Luke 15:10

οὕτως λέγω ὑμῖν χαρὰ γίνεται ἐνώπιον τῶν ἀγγέλων τοῦ θεοῦ ἐπὶ ἑνὶ ἁμαρτωλῷ μετανοοῦντι

Likewise, I say unto you, there is joy in the presence of the angels of God over one sinner that repenteth.
