Matthew 23:22

καὶ ὁ ὀμόσας ἐν τῷ οὐρανῷ ὀμνύει ἐν τῷ θρόνῳ τοῦ θεοῦ καὶ ἐν τῷ καθημένῳ ἐπάνω αὐτοῦ
And he that shall swear by heaven, sweareth by the throne of God, and by him that sitteth thereon.
