וַיִּפְרֹשׂ אֶת-הָאֹהֶל עַל-הַמִּשְׁכָּן וַיָּשֶׂם אֶת-מִכְסֵה הָאֹהֶל עָלָיו מִלְמָעְלָה כַּֽאֲשֶׁר צִוָּה יְהוָה אֶת-מֹשֶֽׁה׃
And he spread abroad the tent over the tabernacle, and put the covering of the tent above upon it; as the LORD commanded Moses.
וַיָּבֵא אֶת-הָֽאָרֹן אֶל-הַמִּשְׁכָּן וַיָּשֶׂם אֵת פָּרֹכֶת הַמָּסָךְ וַיָּסֶךְ עַל אֲרוֹן הָֽעֵדוּת כַּֽאֲשֶׁר צִוָּה יְהוָה אֶת-מֹשֶֽׁה׃
And he brought the ark into the tabernacle, and set up the vail of the covering, and covered the ark of the testimony; as the LORD commanded Moses.
וַיִּתֵּן אֶת-הַשֻּׁלְחָן בְּאֹהֶל מוֹעֵד עַל יֶרֶךְ הַמִּשְׁכָּן צָפֹנָה מִחוּץ לַפָּרֹֽכֶת׃
And he put the table in the tent of the congregation, upon the side of the tabernacle northward, without the vail.
וַיָּשֶׂם אֶת-הַמְּנֹרָה בְּאֹהֶל מוֹעֵד נֹכַח הַשֻּׁלְחָן עַל יֶרֶךְ הַמִּשְׁכָּן נֶֽגְבָּה׃
And he put the candlestick in the tent of the congregation, over against the table, on the side of the tabernacle southward.
וַיָּשֶׂם אֶת-מִזְבַּח הַזָּהָב בְּאֹהֶל מוֹעֵד לִפְנֵי הַפָּרֹֽכֶת׃
And he put the golden altar in the tent of the congregation before the vail:
וַיָּשֶׂם אֶת-מָסַךְ הַפֶּתַח לַמִּשְׁכָּֽן׃
And he set up the hanging at the door of the tabernacle.
וְאֵת מִזְבַּח הָֽעֹלָה שָׂם פֶּתַח מִשְׁכַּן אֹֽהֶל-מוֹעֵד וַיַּעַל עָלָיו אֶת-הָֽעֹלָה וְאֶת-הַמִּנְחָה כַּֽאֲשֶׁר צִוָּה יְהוָה אֶת-מֹשֶֽׁה׃
And he put the altar of burnt offering by the door of the tabernacle of the tent of the congregation, and offered upon it the burnt offering and the meat offering; as the LORD commanded Moses.
וַיָּשֶׂם אֶת-הַכִּיֹּר בֵּֽין-אֹהֶל מוֹעֵד וּבֵין הַמִּזְבֵּחַ וַיִּתֵּן שָׁמָּה מַיִם לְרָחְצָֽה׃
And he set the laver between the tent of the congregation and the altar, and put water there, to wash withal.
בְּבֹאָם אֶל-אֹהֶל מוֹעֵד וּבְקָרְבָתָם אֶל-הַמִּזְבֵּחַ יִרְחָצוּ כַּֽאֲשֶׁר צִוָּה יְהוָה אֶת-מֹשֶֽׁה׃
When they went into the tent of the congregation, and when they came near unto the altar, they washed; as the LORD commanded Moses.
וַיָּקֶם אֶת-הֶֽחָצֵר סָבִיב לַמִּשְׁכָּן וְלַמִּזְבֵּחַ וַיִּתֵּן אֶת-מָסַךְ שַׁעַר הֶֽחָצֵר וַיְכַל מֹשֶׁה אֶת-הַמְּלָאכָֽה׃
And he reared up the court round about the tabernacle and the altar, and set up the hanging of the court gate. So Moses finished the work.
וַיְכַס הֶֽעָנָן אֶת-אֹהֶל מוֹעֵד וּכְבוֹד יְהוָה מָלֵא אֶת-הַמִּשְׁכָּֽן׃
Then a cloud covered the tent of the congregation, and the glory of the LORD filled the tabernacle.
וְלֹֽא-יָכֹל מֹשֶׁה לָבוֹא אֶל-אֹהֶל מוֹעֵד כִּֽי-שָׁכַן עָלָיו הֶֽעָנָן וּכְבוֹד יְהוָה מָלֵא אֶת-הַמִּשְׁכָּֽן׃
And Moses was not able to enter into the tent of the congregation, because the cloud abode thereon, and the glory of the LORD filled the tabernacle.
וּבְהֵֽעָלוֹת הֶֽעָנָן מֵעַל הַמִּשְׁכָּן יִסְעוּ בְּנֵי יִשְׂרָאֵל בְּכֹל מַסְעֵיהֶֽם׃
And when the cloud was taken up from over the tabernacle, the children of Israel went onward in all their journeys:
כִּי עֲנַן יְהוָה עַֽל-הַמִּשְׁכָּן יוֹמָם וְאֵשׁ תִּֽהְיֶה לַיְלָה בּוֹ לְעֵינֵי כָל-בֵּֽית-יִשְׂרָאֵל בְּכָל-מַסְעֵיהֶֽם׃
For the cloud of the LORD was upon the tabernacle by day, and fire was on it by night, in the sight of all the house of Israel, throughout all their journeys.
וַיִּקְרָא אֶל-מֹשֶׁה וַיְדַבֵּר יְהוָה אֵלָיו מֵאֹהֶל מוֹעֵד לֵאמֹֽר׃
And the LORD called unto Moses, and spake unto him out of the tabernacle of the congregation, saying,
אִם-עֹלָה קָרְבָּנוֹ מִן-הַבָּקָר זָכָר תָּמִים יַקְרִיבֶנּוּ אֶל-פֶּתַח אֹהֶל מוֹעֵד יַקְרִיב אֹתוֹ לִרְצֹנוֹ לִפְנֵי יְהוָֽה׃
If his offering be a burnt sacrifice of the herd, let him offer a male without blemish: he shall offer it of his own voluntary will at the door of the tabernacle of the congregation before the LORD.
וְשָׁחַט אֶת-בֶּן הַבָּקָר לִפְנֵי יְהוָה וְהִקְרִיבוּ בְּנֵי אַֽהֲרֹן הַכֹּֽהֲנִים אֶת-הַדָּם וְזָֽרְקוּ אֶת-הַדָּם עַל-הַמִּזְבֵּחַ סָבִיב אֲשֶׁר-פֶּתַח אֹהֶל מוֹעֵֽד׃
And he shall kill the bullock before the LORD: and the priests, Aaron's sons, shall bring the blood, and sprinkle the blood round about upon the altar that is by the door of the tabernacle of the congregation.
וְסָמַךְ יָדוֹ עַל-רֹאשׁ קָרְבָּנוֹ וּשְׁחָטוֹ פֶּתַח אֹהֶל מוֹעֵד וְזָֽרְקוּ בְּנֵי אַֽהֲרֹן הַכֹּֽהֲנִים אֶת-הַדָּם עַל-הַמִּזְבֵּחַ סָבִֽיב׃
And he shall lay his hand upon the head of his offering, and kill it at the door of the tabernacle of the congregation: and Aaron's sons the priests shall sprinkle the blood upon the altar round about.
וְסָמַךְ אֶת-יָדוֹ עַל-רֹאשׁ קָרְבָּנוֹ וְשָׁחַט אֹתוֹ לִפְנֵי אֹהֶל מוֹעֵד וְזָֽרְקוּ בְּנֵי אַֽהֲרֹן אֶת-דָּמוֹ עַל-הַמִּזְבֵּחַ סָבִֽיב׃
And he shall lay his hand upon the head of his offering, and kill it before the tabernacle of the congregation: and Aaron's sons shall sprinkle the blood thereof round about upon the altar.
וְסָמַךְ אֶת-יָדוֹ עַל-רֹאשׁוֹ וְשָׁחַט אֹתוֹ לִפְנֵי אֹהֶל מוֹעֵד וְזָֽרְקוּ בְּנֵי אַֽהֲרֹן אֶת-דָּמוֹ עַל-הַמִּזְבֵּחַ סָבִֽיב׃
And he shall lay his hand upon the head of it, and kill it before the tabernacle of the congregation: and the sons of Aaron shall sprinkle the blood thereof upon the altar round about.
וְהֵבִיא אֶת-הַפָּר אֶל-פֶּתַח אֹהֶל מוֹעֵד לִפְנֵי יְהוָה וְסָמַךְ אֶת-יָדוֹ עַל-רֹאשׁ הַפָּר וְשָׁחַט אֶת-הַפָּר לִפְנֵי יְהוָֽה׃
And he shall bring the bullock unto the door of the tabernacle of the congregation before the LORD; and shall lay his hand upon the bullock's head, and kill the bullock before the LORD.
וְלָקַח הַכֹּהֵן הַמָּשִׁיחַ מִדַּם הַפָּר וְהֵבִיא אֹתוֹ אֶל-אֹהֶל מוֹעֵֽד׃
And the priest that is anointed shall take of the bullock's blood, and bring it to the tabernacle of the congregation:
וְנָתַן הַכֹּהֵן מִן-הַדָּם עַל-קַרְנוֹת מִזְבַּח קְטֹרֶת הַסַּמִּים לִפְנֵי יְהוָה אֲשֶׁר בְּאֹהֶל מוֹעֵד וְאֵת׀ כָּל-דַּם הַפָּר יִשְׁפֹּךְ אֶל-יְסוֹד מִזְבַּח הָֽעֹלָה אֲשֶׁר-פֶּתַח אֹהֶל מוֹעֵֽד׃
And the priest shall put some of the blood upon the horns of the altar of sweet incense before the LORD, which is in the tabernacle of the congregation; and shall pour all the blood of the bullock at the bottom of the altar of the burnt offering, which is at the door of the tabernacle of the congregation.
וְנֽוֹדְעָה הַֽחַטָּאת אֲשֶׁר חָֽטְאוּ עָלֶיהָ וְהִקְרִיבוּ הַקָּהָל פַּר בֶּן-בָּקָר לְחַטָּאת וְהֵבִיאוּ אֹתוֹ לִפְנֵי אֹהֶל מוֹעֵֽד׃
When the sin, which they have sinned against it, is known, then the congregation shall offer a young bullock for the sin, and bring him before the tabernacle of the congregation.
וְהֵבִיא הַכֹּהֵן הַמָּשִׁיחַ מִדַּם הַפָּר אֶל-אֹהֶל מוֹעֵֽד׃
And the priest that is anointed shall bring of the bullock's blood to the tabernacle of the congregation:
וּמִן-הַדָּם יִתֵּן׀ עַל-קַרְנֹת הַמִּזְבֵּחַ אֲשֶׁר לִפְנֵי יְהוָה אֲשֶׁר בְּאֹהֶל מוֹעֵד וְאֵת כָּל-הַדָּם יִשְׁפֹּךְ אֶל-יְסוֹד מִזְבַּח הָֽעֹלָה אֲשֶׁר-פֶּתַח אֹהֶל מוֹעֵֽד׃
And he shall put some of the blood upon the horns of the altar which is before the LORD, that is in the tabernacle of the congregation, and shall pour out all the blood at the bottom of the altar of the burnt offering, which is at the door of the tabernacle of the congregation.
וְהַנּוֹתֶרֶת מִמֶּנָּה יֹֽאכְלוּ אַֽהֲרֹן וּבָנָיו מַצּוֹת תֵּֽאָכֵל בְּמָקוֹם קָדֹשׁ בַּֽחֲצַר אֹֽהֶל-מוֹעֵד יֹֽאכְלֽוּהָ׃
And the remainder thereof shall Aaron and his sons eat: with unleavened bread shall it be eaten in the holy place; in the court of the tabernacle of the congregation they shall eat it.
הַכֹּהֵן הַֽמְחַטֵּא אֹתָהּ יֹֽאכְלֶנָּה בְּמָקוֹם קָדֹשׁ תֵּֽאָכֵל בַּֽחֲצַר אֹהֶל מוֹעֵֽד׃
The priest that offereth it for sin shall eat it: in the holy place shall it be eaten, in the court of the tabernacle of the congregation.
וְכָל-חַטָּאת אֲשֶׁר יוּבָא מִדָּמָהּ אֶל-אֹהֶל מוֹעֵד לְכַפֵּר בַּקֹּדֶשׁ לֹא תֵֽאָכֵל בָּאֵשׁ תִּשָּׂרֵֽף׃
And no sin offering, whereof any of the blood is brought into the tabernacle of the congregation to reconcile withal in the holy place, shall be eaten: it shall be burnt in the fire.
וְאֵת כָּל-הָֽעֵדָה הַקְהֵל אֶל-פֶּתַח אֹהֶל מוֹעֵֽד׃
And gather together thou all the congregation unto the door of the tabernacle of the congregation.
וַיַּעַשׂ מֹשֶׁה כַּֽאֲשֶׁר צִוָּה יְהוָה אֹתוֹ וַתִּקָּהֵל הָֽעֵדָה אֶל-פֶּתַח אֹהֶל מוֹעֵֽד׃
And Moses did as the LORD commanded him; and the assembly was gathered together unto the door of the tabernacle of the congregation.
וַיִּקַּח מֹשֶׁה אֶת-שֶׁמֶן הַמִּשְׁחָה וַיִּמְשַׁח אֶת-הַמִּשְׁכָּן וְאֶת-כָּל-אֲשֶׁר-בּוֹ וַיְקַדֵּשׁ אֹתָֽם׃
And Moses took the anointing oil, and anointed the tabernacle and all that was therein, and sanctified them.
וַיֹּאמֶר מֹשֶׁה אֶל-אַֽהֲרֹן וְאֶל-בָּנָיו בַּשְּׁלוּ אֶת-הַבָּשָׂר פֶּתַח אֹהֶל מוֹעֵד וְשָׁם תֹּֽאכְלוּ אֹתוֹ וְאֶת-הַלֶּחֶם אֲשֶׁר בְּסַל הַמִּלֻּאִים כַּֽאֲשֶׁר צִוֵּיתִי לֵאמֹר אַֽהֲרֹן וּבָנָיו יֹֽאכְלֻֽהוּ׃
And Moses said unto Aaron and to his sons, Boil the flesh at the door of the tabernacle of the congregation: and there eat it with the bread that is in the basket of consecrations, as I commanded, saying, Aaron and his sons shall eat it.
וּמִפֶּתַח אֹהֶל מוֹעֵד לֹא תֵֽצְאוּ שִׁבְעַת יָמִים עַד יוֹם מְלֹאת יְמֵי מִלֻּֽאֵיכֶם כִּי שִׁבְעַת יָמִים יְמַלֵּא אֶת-יֶדְכֶֽם׃
And ye shall not go out of the door of the tabernacle of the congregation in seven days, until the days of your consecration be at an end: for seven days shall he consecrate you.
וּפֶתַח אֹהֶל מוֹעֵד תֵּֽשְׁבוּ יוֹמָם וָלַיְלָה שִׁבְעַת יָמִים וּשְׁמַרְתֶּם אֶת-מִשְׁמֶרֶת יְהוָה וְלֹא תָמוּתוּ כִּי-כֵן צֻוֵּֽיתִי׃
Therefore shall ye abide at the door of the tabernacle of the congregation day and night seven days, and keep the charge of the LORD, that ye die not: for so I am commanded.
וַיִּקְחוּ אֵת אֲשֶׁר צִוָּה מֹשֶׁה אֶל-פְּנֵי אֹהֶל מוֹעֵד וַֽיִּקְרְבוּ כָּל-הָעֵדָה וַיַּֽעַמְדוּ לִפְנֵי יְהוָֽה׃
And they brought that which Moses commanded before the tabernacle of the congregation: and all the congregation drew near and stood before the LORD.
וַיָּבֹא מֹשֶׁה וְאַֽהֲרֹן אֶל-אֹהֶל מוֹעֵד וַיֵּצְאוּ וַֽיְבָרֲכוּ אֶת-הָעָם וַיֵּרָא כְבוֹד-יְהוָה אֶל-כָּל-הָעָֽם׃
And Moses and Aaron went into the tabernacle of the congregation, and came out, and blessed the people: and the glory of the LORD appeared unto all the people.
וּמִפֶּתַח אֹהֶל מוֹעֵד לֹא תֵֽצְאוּ פֶּן-תָּמֻתוּ כִּי-שֶׁמֶן מִשְׁחַת יְהוָה עֲלֵיכֶם וַֽיַּעֲשׂוּ כִּדְבַר מֹשֶֽׁה׃
And ye shall not go out from the door of the tabernacle of the congregation, lest ye die: for the anointing oil of the LORD is upon you. And they did according to the word of Moses.
יַיִן וְשֵׁכָר אַל-תֵּשְׁתְּ׀ אַתָּה׀ וּבָנֶיךָ אִתָּךְ בְּבֹֽאֲכֶם אֶל-אֹהֶל מוֹעֵד וְלֹא תָמֻתוּ חֻקַּת עוֹלָם לְדֹרֹֽתֵיכֶֽם׃
Do not drink wine nor strong drink, thou, nor thy sons with thee, when ye go into the tabernacle of the congregation, lest ye die: it shall be a statute for ever throughout your generations:
וּשְׁלֹשִׁים יוֹם וּשְׁלֹשֶׁת יָמִים תֵּשֵׁב בִּדְמֵי טָֽהֳרָה בְּכָל-קֹדֶשׁ לֹֽא-תִגָּע וְאֶל-הַמִּקְדָּשׁ לֹא תָבֹא עַד-מְלֹאת יְמֵי טָֽהֳרָֽהּ׃
And she shall then continue in the blood of her purifying three and thirty days; she shall touch no hallowed thing, nor come into the sanctuary, until the days of her purifying be fulfilled.
וּבִמְלֹאת׀ יְמֵי טָֽהֳרָהּ לְבֵן אוֹ לְבַת תָּבִיא כֶּבֶשׂ בֶּן-שְׁנָתוֹ לְעֹלָה וּבֶן-יוֹנָה אוֹ-תֹר לְחַטָּאת אֶל-פֶּתַח אֹֽהֶל-מוֹעֵד אֶל-הַכֹּהֵֽן׃
And when the days of her purifying are fulfilled, for a son, or for a daughter, she shall bring a lamb of the first year for a burnt offering, and a young pigeon, or a turtledove, for a sin offering, unto the door of the tabernacle of the congregation, unto the priest:
וְכִבֶּס הַמִּטַּהֵר אֶת-בְּגָדָיו וְגִלַּח אֶת-כָּל-שְׂעָרוֹ וְרָחַץ בַּמַּיִם וְטָהֵר וְאַחַר יָבוֹא אֶל-הַֽמַּחֲנֶה וְיָשַׁב מִחוּץ לְאָֽהֳלוֹ שִׁבְעַת יָמִֽים׃
And he that is to be cleansed shall wash his clothes, and shave off all his hair, and wash himself in water, that he may be clean: and after that he shall come into the camp, and shall tarry abroad out of his tent seven days.
וְהֶֽעֱמִיד הַכֹּהֵן הַֽמְטַהֵר אֵת הָאִישׁ הַמִּטַּהֵר וְאֹתָם לִפְנֵי יְהוָה פֶּתַח אֹהֶל מוֹעֵֽד׃
And the priest that maketh him clean shall present the man that is to be made clean, and those things, before the LORD, at the door of the tabernacle of the congregation:
וְהֵבִיא אֹתָם בַּיּוֹם הַשְּׁמִינִי לְטָֽהֳרָתוֹ אֶל-הַכֹּהֵן אֶל-פֶּתַח אֹֽהֶל-מוֹעֵד לִפְנֵי יְהוָֽה׃
And he shall bring them on the eighth day for his cleansing unto the priest, unto the door of the tabernacle of the congregation, before the LORD.
וּבַיּוֹם הַשְּׁמִינִי יִֽקַּֽח-לוֹ שְׁתֵּי תֹרִים אוֹ שְׁנֵי בְּנֵי יוֹנָה וּבָא׀ לִפְנֵי יְהוָה אֶל-פֶּתַח אֹהֶל מוֹעֵד וּנְתָנָם אֶל-הַכֹּהֵֽן׃
And on the eighth day he shall take to him two turtledoves, or two young pigeons, and come before the LORD unto the door of the tabernacle of the congregation, and give them unto the priest:
וּבַיּוֹם הַשְּׁמִינִי תִּֽקַּֽח-לָהּ שְׁתֵּי תֹרִים אוֹ שְׁנֵי בְּנֵי יוֹנָה וְהֵֽבִיאָה אוֹתָם אֶל-הַכֹּהֵן אֶל-פֶּתַח אֹהֶל מוֹעֵֽד׃
And on the eighth day she shall take unto her two turtles, or two young pigeons, and bring them unto the priest, to the door of the tabernacle of the congregation.
וְהִזַּרְתֶּם אֶת-בְּנֵֽי-יִשְׂרָאֵל מִטֻּמְאָתָם וְלֹא יָמֻתוּ בְּטֻמְאָתָם בְּטַמְּאָם אֶת-מִשְׁכָּנִי אֲשֶׁר בְּתוֹכָֽם׃
Thus shall ye separate the children of Israel from their uncleanness; that they die not in their uncleanness, when they defile my tabernacle that is among them.
וְלָקַח אֶת-שְׁנֵי הַשְּׂעִירִם וְהֶֽעֱמִיד אֹתָם לִפְנֵי יְהוָה פֶּתַח אֹהֶל מוֹעֵֽד׃
And he shall take the two goats, and present them before the LORD at the door of the tabernacle of the congregation.
וְכִפֶּר עַל-הַקֹּדֶשׁ מִטֻּמְאֹת בְּנֵי יִשְׂרָאֵל וּמִפִּשְׁעֵיהֶם לְכָל-חַטֹּאתָם וְכֵן יַֽעֲשֶׂה לְאֹהֶל מוֹעֵד הַשֹּׁכֵן אִתָּם בְּתוֹךְ טֻמְאֹתָֽם׃
And he shall make an atonement for the holy place, because of the uncleanness of the children of Israel, and because of their transgressions in all their sins: and so shall he do for the tabernacle of the congregation, that remaineth among them in the midst of their uncleanness.
וְכָל-אָדָם לֹֽא-יִהְיֶה׀ בְּאֹהֶל מוֹעֵד בְּבֹאוֹ לְכַפֵּר בַּקֹּדֶשׁ עַד-צֵאתוֹ וְכִפֶּר בַּֽעֲדוֹ וּבְעַד בֵּיתוֹ וּבְעַד כָּל-קְהַל יִשְׂרָאֵֽל׃
And there shall be no man in the tabernacle of the congregation when he goeth in to make an atonement in the holy place, until he come out, and have made an atonement for himself, and for his household, and for all the congregation of Israel.
וְכִלָּה מִכַּפֵּר אֶת-הַקֹּדֶשׁ וְאֶת-אֹהֶל מוֹעֵד וְאֶת-הַמִּזְבֵּחַ וְהִקְרִיב אֶת-הַשָּׂעִיר הֶחָֽי׃
And when he hath made an end of reconciling the holy place, and the tabernacle of the congregation, and the altar, he shall bring the live goat:
וּבָא אַֽהֲרֹן אֶל-אֹהֶל מוֹעֵד וּפָשַׁט אֶת-בִּגְדֵי הַבָּד אֲשֶׁר לָבַשׁ בְּבֹאוֹ אֶל-הַקֹּדֶשׁ וְהִנִּיחָם שָֽׁם׃
And Aaron shall come into the tabernacle of the congregation, and shall put off the linen garments, which he put on when he went into the holy place, and shall leave them there:
וְכִפֶּר אֶת-מִקְדַּשׁ הַקֹּדֶשׁ וְאֶת-אֹהֶל מוֹעֵד וְאֶת-הַמִּזְבֵּחַ יְכַפֵּר וְעַל הַכֹּֽהֲנִים וְעַל-כָּל-עַם הַקָּהָל יְכַפֵּֽר׃
And he shall make an atonement for the holy sanctuary, and he shall make an atonement for the tabernacle of the congregation, and for the altar, and he shall make an atonement for the priests, and for all the people of the congregation.
וְאֶל-פֶּתַח אֹהֶל מוֹעֵד לֹא הֱבִיאוֹ לְהַקְרִיב קָרְבָּן לַֽיהוָה לִפְנֵי מִשְׁכַּן יְהוָה דָּם יֵֽחָשֵׁב לָאִישׁ הַהוּא דָּם שָׁפָךְ וְנִכְרַת הָאִישׁ הַהוּא מִקֶּרֶב עַמּֽוֹ׃
And bringeth it not unto the door of the tabernacle of the congregation, to offer an offering unto the LORD before the tabernacle of the LORD; blood shall be imputed unto that man; he hath shed blood; and that man shall be cut off from among his people:
לְמַעַן אֲשֶׁר יָבִיאוּ בְּנֵי יִשְׂרָאֵל אֶֽת-זִבְחֵיהֶם אֲשֶׁר הֵם זֹֽבְחִים עַל-פְּנֵי הַשָּׂדֶה וֶֽהֱבִיאֻם לַֽיהוָה אֶל-פֶּתַח אֹהֶל מוֹעֵד אֶל-הַכֹּהֵן וְזָבְחוּ זִבְחֵי שְׁלָמִים לַֽיהוָה אוֹתָֽם׃
To the end that the children of Israel may bring their sacrifices, which they offer in the open field, even that they may bring them unto the LORD, unto the door of the tabernacle of the congregation, unto the priest, and offer them for peace offerings unto the LORD.
וְזָרַק הַכֹּהֵן אֶת-הַדָּם עַל-מִזְבַּח יְהוָה פֶּתַח אֹהֶל מוֹעֵד וְהִקְטִיר הַחֵלֶב לְרֵיחַ נִיחֹחַ לַֽיהוָֽה׃
And the priest shall sprinkle the blood upon the altar of the LORD at the door of the tabernacle of the congregation, and burn the fat for a sweet savour unto the LORD.
וְאֶל-פֶּתַח אֹהֶל מוֹעֵד לֹא יְבִיאֶנּוּ לַֽעֲשׂוֹת אֹתוֹ לַֽיהוָה וְנִכְרַת הָאִישׁ הַהוּא מֵֽעַמָּֽיו׃
And bringeth it not unto the door of the tabernacle of the congregation, to offer it unto the LORD; even that man shall be cut off from among his people.
וְהֵבִיא אֶת-אֲשָׁמוֹ לַֽיהוָה אֶל-פֶּתַח אֹהֶל מוֹעֵד אֵיל אָשָֽׁם׃
And he shall bring his trespass offering unto the LORD, unto the door of the tabernacle of the congregation, even a ram for a trespass offering.
אֶת-שַׁבְּתֹתַי תִּשְׁמֹרוּ וּמִקְדָּשִׁי תִּירָאוּ אֲנִי יְהוָֽה׃
Ye shall keep my sabbaths, and reverence my sanctuary: I am the LORD.
וַֽאֲנִי אֶתֵּן אֶת-פָּנַי בָּאִישׁ הַהוּא וְהִכְרַתִּי אֹתוֹ מִקֶּרֶב עַמּוֹ כִּי מִזַּרְעוֹ נָתַן לַמֹּלֶךְ לְמַעַן טַמֵּא אֶת-מִקְדָּשִׁי וּלְחַלֵּל אֶת-שֵׁם קָדְשִֽׁי׃
And I will set my face against that man, and will cut him off from among his people; because he hath given of his seed unto Molech, to defile my sanctuary, and to profane my holy name.
וּמִן-הַמִּקְדָּשׁ לֹא יֵצֵא וְלֹא יְחַלֵּל אֵת מִקְדַּשׁ אֱלֹהָיו כִּי נֵזֶר שֶׁמֶן מִשְׁחַת אֱלֹהָיו עָלָיו אֲנִי יְהוָֽה׃
Neither shall he go out of the sanctuary, nor profane the sanctuary of his God; for the crown of the anointing oil of his God is upon him: I am the LORD.
אַךְ אֶל-הַפָּרֹכֶת לֹא יָבֹא וְאֶל-הַמִּזְבֵּחַ לֹא יִגַּשׁ כִּֽי-מוּם בּוֹ וְלֹא יְחַלֵּל אֶת-מִקְדָּשַׁי כִּי אֲנִי יְהוָה מְקַדְּשָֽׁם׃
Only he shall not go in unto the vail, nor come nigh unto the altar, because he hath a blemish; that he profane not my sanctuaries: for I the LORD do sanctify them.
מִחוּץ לְפָרֹכֶת הָֽעֵדֻת בְּאֹהֶל מוֹעֵד יַֽעֲרֹךְ אֹתוֹ אַֽהֲרֹן מֵעֶרֶב עַד-בֹּקֶר לִפְנֵי יְהוָה תָּמִיד חֻקַּת עוֹלָם לְדֹרֹֽתֵיכֶֽם׃
Without the vail of the testimony, in the tabernacle of the congregation, shall Aaron order it from the evening unto the morning before the LORD continually: it shall be a statute for ever in your generations.
אֶת-שַׁבְּתֹתַי תִּשְׁמֹרוּ וּמִקְדָּשִׁי תִּירָאוּ אֲנִי יְהוָֽה׃
Ye shall keep my sabbaths, and reverence my sanctuary: I am the LORD.
וְנָֽתַתִּי מִשְׁכָּנִי בְּתֽוֹכְכֶם וְלֹֽא-תִגְעַל נַפְשִׁי אֶתְכֶֽם׃
And I will set my tabernacle among you: and my soul shall not abhor you.
וְנָֽתַתִּי אֶת-עָֽרֵיכֶם חָרְבָּה וַֽהֲשִׁמּוֹתִי אֶת-מִקְדְּשֵׁיכֶם וְלֹא אָרִיחַ בְּרֵיחַ נִיחֹֽחֲכֶֽם׃
And I will make your cities waste, and bring your sanctuaries unto desolation, and I will not smell the savour of your sweet odours.
וַיְדַבֵּר יְהוָה אֶל-מֹשֶׁה בְּמִדְבַּר סִינַי בְּאֹהֶל מוֹעֵד בְּאֶחָד לַחֹדֶשׁ הַשֵּׁנִי בַּשָּׁנָה הַשֵּׁנִית לְצֵאתָם מֵאֶרֶץ מִצְרַיִם לֵאמֹֽר׃
And the LORD spake unto Moses in the wilderness of Sinai, in the tabernacle of the congregation, on the first day of the second month, in the second year after they were come out of the land of Egypt, saying,
וְאַתָּה הַפְקֵד אֶת-הַלְוִיִּם עַל-מִשְׁכַּן הָֽעֵדֻת וְעַל כָּל-כֵּלָיו וְעַל כָּל-אֲשֶׁר-לוֹ הֵמָּה יִשְׂאוּ אֶת-הַמִּשְׁכָּן וְאֶת-כָּל-כֵּלָיו וְהֵם יְשָֽׁרְתֻהוּ וְסָבִיב לַמִּשְׁכָּן יַֽחֲנֽוּ׃
But thou shalt appoint the Levites over the tabernacle of testimony, and over all the vessels thereof, and over all things that belong to it: they shall bear the tabernacle, and all the vessels thereof; and they shall minister unto it, and shall encamp round about the tabernacle.
וּבִנְסֹעַ הַמִּשְׁכָּן יוֹרִידוּ אֹתוֹ הַלְוִיִּם וּבַֽחֲנֹת הַמִּשְׁכָּן יָקִימוּ אֹתוֹ הַלְוִיִּם וְהַזָּר הַקָּרֵב יוּמָֽת׃
And when the tabernacle setteth forward, the Levites shall take it down: and when the tabernacle is to be pitched, the Levites shall set it up: and the stranger that cometh nigh shall be put to death.
וְהַלְוִיִּם יַֽחֲנוּ סָבִיב לְמִשְׁכַּן הָֽעֵדֻת וְלֹֽא-יִהְיֶה קֶצֶף עַל-עֲדַת בְּנֵי יִשְׂרָאֵל וְשָֽׁמְרוּ הַלְוִיִּם אֶת-מִשְׁמֶרֶת מִשְׁכַּן הָֽעֵדֽוּת׃
But the Levites shall pitch round about the tabernacle of testimony, that there be no wrath upon the congregation of the children of Israel: and the Levites shall keep the charge of the tabernacle of testimony.
אִישׁ עַל-דִּגְלוֹ בְאֹתֹת לְבֵית אֲבֹתָם יַֽחֲנוּ בְּנֵי יִשְׂרָאֵל מִנֶּגֶד סָבִיב לְאֹֽהֶל-מוֹעֵד יַֽחֲנֽוּ׃
Every man of the children of Israel shall pitch by his own standard, with the ensign of their father's house: far off about the tabernacle of the congregation shall they pitch.
וְנָסַע אֹֽהֶל-מוֹעֵד מַֽחֲנֵה הַלְוִיִּם בְּתוֹךְ הַֽמַּחֲנֹת כַּֽאֲשֶׁר יַֽחֲנוּ כֵּן יִסָּעוּ אִישׁ עַל-יָדוֹ לְדִגְלֵיהֶֽם׃
Then the tabernacle of the congregation shall set forward with the camp of the Levites in the midst of the camp: as they encamp, so shall they set forward, every man in his place by their standards.
וְשָֽׁמְרוּ אֶת-מִשְׁמַרְתּוֹ וְאֶת-מִשְׁמֶרֶת כָּל-הָעֵדָה לִפְנֵי אֹהֶל מוֹעֵד לַֽעֲבֹד אֶת-עֲבֹדַת הַמִּשְׁכָּֽן׃
And they shall keep his charge, and the charge of the whole congregation before the tabernacle of the congregation, to do the service of the tabernacle.
וְשָֽׁמְרוּ אֶֽת-כָּל-כְּלֵי אֹהֶל מוֹעֵד וְאֶת-מִשְׁמֶרֶת בְּנֵי יִשְׂרָאֵל לַֽעֲבֹד אֶת-עֲבֹדַת הַמִּשְׁכָּֽן׃
And they shall keep all the instruments of the tabernacle of the congregation, and the charge of the children of Israel, to do the service of the tabernacle.
מִשְׁפְּחֹת הַגֵּֽרְשֻׁנִּי אַֽחֲרֵי הַמִּשְׁכָּן יַֽחֲנוּ יָֽמָּה׃
The families of the Gershonites shall pitch behind the tabernacle westward.
וּמִשְׁמֶרֶת בְּנֵֽי-גֵרְשׁוֹן בְּאֹהֶל מוֹעֵד הַמִּשְׁכָּן וְהָאֹהֶל מִכְסֵהוּ וּמָסַךְ פֶּתַח אֹהֶל מוֹעֵֽד׃
And the charge of the sons of Gershon in the tabernacle of the congregation shall be the tabernacle, and the tent, the covering thereof, and the hanging for the door of the tabernacle of the congregation,
וְקַלְעֵי הֶֽחָצֵר וְאֶת-מָסַךְ פֶּתַח הֶֽחָצֵר אֲשֶׁר עַל-הַמִּשְׁכָּן וְעַל-הַמִּזְבֵּחַ סָבִיב וְאֵת מֵֽיתָרָיו לְכֹל עֲבֹֽדָתֽוֹ׃
And the hangings of the court, and the curtain for the door of the court, which is by the tabernacle, and by the altar round about, and the cords of it for all the service thereof.
מִשְׁפְּחֹת בְּנֵֽי-קְהָת יַֽחֲנוּ עַל יֶרֶךְ הַמִּשְׁכָּן תֵּימָֽנָה׃
The families of the sons of Kohath shall pitch on the side of the tabernacle southward.
וּנְשִׂיא בֵֽית-אָב לְמִשְׁפְּחֹת מְרָרִי צֽוּרִיאֵל בֶּן-אֲבִיחָיִל עַל יֶרֶךְ הַמִּשְׁכָּן יַֽחֲנוּ צָפֹֽנָה׃
And the chief of the house of the father of the families of Merari was Zuriel the son of Abihail: these shall pitch on the side of the tabernacle northward.
וּפְקֻדַּת מִשְׁמֶרֶת בְּנֵי מְרָרִי קַרְשֵׁי הַמִּשְׁכָּן וּבְרִיחָיו וְעַמֻּדָיו וַֽאֲדָנָיו וְכָל-כֵּלָיו וְכֹל עֲבֹֽדָתֽוֹ׃
And under the custody and charge of the sons of Merari shall be the boards of the tabernacle, and the bars thereof, and the pillars thereof, and the sockets thereof, and all the vessels thereof, and all that serveth thereto,
וְהַֽחֹנִים לִפְנֵי הַמִּשְׁכָּן קֵדְמָה לִפְנֵי אֹֽהֶל-מוֹעֵד׀ מִזְרָחָה מֹשֶׁה׀ וְאַֽהֲרֹן וּבָנָיו שֹֽׁמְרִים מִשְׁמֶרֶת הַמִּקְדָּשׁ לְמִשְׁמֶרֶת בְּנֵי יִשְׂרָאֵל וְהַזָּר הַקָּרֵב יוּמָֽת׃
But those that encamp before the tabernacle toward the east, even before the tabernacle of the congregation eastward, shall be Moses, and Aaron and his sons, keeping the charge of the sanctuary for the charge of the children of Israel; and the stranger that cometh nigh shall be put to death.
מִבֶּן שְׁלֹשִׁים שָׁנָה וָמַעְלָה וְעַד בֶּן-חֲמִשִּׁים שָׁנָה כָּל-בָּא לַצָּבָא לַֽעֲשׂוֹת מְלָאכָה בְּאֹהֶל מוֹעֵֽד׃
From thirty years old and upward even until fifty years old, all that enter into the host, to do the work in the tabernacle of the congregation.
זֹאת עֲבֹדַת בְּנֵֽי-קְהָת בְּאֹהֶל מוֹעֵד קֹדֶשׁ הַקֳּדָשִֽׁים׃
This shall be the service of the sons of Kohath in the tabernacle of the congregation, about the most holy things:
וְכִלָּה אַֽהֲרֹן-וּבָנָיו לְכַסֹּת אֶת-הַקֹּדֶשׁ וְאֶת-כָּל-כְּלֵי הַקֹּדֶשׁ בִּנְסֹעַ הַֽמַּחֲנֶה וְאַֽחֲרֵי-כֵן יָבֹאוּ בְנֵֽי-קְהָת לָשֵׂאת וְלֹֽא-יִגְּעוּ אֶל-הַקֹּדֶשׁ וָמֵתוּ אֵלֶּה מַשָּׂא בְנֵֽי-קְהָת בְּאֹהֶל מוֹעֵֽד׃
And when Aaron and his sons have made an end of covering the sanctuary, and all the vessels of the sanctuary, as the camp is to set forward; after that, the sons of Kohath shall come to bear it: but they shall not touch any holy thing, lest they die. These things are the burden of the sons of Kohath in the tabernacle of the congregation.
וּפְקֻדַּת אֶלְעָזָר׀ בֶּן-אַֽהֲרֹן הַכֹּהֵן שֶׁמֶן הַמָּאוֹר וּקְטֹרֶת הַסַּמִּים וּמִנְחַת הַתָּמִיד וְשֶׁמֶן הַמִּשְׁחָה פְּקֻדַּת כָּל-הַמִּשְׁכָּן וְכָל-אֲשֶׁר-בּוֹ בְּקֹדֶשׁ וּבְכֵלָֽיו׃
And to the office of Eleazar the son of Aaron the priest pertaineth the oil for the light, and the sweet incense, and the daily meat offering, and the anointing oil, and the oversight of all the tabernacle, and of all that therein is, in the sanctuary, and in the vessels thereof.
מִבֶּן שְׁלֹשִׁים שָׁנָה וָמַעְלָה עַד בֶּן-חֲמִשִּׁים שָׁנָה תִּפְקֹד אוֹתָם כָּל-הַבָּא לִצְבֹא צָבָא לַֽעֲבֹד עֲבֹדָה בְּאֹהֶל מוֹעֵֽד׃
From thirty years old and upward until fifty years old shalt thou number them; all that enter in to perform the service, to do the work in the tabernacle of the congregation.
וְנָשְׂאוּ אֶת-יְרִיעֹת הַמִּשְׁכָּן וְאֶת-אֹהֶל מוֹעֵד מִכְסֵהוּ וּמִכְסֵה הַתַּחַשׁ אֲשֶׁר-עָלָיו מִלְמָעְלָה וְאֶת-מָסַךְ פֶּתַח אֹהֶל מוֹעֵֽד׃
And they shall bear the curtains of the tabernacle, and the tabernacle of the congregation, his covering, and the covering of the badgers' skins that is above upon it, and the hanging for the door of the tabernacle of the congregation,
וְאֵת קַלְעֵי הֶֽחָצֵר וְאֶת-מָסַךְ׀ פֶּתַח׀ שַׁעַר הֶֽחָצֵר אֲשֶׁר עַל-הַמִּשְׁכָּן וְעַל-הַמִּזְבֵּחַ סָבִיב וְאֵת מֵֽיתְרֵיהֶם וְאֶֽת-כָּל-כְּלֵי עֲבֹֽדָתָם וְאֵת כָּל-אֲשֶׁר יֵֽעָשֶׂה לָהֶם וְעָבָֽדוּ׃
And the hangings of the court, and the hanging for the door of the gate of the court, which is by the tabernacle and by the altar round about, and their cords, and all the instruments of their service, and all that is made for them: so shall they serve.
זֹאת עֲבֹדַת מִשְׁפְּחֹת בְּנֵי הַגֵּֽרְשֻׁנִּי בְּאֹהֶל מוֹעֵד וּמִשְׁמַרְתָּם בְּיַד אִֽיתָמָר בֶּֽן-אַהֲרֹן הַכֹּהֵֽן׃
This is the service of the families of the sons of Gershon in the tabernacle of the congregation: and their charge shall be under the hand of Ithamar the son of Aaron the priest.
מִבֶּן שְׁלֹשִׁים שָׁנָה וָמַעְלָה וְעַד בֶּן-חֲמִשִּׁים שָׁנָה תִּפְקְדֵם כָּל-הַבָּא לַצָּבָא לַֽעֲבֹד אֶת-עֲבֹדַת אֹהֶל מוֹעֵֽד׃
From thirty years old and upward even unto fifty years old shalt thou number them, every one that entereth into the service, to do the work of the tabernacle of the congregation.
וְזֹאת מִשְׁמֶרֶת מַשָּׂאָם לְכָל-עֲבֹֽדָתָם בְּאֹהֶל מוֹעֵד קַרְשֵׁי הַמִּשְׁכָּן וּבְרִיחָיו וְעַמּוּדָיו וַֽאֲדָנָֽיו׃
And this is the charge of their burden, according to all their service in the tabernacle of the congregation; the boards of the tabernacle, and the bars thereof, and the pillars thereof, and sockets thereof,
זֹאת עֲבֹדַת מִשְׁפְּחֹת בְּנֵי מְרָרִי לְכָל-עֲבֹֽדָתָם בְּאֹהֶל מוֹעֵד בְּיַד אִֽיתָמָר בֶּֽן-אַהֲרֹן הַכֹּהֵֽן׃
This is the service of the families of the sons of Merari, according to all their service, in the tabernacle of the congregation, under the hand of Ithamar the son of Aaron the priest.

אֵלֶּה פְקוּדֵי מִשְׁפְּחֹת הַקְּהָתִי כָּל-הָֽעֹבֵד בְּאֹהֶל מוֹעֵד אֲשֶׁר פָּקַד מֹשֶׁה וְאַֽהֲרֹן עַל-פִּי יְהוָה בְּיַד-מֹשֶֽׁה׃
These were they that were numbered of the families of the Kohathites, all that might do service in the tabernacle of the congregation, which Moses and Aaron did number according to the commandment of the LORD by the hand of Moses.

These are they that were numbered of the families of the sons of Gershon, of all that might do service in the tabernacle of the congregation, whom Moses and Aaron did number according to the commandment of the LORD.

From thirty years old and upward even unto fifty years old, every one that came to do the service of the ministry, and the service of the burden in the tabernacle of the congregation,
וְלָקַח הַכֹּהֵן מַיִם קְדֹשִׁים בִּכְלִי-חָרֶשׂ וּמִן-הֶֽעָפָר אֲשֶׁר יִֽהְיֶה בְּקַרְקַע הַמִּשְׁכָּן יִקַּח הַכֹּהֵן וְנָתַן אֶל-הַמָּֽיִם׃
And the priest shall take holy water in an earthen vessel; and of the dust that is in the floor of the tabernacle the priest shall take, and put it into the water:
וּבַיּוֹם הַשְּׁמִינִי יָבִא שְׁתֵּי תֹרִים אוֹ שְׁנֵי בְּנֵי יוֹנָה אֶל-הַכֹּהֵן אֶל-פֶּתַח אֹהֶל מוֹעֵֽד׃
And on the eighth day he shall bring two turtles, or two young pigeons, to the priest, to the door of the tabernacle of the congregation:
