Acts 16:21

καὶ καταγγέλλουσιν ἔθη ἃ οὐκ ἔξεστιν ἡμῖν παραδέχεσθαι οὐδὲ ποιεῖν Ῥωμαίοις οὖσιν
And teach customs, which are not lawful for us to receive, neither to observe, being Romans.
