Ὡς δὲ ἦν ἐν Ἱεροσολύμοις ἐν τῷ πάσχα ἐν τῇ ἑορτῇ πολλοὶ ἐπίστευσαν εἰς τὸ ὄνομα αὐτοῦ θεωροῦντες αὐτοῦ τὰ σημεῖα ἃ ἐποίει·
Now when he was in Jerusalem at the passover, in the feast day, many believed in his name, when they saw the miracles which he did.
ὅμως μέντοι καὶ ἐκ τῶν ἀρχόντων πολλοὶ ἐπίστευσαν εἰς αὐτόν ἀλλὰ διὰ τοὺς Φαρισαίους οὐχ ὡμολόγουν ἵνα μὴ ἀποσυνάγωγοι γένωνται·
Nevertheless among the chief rulers also many believed on him; but because of the Pharisees they did not confess him, lest they should be put out of the synagogue:
Πολλοὶ οὖν ἐκ τῶν Ἰουδαίων οἱ ἐλθόντες πρὸς τὴν Μαρίαν καὶ θεασάμενοι ἃ ἐποίησεν ὁ Ἰησοῦς ἐπίστευσαν εἰς αὐτόν·
Then many of the Jews which came to Mary, and had seen the things which Jesus did, believed on him.
πολλοὶ δὲ Ἐκ τοῦ ὄχλου ἐπίστευσαν εἰς αὐτόν καὶ ἔλεγον ὅτι Ὁ Χριστὸς ὅταν ἔλθῃ μήτι πλείονα σημεῖα τούτων ποιήσει ὧν οὗτος ἐποίησεν
And many of the people believed on him, and said, When Christ cometh, will he do more miracles than these which this man hath done?
Ἐκ δὲ τῆς πόλεως ἐκείνης πολλοὶ ἐπίστευσαν εἰς αὐτὸν τῶν Σαμαρειτῶν διὰ τὸν λόγον τῆς γυναικὸς μαρτυρούσης ὅτι Εἶπέν μοι πάντα ὅσα ἐποίησα
And many of the Samaritans of that city believed on him for the saying of the woman, which testified, He told me all that ever I did.
