Hebrews 11:10

ἐξεδέχετο γὰρ τὴν τοὺς θεμελίους ἔχουσαν πόλιν ἧς τεχνίτης καὶ δημιουργὸς ὁ θεός
For he looked for a city which hath foundations, whose builder and maker is God.
