And I saw the beast, and the kings of the earth, and their armies, gathered together to make war against him that sat on the horse, and against his army.
ὁ δὲ θεὸς τῆς εἰρήνης συντρίψει τὸν Σατανᾶν ὑπὸ τοὺς πόδας ὑμῶν ἐν τάχει ἡ χάρις τοῦ κυρίου ἡμῶν Ἰησοῦ Χριστοῦ μεθ' ὑμῶν ἀμήν.
And the God of peace shall bruise Satan under your feet shortly. The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you. Amen.
וְהָלְכוּ אֵלַיִךְ שְׁחוֹחַ בְּנֵי מְעַנַּיִךְ וְהִֽשְׁתַּחֲווּ עַל-כַּפּוֹת רַגְלַיִךְ כָּל-מְנַֽאֲצָיִךְ וְקָרְאוּ לָךְ עִיר יְהוָה צִיּוֹן קְדוֹשׁ יִשְׂרָאֵֽל׃
The sons also of them that afflicted thee shall come bending unto thee; and all they that despised thee shall bow themselves down at the soles of thy feet; and they shall call thee, The city of the LORD, The Zion of the Holy One of Israel.
καὶ ἐξελεύσεται πλανῆσαι τὰ ἔθνη τὰ ἐν ταῖς τέσσαρσιν γωνίαις τῆς γῆς τὸν Γὼγ καὶ τὸν Μαγώγ συναγαγεῖν αὐτοὺς εἰς πόλεμον ὧν ὁ ἀριθμὸς ὡς ἡ ἄμμος τῆς θαλάσσης
And shall go out to deceive the nations which are in the four quarters of the earth, Gog and Magog, to gather together them to battle: the number of whom is as the sand of the sea.
כְּעַל גְּמֻלוֹת כְּעַל יְשַׁלֵּם חֵמָה לְצָרָיו גְּמוּל לְאֹֽיְבָיו לָאִיִּים גְּמוּל יְשַׁלֵּֽם׃
According to their deeds, accordingly he will repay, fury to his adversaries, recompence to his enemies; to the islands he will repay recompence.
לְפָנָיו יִכְרְעוּ צִיִּים וְאֹיְבָיו עָפָר יְלַחֵֽכוּ׃
They that dwell in the wilderness shall bow before him; and his enemies shall lick the dust.
וְאֵיבָה׀ אָשִׁית בֵּֽינְךָ וּבֵין הָֽאִשָּׁה וּבֵין זַרְעֲךָ וּבֵין זַרְעָהּ הוּא יְשׁוּפְךָ רֹאשׁ וְאַתָּה תְּשׁוּפֶנּוּ עָקֵֽב׃
And I will put enmity between thee and the woman, and between thy seed and her seed; it shall bruise thy head, and thou shalt bruise his heel.
כִּי יוֹם נָקָם בְּלִבִּי וּשְׁנַת גְּאוּלַי בָּֽאָה׃
For the day of vengeance is in mine heart, and the year of my redeemed is come.
וְֽאֹיְבַי נָתַתָּה לִּי עֹרֶף וּמְשַׂנְאַי אַצְמִיתֵֽם׃
Thou hast also given me the necks of mine enemies; that I might destroy them that hate me.
ἐλεύσεται καὶ ἀπολέσει τοὺς γεωργοὺς τούτους καὶ δώσει τὸν ἀμπελῶνα ἄλλοις ἀκούσαντες δὲ εἶπον Μὴ γένοιτο
He shall come and destroy these husbandmen, and shall give the vineyard to others. And when they heard it, they said, God forbid.
וַיְהִי כְּֽהוֹצִיאָם אֶת-הַמְּלָכִים הָאֵלֶּה אֶל-יְהוֹשֻׁעַ וַיִּקְרָא יְהוֹשֻׁעַ אֶל-כָּל-אִישׁ יִשְׂרָאֵל וַיֹּאמֶר אֶל-קְצִינֵי אַנְשֵׁי הַמִּלְחָמָה הֶהָֽלְכוּא אִתּוֹ קִרְבוּ שִׂימוּ אֶת-רַגְלֵיכֶם עַֽל-צַוְּארֵי הַמְּלָכִים הָאֵלֶּה וַֽיִּקְרְבוּ וַיָּשִׂימוּ אֶת-רַגְלֵיהֶם עַל-צַוְּארֵיהֶֽם׃
And it came to pass, when they brought out those kings unto Joshua, that Joshua called for all the men of Israel, and said unto the captains of the men of war which went with him, Come near, put your feet upon the necks of these kings. And they came near, and put their feet upon the necks of them.
πλὴν τοὺς ἐχθρούς μου ἐκείνους τοὺς μὴ θελήσαντάς με βασιλεῦσαι ἐπ' αὐτοὺς ἀγάγετε ὧδε καὶ κατασφάξατε ἔμπροσθέν μου
But those mine enemies, which would not that I should reign over them, bring hither, and slay them before me.
וְהָיוּ מְלָכִים אֹֽמְנַיִךְ וְשָׂרֽוֹתֵיהֶם מֵינִיקֹתַיִךְ אַפַּיִם אֶרֶץ יִשְׁתַּחֲווּ לָךְ וַעֲפַר רַגְלַיִךְ יְלַחֵכוּ וְיָדַעַתְּ כִּֽי-אֲנִי יְהוָה אֲשֶׁר לֹֽא-יֵבֹשׁוּ קוָֹֽי׃
And kings shall be thy nursing fathers, and their queens thy nursing mothers: they shall bow down to thee with their face toward the earth, and lick up the dust of thy feet; and thou shalt know that I am the LORD: for they shall not be ashamed that wait for me.
שְׁאַל מִמֶּנִּי וְאֶתְּנָה גוֹיִם נַחֲלָתֶךָ וַאֲחֻזָּתְךָ אַפְסֵי-אָֽרֶץ׃
Ask of me, and I shall give thee the heathen for thine inheritance, and the uttermost parts of the earth for thy possession.
תִּמְצָא יָדְךָ לְכָל-אֹיְבֶיךָ יְמִֽינְךָ תִּמְצָא שֹׂנְאֶֽיךָ׃
Thine hand shall find out all thine enemies: thy right hand shall find out those that hate thee.
