וַיֹּאמֶר פַּרְעֹה אֶל-יוֹסֵף חֲלוֹם חָלַמְתִּי וּפֹתֵר אֵין אֹתוֹ וַֽאֲנִי שָׁמַעְתִּי עָלֶיךָ לֵאמֹר תִּשְׁמַע חֲלוֹם לִפְתֹּר אֹתֽוֹ׃

And Pharaoh said unto Joseph, I have dreamed a dream, and there is none that can interpret it: and I have heard say of thee, that thou canst understand a dream to interpret it.

Daniel 4:18

דְּנָה חֶלְמָא חֲזֵית אֲנָה מַלְכָּא נְבוּכַדְנֶצַּר וְאַנְתְּה בֵּלְטְשַׁאצַּר פִּשְׁרֵא׀ אֱמַר כָּל-קֳבֵל דִּי׀ כָּל-חַכִּימֵי מַלְכוּתִי לָֽא-יָכְלִין פִּשְׁרָא לְהוֹדָעוּתַנִי וְאַנְתְּה כָּהֵל דִּי רֽוּחַ-אֱלָהִין קַדִּישִׁין בָּֽךְ׃

This dream I king Nebuchadnezzar have seen. Now thou, O Belteshazzar, declare the interpretation thereof, forasmuch as all the wise men of my kingdom are not able to make known unto me the interpretation: but thou art able; for the spirit of the holy gods is in thee.
