Ἀσπάζεται ὑμᾶς ἡ ἐν Βαβυλῶνι συνεκλεκτὴ καὶ Μᾶρκος ὁ υἱός μου
The church that is at Babylon, elected together with you, saluteth you; and so doth Marcus my son.
Ἀσπάσασθε πάντας τοὺς ἡγουμένους ὑμῶν καὶ πάντας τοὺς ἁγίους ἀσπάζονται ὑμᾶς οἱ ἀπὸ τῆς Ἰταλίας
Salute all them that have the rule over you, and all the saints. They of Italy salute you.
ἐλπίζω δὲ εὐθέως ἰδεῖν σε καὶ στόμα πρὸς στόμα λαλήσομεν εἰρήνῃ σοι. ἀσπάζονταί σε οἱ φίλοι ἀσπάζου τοὺς φίλους κατ' ὄνομα
But I trust I shall shortly see thee, and we shall speak face to face. Peace be to thee. Our friends salute thee. Greet the friends by name.
