money; a thousand three hundred and threescore and five shekels, after the shekel of the sanctuary:

Numbers 4

זֹאת עֲבֹדַת בְּנֵֽי-קְהָת בְּאֹהֶל מוֹעֵד קֹדֶשׁ הַקֳּדָשִֽׁים׃

This shall be the service of the sons of Kohath in the tabernacle of the congregation, about the most holy things:

וְלָֽקְחוּ אֶת-כָּל-כְּלֵי הַשָּׁרֵת אֲשֶׁר יְשָֽׁרְתוּ-בָם בַּקֹּדֶשׁ וְנָֽתְנוּ אֶל-בֶּגֶד תְּכֵלֶת וְכִסּוּ אוֹתָם בְּמִכְסֵה עוֹר תָּחַשׁ וְנָֽתְנוּ עַל-הַמּֽוֹט׃

And they shall take all the instruments of ministry, wherewith they minister in the sanctuary, and put them in a cloth of blue, and cover them with a covering of badgers' skins, and shall put them on a bar:

וְכִלָּה אַֽהֲרֹן-וּבָנָיו לְכַסֹּת אֶת-הַקֹּדֶשׁ וְאֶת-כָּל-כְּלֵי הַקֹּדֶשׁ בִּנְסֹעַ הַֽמַּחֲנֶה וְאַֽחֲרֵי-כֵן יָבֹאוּ בְנֵֽי-קְהָת לָשֵׂאת וְלֹֽא-יִגְּעוּ אֶל-הַקֹּדֶשׁ וָמֵתוּ אֵלֶּה מַשָּׂא בְנֵֽי-קְהָת בְּאֹהֶל מוֹעֵֽד׃

And when Aaron and his sons have made an end of covering the sanctuary, and all the vessels of the sanctuary, as the camp is to set forward; after that, the sons of Kohath shall come to bear it: but they shall not touch any holy thing, lest they die. These things are the burden of the sons of Kohath in the tabernacle of the congregation.

וּפְקֻדַּת אֶלְעָזָר׀ בֶּן-אַֽהֲרֹן הַכֹּהֵן שֶׁמֶן הַמָּאוֹר וּקְטֹרֶת הַסַּמִּים וּמִנְחַת הַתָּמִיד וְשֶׁמֶן הַמִּשְׁחָה פְּקֻדַּת כָּל-הַמִּשְׁכָּן וְכָל-אֲשֶׁר-בּוֹ בְּקֹדֶשׁ וּבְכֵלָֽיו׃

And to the office of Eleazar the son of Aaron the priest pertaineth the oil for the light, and the sweet incense, and the daily meat offering, and the anointing oil, and the oversight of all the tabernacle, and of all that therein is, in the sanctuary, and in the vessels thereof.

וְזֹאת׀ עֲשׂוּ לָהֶם וְחָיוּ וְלֹא יָמֻתוּ בְּגִשְׁתָּם אֶת-קֹדֶשׁ הַקֳּדָשִׁים אַֽהֲרֹן וּבָנָיו יָבֹאוּ וְשָׂמוּ אוֹתָם אִישׁ אִישׁ עַל-עֲבֹֽדָתוֹ וְאֶל-מַשָּׂאֽוֹ׃

But thus do unto them, that they may live, and not die, when they approach unto the most holy things: Aaron and his sons shall go in, and appoint them every one to his service and to his burden:

וְלֹֽא-יָבֹאוּ לִרְאוֹת כְּבַלַּע אֶת-הַקֹּדֶשׁ וָמֵֽתוּ׃

But they shall not go in to see when the holy things are covered, lest they die.

Numbers 5

וְכָל-תְּרוּמָה לְכָל-קָדְשֵׁי בְנֵֽי-יִשְׂרָאֵל אֲשֶׁר-יַקְרִיבוּ לַכֹּהֵן לוֹ יִֽהְיֶֽה׃

And every offering of all the holy things of the children of Israel, which they bring unto the priest, shall be his.

וְאִישׁ אֶת-קֳדָשָׁיו לוֹ יִֽהְיוּ אִישׁ אֲשֶׁר-יִתֵּן לַכֹּהֵן לוֹ יִֽהְיֶֽה׃

And every man's hallowed things shall be his: whatsoever any man giveth the priest, it shall be his.

Numbers 6

וְהֵנִיף אוֹתָם הַכֹּהֵן׀ תְּנוּפָה לִפְנֵי יְהוָה קֹדֶשׁ הוּא לַכֹּהֵן עַל חֲזֵה הַתְּנוּפָה וְעַל שׁוֹק הַתְּרוּמָה וְאַחַר יִשְׁתֶּה הַנָּזִיר יָֽיִן׃

And the priest shall wave them for a wave offering before the LORD: this is holy for the priest, with the wave breast and heave shoulder: and after that the Nazarite may drink wine.

Numbers 7

וְלִבְנֵי קְהָת לֹא נָתָן כִּֽי-עֲבֹדַת הַקֹּדֶשׁ עֲלֵהֶם בַּכָּתֵף יִשָּֽׂאוּ׃

But unto the sons of Kohath he gave none: because the service of the sanctuary belonging unto them was that they should bear upon their shoulders.

וְקָרְבָּנוֹ קַֽעֲרַת-כֶּסֶף אַחַת שְׁלֹשִׁים וּמֵאָה מִשְׁקָלָהּ מִזְרָק אֶחָד כֶּסֶף שִׁבְעִים שֶׁקֶל בְּשֶׁקֶל הַקֹּדֶשׁ שְׁנֵיהֶם׀ מְלֵאִים סֹלֶת בְּלוּלָה בַשֶּׁמֶן לְמִנְחָֽה׃

And his offering was one silver charger, the weight thereof was an hundred and thirty shekels, one silver bowl of seventy shekels, after the shekel of the sanctuary; both of them were full of fine flour mingled with oil for a meat offering:

הִקְרִב אֶת-קָרְבָּנוֹ קַֽעֲרַת-כֶּסֶף אַחַת שְׁלֹשִׁים וּמֵאָה מִשְׁקָלָהּ מִזְרָק אֶחָד כֶּסֶף שִׁבְעִים שֶׁקֶל בְּשֶׁקֶל הַקֹּדֶשׁ שְׁנֵיהֶם׀ מְלֵאִים סֹלֶת בְּלוּלָה בַשֶּׁמֶן לְמִנְחָֽה׃

שְׁלֹשִׁים וּמֵאָה הַקְּעָרָה הָֽאַחַת כֶּסֶף וְשִׁבְעִים הַמִּזְרָק הָֽאֶחָד כֹּל כֶּסֶף הַכֵּלִים אַלְפַּיִם וְאַרְבַּע-מֵאוֹת בְּשֶׁקֶל הַקֹּֽדֶשׁ׃

Each charger of silver weighing an hundred and thirty shekels, each bowl seventy: all the silver vessels weighed two thousand and four hundred shekels, after the shekel of the sanctuary:

כַּפּוֹת זָהָב שְׁתֵּים-עֶשְׂרֵה מְלֵאֹת קְטֹרֶת עֲשָׂרָה עֲשָׂרָה הַכַּף בְּשֶׁקֶל הַקֹּדֶשׁ כָּל-זְהַב הַכַּפּוֹת עֶשְׂרִים וּמֵאָֽה׃

The golden spoons were twelve, full of incense, weighing ten shekels apiece, after the shekel of the sanctuary: all the gold of the spoons was an hundred and twenty shekels.

Numbers 8

וָֽאֶתְּנָה אֶת-הַלְוִיִּם נְתֻנִים׀ לְאַֽהֲרֹן וּלְבָנָיו מִתּוֹךְ בְּנֵי יִשְׂרָאֵל לַֽעֲבֹד אֶת-עֲבֹדַת בְּנֵֽי-יִשְׂרָאֵל בְּאֹהֶל מוֹעֵד וּלְכַפֵּר עַל-בְּנֵי יִשְׂרָאֵל וְלֹא יִֽהְיֶה בִּבְנֵי יִשְׂרָאֵל נֶגֶף בְּגֶשֶׁת בְּנֵֽי-יִשְׂרָאֵל אֶל-הַקֹּֽדֶשׁ׃

And I have given the Levites as a gift to Aaron and to his sons from among the children of Israel, to do the service of the children of Israel in the tabernacle of the congregation, and to make an atonement for the children of Israel: that there be no plague among the children of Israel, when the children of Israel come nigh unto the sanctuary.

Numbers 18

וְשָֽׁמְרוּ מִֽשְׁמַרְתְּךָ וּמִשְׁמֶרֶת כָּל-הָאֹהֶל אַךְ אֶל-כְּלֵי הַקֹּדֶשׁ וְאֶל-הַמִּזְבֵּחַ לֹא יִקְרָבוּ וְלֹֽא-יָמֻתוּ גַם-הֵם גַּם-אַתֶּֽם׃

And they shall keep thy charge, and the charge of all the tabernacle: only they shall not come nigh the vessels of the sanctuary and the altar, that neither they, nor ye also, die.

וּשְׁמַרְתֶּם אֵת מִשְׁמֶרֶת הַקֹּדֶשׁ וְאֵת מִשְׁמֶרֶת הַמִּזְבֵּחַ וְלֹֽא-יִהְיֶה עוֹד קֶצֶף עַל-בְּנֵי יִשְׂרָאֵֽל׃

And ye shall keep the charge of the sanctuary, and the charge of the altar: that there be no wrath any more upon the children of Israel.

זֶֽה-יִהְיֶה לְךָ מִקֹּדֶשׁ הַקֳּדָשִׁים מִן-הָאֵשׁ כָּל-קָרְבָּנָם לְֽכָל-מִנְחָתָם וּלְכָל-חַטָּאתָם וּלְכָל-אֲשָׁמָם אֲשֶׁר יָשִׁיבוּ לִי קֹדֶשׁ קָֽדָשִׁים לְךָ הוּא וּלְבָנֶֽיךָ׃

This shall be thine of the most holy things, reserved from the fire: every oblation of theirs, every meat offering of theirs, and every sin offering of theirs, and every trespass offering of theirs, which they shall render unto me, shall be most holy for thee and for thy sons.

בְּקֹדֶשׁ הַקֳּדָשִׁים תֹּֽאכְלֶנּוּ כָּל-זָכָר יֹאכַל אֹתוֹ קֹדֶשׁ יִֽהְיֶה-לָּֽךְ׃

In the most holy place shalt thou eat it; every male shall eat it: it shall be holy unto thee.

וּפְדוּיָו מִבֶּן-חֹדֶשׁ תִּפְדֶּה בְּעֶרְכְּךָ כֶּסֶף חֲמֵשֶׁת שְׁקָלִים בְּשֶׁקֶל הַקֹּדֶשׁ עֶשְׂרִים גֵּרָה הֽוּא׃

And those that are to be redeemed from a month old shalt thou redeem, according to thine estimation, for the money of five shekels, after the shekel of the sanctuary, which is twenty gerahs.

אַךְ בְּֽכוֹר-שׁוֹר אֽוֹ-בְכוֹר כֶּשֶׂב אֽוֹ-בְכוֹר עֵז לֹא תִפְדֶּה קֹדֶשׁ הֵם אֶת-דָּמָם תִּזְרֹק עַל-הַמִּזְבֵּחַ וְאֶת-חֶלְבָּם תַּקְטִיר אִשֶּׁה לְרֵיחַ נִיחֹחַ לַֽיהוָֽה׃

But the firstling of a cow, or the firstling of a sheep, or the firstling of a goat, thou shalt not redeem; they are holy: thou shalt sprinkle their blood upon the altar, and shalt burn their fat for an offering made by fire, for a sweet savour unto the LORD.

כֹּל׀ תְּרוּמֹת הַקֳּדָשִׁים אֲשֶׁר יָרִימוּ בְנֵֽי-יִשְׂרָאֵל לַֽיהוָה נָתַתִּֽי לְךָ וּלְבָנֶיךָ וְלִבְנֹתֶיךָ אִתְּךָ לְחָק-עוֹלָם בְּרִית מֶלַח עוֹלָם הִוא לִפְנֵי יְהוָה לְךָ וּֽלְזַרְעֲךָ אִתָּֽךְ׃

All the heave offerings of the holy things, which the children of Israel offer unto the LORD, have I given thee, and thy sons and thy daughters with thee, by a statute for ever: it is a covenant of salt for ever before the LORD unto thee and to thy seed with thee.

Numbers 28

וְנִסְכּוֹ רְבִיעִת הַהִין לַכֶּבֶשׂ הָֽאֶחָד בַּקֹּדֶשׁ הַסֵּךְ נֶסֶךְ שֵׁכָר לַֽיהוָֽה׃

And the drink offering thereof shall be the fourth part of an hin for the one lamb: in the holy place shalt thou cause the strong wine to be poured unto the LORD for a drink offering.

בַּיּוֹם הָֽרִאשׁוֹן מִקְרָא-קֹדֶשׁ כָּל-מְלֶאכֶת עֲבֹדָה לֹא תַֽעֲשֽׂוּ׃

In the first day shall be an holy convocation; ye shall do no manner of servile work therein:

וּבַיּוֹם הַשְּׁבִיעִי מִקְרָא-קֹדֶשׁ יִֽהְיֶה לָכֶם כָּל-מְלֶאכֶת עֲבֹדָה לֹא תַֽעֲשֽׂוּ׃

And on the seventh day ye shall have an holy convocation; ye shall do no servile work.

וּבְיוֹם הַבִּכּוּרִים בְּהַקְרִיבְכֶם מִנְחָה חֲדָשָׁה לַֽיהוָה בְּשָׁבֻעֹתֵיכֶם מִֽקְרָא-קֹדֶשׁ יִֽהְיֶה לָכֶם כָּל-מְלֶאכֶת עֲבֹדָה לֹא תַֽעֲשֽׂוּ׃

Also in the day of the firstfruits, when ye bring a new meat offering unto the LORD, after your weeks be out, ye shall have an holy convocation; ye shall do no servile work:

Numbers 29

וּבַחֹדֶשׁ הַשְּׁבִיעִי בְּאֶחָד לַחֹדֶשׁ מִֽקְרָא-קֹדֶשׁ יִֽהְיֶה לָכֶם כָּל-מְלֶאכֶת עֲבֹדָה לֹא תַֽעֲשׂוּ יוֹם תְּרוּעָה יִֽהְיֶה לָכֶֽם׃

And in the seventh month, on the first day of the month, ye shall have an holy convocation; ye shall do no servile work: it is a day of blowing the trumpets unto you.

וּבֶֽעָשׂוֹר לַחֹדֶשׁ הַשְּׁבִיעִי הַזֶּה מִֽקְרָא-קֹדֶשׁ יִֽהְיֶה לָכֶם וְעִנִּיתֶם אֶת-נַפְשֹֽׁתֵיכֶם כָּל-מְלָאכָה לֹא תַֽעֲשֽׂוּ׃

And ye shall have on the tenth day of this seventh month an holy convocation; and ye shall afflict your souls: ye shall not do any work therein:

וּבַֽחֲמִשָּׁה עָשָׂר יוֹם לַחֹדֶשׁ הַשְּׁבִיעִי מִֽקְרָא-קֹדֶשׁ יִֽהְיֶה לָכֶם כָּל-מְלֶאכֶת עֲבֹדָה לֹא תַֽעֲשׂוּ וְחַגֹּתֶם חַג לַֽיהוָה שִׁבְעַת יָמִֽים׃

And on the fifteenth day of the seventh month ye shall have an holy convocation; ye shall do no servile work, and ye shall keep a feast unto the LORD seven days:

Numbers 31

וַיִּשְׁלַח אֹתָם מֹשֶׁה אֶלֶף לַמַּטֶּה לַצָּבָא אֹתָם וְאֶת-פִּינְחָס בֶּן-אֶלְעָזָר הַכֹּהֵן לַצָּבָא וּכְלֵי הַקֹּדֶשׁ וַחֲצֹֽצְרוֹת הַתְּרוּעָה בְּיָדֽוֹ׃

And Moses sent them to the war, a thousand of every tribe, them and Phinehas the son of Eleazar the priest, to the war, with the holy instruments, and the trumpets to blow in his hand.

Numbers 35

וְהִצִּילוּ הָֽעֵדָה אֶת-הָֽרֹצֵחַ מִיַּד גֹּאֵל הַדָּם וְהֵשִׁיבוּ אֹתוֹ הָֽעֵדָה אֶל-עִיר מִקְלָטוֹ אֲשֶׁר-נָס שָׁמָּה וְיָשַׁב בָּהּ עַד-מוֹת הַכֹּהֵן הַגָּדֹל אֲשֶׁר-מָשַׁח אֹתוֹ בְּשֶׁמֶן הַקֹּֽדֶשׁ׃

And the congregation shall deliver the slayer out of the hand of the revenger of blood, and the congregation shall restore him to the city of his refuge, whither he was fled: and he shall abide in it unto the death of the high priest, which was anointed with the holy oil.

Deuteronomy 12

רַק קָֽדָשֶׁיךָ אֲשֶׁר-יִֽהְיוּ לְךָ וּנְדָרֶיךָ תִּשָּׂא וּבָאתָ אֶל-הַמָּקוֹם אֲשֶׁר-יִבְחַר יְהוָֽה׃

Only thy holy things which thou hast, and thy vows, thou shalt take, and go unto the place which the LORD shall choose:

Deuteronomy 26

וְאָֽמַרְתָּ לִפְנֵי יְהוָה אֱלֹהֶיךָ בִּעַרְתִּי הַקֹּדֶשׁ מִן-הַבַּיִת וְגַם נְתַתִּיו לַלֵּוִי וְלַגֵּר לַיָּתוֹם וְלָֽאַלְמָנָה כְּכָל-מִצְוָֽתְךָ אֲשֶׁר צִוִּיתָנִי לֹֽא-עָבַרְתִּי מִמִּצְוֹתֶיךָ וְלֹא שָׁכָֽחְתִּי׃

Then thou shalt say before the LORD thy God, I have brought away the hallowed things out of mine house, and also have given them unto the Levite, and unto the stranger, to the fatherless, and to the widow, according to all thy commandments which thou hast commanded me: I have not transgressed thy commandments, neither have I forgotten them:

הַשְׁקִיפָה מִמְּעוֹן קָדְשְׁךָ מִן-הַשָּׁמַיִם וּבָרֵךְ אֶֽת-עַמְּךָ אֶת-יִשְׂרָאֵל וְאֵת הָֽאֲדָמָה אֲשֶׁר נָתַתָּה לָנוּ כַּֽאֲשֶׁר נִשְׁבַּעְתָּ לַֽאֲבֹתֵינוּ אֶרֶץ זָבַת חָלָב וּדְבָֽשׁ׃

Look down from thy holy habitation, from heaven, and bless thy people Israel, and the land which thou hast given us, as thou swarest unto our fathers, a land that floweth with milk and honey.

Deuteronomy 33

וַיֹּאמַר יְהוָה מִסִּינַי בָּא וְזָרַח מִשֵּׂעִיר לָמוֹ הוֹפִיעַ מֵהַר פָּארָן וְאָתָה מֵֽרִבְבֹת קֹדֶשׁ מִֽימִינוֹ ‫(אשדת)‬ אֵשׁ דָּת לָֽמוֹ׃

And he said, The LORD came from Sinai, and rose up from Seir unto them; he shined forth from mount Paran, and he came with ten thousands of saints: from his right hand went a fiery law for them.

Joshua 5

וַיֹּאמֶר שַׂר-צְבָא יְהוָה אֶל-יְהוֹשֻׁעַ שַׁל-נַֽעַלְךָ מֵעַל רַגְלֶךָ כִּי הַמָּקוֹם אֲשֶׁר אַתָּה עֹמֵד עָלָיו קֹדֶשׁ הוּא וַיַּעַשׂ יְהוֹשֻׁעַ כֵּֽן׃

And the captain of the LORD's host said unto Joshua, Loose thy shoe from off thy foot; for the place whereon thou standest is holy. And Joshua did so.

Joshua 6

וְכֹל׀ כֶּסֶף וְזָהָב וּכְלֵי נְחֹשֶׁת וּבַרְזֶל קֹדֶשׁ הוּא לַֽיהוָה אוֹצַר יְהוָה יָבֽוֹא׃

But all the silver, and gold, and vessels of brass and iron, are consecrated unto the LORD: they shall come into the treasury of the LORD.

1 Samuel 21

וַיַּעַן הַכֹּהֵן אֶת-דָּוִד וַיֹּאמֶר אֵֽין-לֶחֶם חֹל אֶל-תַּחַת יָדִי כִּֽי-אִם-לֶחֶם קֹדֶשׁ יֵשׁ אִם-נִשְׁמְרוּ הַנְּעָרִים אַךְ מֵֽאִשָּֽׁה׃

And the priest answered David, and said, There is no common bread under mine hand, but there is hallowed bread; if the young men have kept themselves at least from women.

וַיַּעַן דָּוִד אֶת-הַכֹּהֵן וַיֹּאמֶר לוֹ כִּי אִם-אִשָּׁה עֲצֻֽרָה-לָנוּ כִּתְמוֹל שִׁלְשֹׁם בְּצֵאתִי וַיִּֽהְיוּ כְלֵֽי-הַנְּעָרִים קֹדֶשׁ וְהוּא דֶּרֶךְ חֹל וְאַף כִּי הַיּוֹם יִקְדַּשׁ בַּכֶּֽלִי׃

And David answered the priest, and said unto him, Of a truth women have been kept from us about these three days, since I came out, and the vessels of the young men are holy, and the bread is in a manner common, yea, though it were sanctified this day in the vessel.

וַיִּתֶּן-לוֹ הַכֹּהֵן קֹדֶשׁ כִּי לֹא-הָיָה שָׁם לֶחֶם כִּֽי-אִם-לֶחֶם הַפָּנִים הַמּֽוּסָרִים מִלִּפְנֵי יְהוָה לָשׂוּם לֶחֶם חֹם בְּיוֹם הִלָּֽקְחֽוֹ׃

So the priest gave him hallowed bread: for there was no bread there but the shewbread, that was taken from before the LORD, to put hot bread in the day when it was taken away.

1 Kings 6

וַיִּבֶן אֶת-עֶשְׂרִים אַמָּה ‫(מירכותי)‬ מִֽיַּרְכְּתֵי הַבַּיִת בְּצַלְעוֹת אֲרָזִים מִן-הַקַּרְקַע עַד-הַקִּירוֹת וַיִּבֶן לוֹ מִבַּיִת לִדְבִיר לְקֹדֶשׁ הַקֳּדָשִֽׁים׃

And he built twenty cubits on the sides of the house, both the floor and the walls with boards of cedar: he even built them for it within, even for the oracle, even for the most holy place.

1 Kings 7

וְהַסִּפּוֹת וְהַֽמְזַמְּרוֹת וְהַמִּזְרָקוֹת וְהַכַּפּוֹת וְהַמַּחְתּוֹת זָהָב סָגוּר וְהַפֹּתוֹת לְדַלְתוֹת הַבַּיִת הַפְּנִימִי לְקֹדֶשׁ הַקֳּדָשִׁים לְדַלְתֵי הַבַּיִת לַֽהֵיכָל זָהָֽב׃

And the bowls, and the snuffers, and the basons, and the spoons, and the censers of pure gold; and the hinges of gold, both for the doors of the inner house, the most holy place, and for the doors of the house, to wit, of the temple.

וַתִּשְׁלַם כָּל-הַמְּלָאכָה אֲשֶׁר עָשָׂה הַמֶּלֶךְ שְׁלֹמֹה בֵּית יְהוָה וַיָּבֵא שְׁלֹמֹה אֶת-קָדְשֵׁי׀ דָּוִד אָבִיו אֶת-הַכֶּסֶף וְאֶת-הַזָּהָב וְאֶת-הַכֵּלִים נָתַן בְּאֹֽצְרוֹת בֵּית יְהוָֽה׃

So was ended all the work that king Solomon made for the house of the LORD. And Solomon brought in the things which David his father had dedicated; even the silver, and the gold, and the vessels, did he put among the treasures of the house of the LORD.

1 Kings 8

וַֽיַּעֲלוּ אֶת-אֲרוֹן יְהוָה וְאֶת-אֹהֶל מוֹעֵד וְאֶת-כָּל-כְּלֵי הַקֹּדֶשׁ אֲשֶׁר בָּאֹהֶל וַיַּֽעֲלוּ אֹתָם הַכֹּֽהֲנִים וְהַלְוִיִּֽם׃

And they brought up the ark of the LORD, and the tabernacle of the congregation, and all the holy vessels that were in the tabernacle, even those did the priests and the Levites bring up.

וַיָּבִאוּ הַכֹּֽהֲנִים אֶת-אֲרוֹן בְּרִית-יְהוָה אֶל-מְקוֹמוֹ אֶל-דְּבִיר הַבַּיִת אֶל-קֹדֶשׁ הַקֳּדָשִׁים אֶל-תַּחַת כַּנְפֵי הַכְּרוּבִֽים׃

And the priests brought in the ark of the covenant of the LORD unto his place, into the oracle of the house, to the most holy place, even under the wings of the cherubims.

וַֽיַּאֲרִכוּ הַבַּדִּים וַיֵּֽרָאוּ רָאשֵׁי הַבַּדִּים מִן-הַקֹּדֶשׁ עַל-פְּנֵי הַדְּבִיר וְלֹא יֵֽרָאוּ הַחוּצָה וַיִּהְיוּ שָׁם עַד הַיּוֹם הַזֶּֽה׃

And they drew out the staves, that the ends of the staves were seen out in the holy place before the oracle, and they were not seen without: and there they are unto this day.

וַיְהִי בְּצֵאת הַכֹּֽהֲנִים מִן-הַקֹּדֶשׁ וְהֶֽעָנָן מָלֵא אֶת-בֵּית יְהוָֽה׃

And it came to pass, when the priests were come out of the holy place, that the cloud filled the house of the LORD,

1 Kings 15

וַיָּבֵא אֶת-קָדְשֵׁי אָבִיו ‫(וקדשו)‬ וְקָדְשֵׁי בֵּית יְהוָה כֶּסֶף וְזָהָב וְכֵלִֽים׃

And he brought in the things which his father had dedicated, and the things which himself had dedicated, into the house of the LORD, silver, and gold, and vessels.

2 Kings 12

וַיֹּאמֶר יְהוֹאָשׁ אֶל-הַכֹּֽהֲנִים כֹּל כֶּסֶף הַקֳּדָשִׁים אֲשֶׁר-יוּבָא בֵית-יְהוָה כֶּסֶף עוֹבֵר אִישׁ כֶּסֶף נַפְשׁוֹת עֶרְכּוֹ כָּל-כֶּסֶף אֲשֶׁר יַֽעֲלֶה עַל לֶב-אִישׁ לְהָבִיא בֵּית יְהוָֽה׃

And Jehoash said to the priests, All the money of the dedicated things that is brought into the house of the LORD, even the money of every one that passeth the account, the money that every man is set at, and all the money that cometh into any man's heart to bring into the house of the LORD,

וַיִּקַּח יְהוֹאָשׁ מֶֽלֶךְ-יְהוּדָה אֵת כָּל-הַקֳּדָשִׁים אֲשֶׁר-הִקְדִּישׁוּ יְהֽוֹשָׁפָט וִֽיהוֹרָם וַֽאֲחַזְיָהוּ אֲבֹתָיו מַלְכֵי יְהוּדָה וְאֶת-קֳדָשָׁיו וְאֵת כָּל-הַזָּהָב הַנִּמְצָא בְּאֹֽצְרוֹת בֵּית-יְהוָה וּבֵית הַמֶּלֶךְ וַיִּשְׁלַח לַֽחֲזָאֵל מֶלֶךְ אֲרָם וַיַּעַל מֵעַל יְרֽוּשָׁלִָֽם׃

And Jehoash king of Judah took all the hallowed things that Jehoshaphat, and Jehoram, and Ahaziah, his fathers, kings of Judah, had dedicated, and his own hallowed things, and all the gold that was found in the treasures of the house of the LORD, and in the king's house, and sent it to Hazael king of Syria: and he went away from Jerusalem.

1 Chronicles 6

וְֽאַהֲרֹן וּבָנָיו מַקְטִירִים עַל-מִזְבַּח הָֽעוֹלָה וְעַל-מִזְבַּח הַקְּטֹרֶת לְכֹל מְלֶאכֶת קֹדֶשׁ הַקֳּדָשִׁים וּלְכַפֵּר עַל-יִשְׂרָאֵל כְּכֹל אֲשֶׁר צִוָּה מֹשֶׁה עֶבֶד הָֽאֱלֹהִֽים׃

But Aaron and his sons offered upon the altar of the burnt offering, and on the altar of incense, and were appointed for all the work of the place most holy, and to make an atonement for Israel, according to all that Moses the servant of God had commanded.

1 Chronicles 9

וּמֵהֶם מְמֻנִּים עַל-הַכֵּלִים וְעַל כָּל-כְּלֵי הַקֹּדֶשׁ וְעַל-הַסֹּלֶת וְהַיַּיִן וְהַשֶּׁמֶן וְהַלְּבוֹנָה וְהַבְּשָׂמִֽים׃

Some of them also were appointed to oversee the vessels, and all the instruments of the sanctuary, and the fine flour, and the wine, and the oil, and the frankincense, and the spices.

1 Chronicles 16

הִֽתְהַלְלוּ בְּשֵׁם קָדְשׁוֹ יִשְׂמַח לֵב מְבַקְשֵׁי יְהוָֽה׃

Glory ye in his holy name: let the heart of them rejoice that seek the LORD.

הָבוּ לַֽיהוָה כְּבוֹד שְׁמוֹ שְׂאוּ מִנְחָה וּבֹאוּ לְפָנָיו הִשְׁתַּֽחֲווּ לַֽיהוָה בְּהַדְרַת-קֹֽדֶשׁ׃

Give unto the LORD the glory due unto his name: bring an offering, and come before him: worship the LORD in the beauty of holiness.

וְאִמְרוּ הֽוֹשִׁיעֵנוּ אֱלֹהֵי יִשְׁעֵנוּ וְקַבְּצֵנוּ וְהַצִּילֵנוּ מִן-הַגּוֹיִם לְהֹדוֹת לְשֵׁם קָדְשֶׁךָ לְהִשְׁתַּבֵּחַ בִּתְהִלָּתֶֽךָ׃

And say ye, Save us, O God of our salvation, and gather us together, and deliver us from the heathen, that we may give thanks to thy holy name, and glory in thy praise.

1 Chronicles 22

עַתָּה תְּנוּ לְבַבְכֶם וְנַפְשְׁכֶם לִדְרוֹשׁ לַֽיהוָה אֱלֹֽהֵיכֶם וְקוּמוּ וּבְנוּ אֶת-מִקְדַּשׁ יְהוָה הָֽאֱלֹהִים לְהָבִיא אֶת-אֲרוֹן בְּרִית-יְהוָה וּכְלֵי קֹדֶשׁ הָֽאֱלֹהִים לַבַּיִת הַנִּבְנֶה לְשֵׁם-יְהוָֽה׃

Now set your heart and your soul to seek the LORD your God; arise therefore, and build ye the sanctuary of the LORD God, to bring the ark of the covenant of the LORD, and the holy vessels of God, into the house that is to be built to the name of the LORD.

1 Chronicles 23

בְּנֵי עַמְרָם אַֽהֲרֹן וּמֹשֶׁה וַיִּבָּדֵל אַֽהֲרֹן לְֽהַקְדִּישׁוֹ קֹדֶשׁ קָֽדָשִׁים הֽוּא-וּבָנָיו עַד-עוֹלָם לְהַקְטִיר לִפְנֵי יְהוָה לְשָֽׁרְתוֹ וּלְבָרֵךְ בִּשְׁמוֹ עַד-עוֹלָֽם׃

The sons of Amram; Aaron and Moses: and Aaron was separated, that he should sanctify the most holy things, he and his sons for ever, to burn incense before the LORD, to minister unto him, and to bless in his name for ever.

כִּי מַֽעֲמָדָם לְיַד-בְּנֵי אַֽהֲרֹן לַֽעֲבֹדַת בֵּית יְהוָה עַל-הַֽחֲצֵרוֹת וְעַל-הַלְּשָׁכוֹת וְעַֽל-טָהֳרַת לְכָל-קֹדֶשׁ וּמַֽעֲשֵׂה עֲבֹדַת בֵּית הָֽאֱלֹהִֽים׃

Because their office was to wait on the sons of Aaron for the service of the house of the LORD, in the courts, and in the chambers, and in the purifying of all holy things, and the work of the service of the house of God;

וְשָֽׁמְרוּ אֶת-מִשְׁמֶרֶת אֹֽהֶל-מוֹעֵד וְאֵת מִשְׁמֶרֶת הַקֹּדֶשׁ וּמִשְׁמֶרֶת בְּנֵי אַֽהֲרֹן אֲחֵיהֶם לַֽעֲבֹדַת בֵּית יְהוָֽה׃

And that they should keep the charge of the tabernacle of the congregation, and the charge of the holy place, and the charge of the sons of Aaron their brethren, in the service of the house of the LORD.

1 Chronicles 24

וַיַּחְלְקוּם בְּגֽוֹרָלוֹת אֵלֶּה עִם-אֵלֶּה כִּֽי-הָיוּ שָֽׂרֵי-קֹדֶשׁ וְשָׂרֵי הָֽאֱלֹהִים מִבְּנֵי אֶלְעָזָר וּבִבְנֵי אִֽיתָמָֽר׃

Thus were they divided by lot, one sort with another; for the governors of the sanctuary, and governors of the house of God, were of the sons of Eleazar, and of the sons of Ithamar.

1 Chronicles 26

וְֽהַלְוִיִּם אֲחִיָּה עַל-אֽוֹצְרוֹת בֵּית הָֽאֱלֹהִים וּלְאֹֽצְרוֹת הַקֳּדָשִֽׁים׃

And of the Levites, Ahijah was over the treasures of the house of God, and over the treasures of the dedicated things.

הוּא שְׁלֹמוֹת וְאֶחָיו עַל כָּל-אֹֽצְרוֹת הַקֳּדָשִׁים אֲשֶׁר הִקְדִּישׁ דָּוִיד הַמֶּלֶךְ וְרָאשֵׁי הָֽאָבוֹת לְשָׂרֵֽי-הָאֲלָפִים וְהַמֵּאוֹת וְשָׂרֵי הַצָּבָֽא׃

Which Shelomith and his brethren were over all the treasures of the dedicated things, which David the king, and the chief fathers, the captains over thousands and hundreds, and the captains of the host, had dedicated.
