For there are certain in unawares, men crept who were before of old ordained to this condemnation, ungodly men, turning the grace of our God into lasciviousness, and denying the only Lord God, and our Lord Jesus Christ.

Not a novice, lest being lifted up with pride he fall into the condemnation of the devil.

Likewise also these filthy dreamers defile the flesh, despise dominion, and speak evil of dignities.

For they that are such serve not our Lord Jesus Christ, but their own belly; and by good words and fair speeches deceive the hearts of the simple.
Well; because of unbelief they were broken off, and thou standest by faith. Be not highminded, but fear:
Charge them that are rich in this world, that they be not highminded, nor trust in uncertain riches, but in the living God, who giveth us richly all things to enjoy;
