καὶ ἐδόθη αὐτῷ δοῦναι πνεῦμα τῇ εἰκόνι τοῦ θηρίου ἵνα καὶ λαλήσῃ ἡ εἰκὼν τοῦ θηρίου καὶ ποιήσῃ ὅσοι ἂν μὴ προσκυνήσωσιν τὴν εἰκόνα τοῦ θηρίου ἵνα ἀποκτανθῶσιν
And he had power to give life unto the image of the beast, that the image of the should beast both speak, and cause that as many as would not worship the image of the should be beast killed.
יַכְּכָה יְהוָה בִּשְׁחִין מִצְרַיִם (ובעפלים) וּבַטְּחֹרִים וּבַגָּרָב וּבֶחָרֶס אֲשֶׁר לֹֽא-תוּכַל לְהֵֽרָפֵֽא׃
The LORD will smite thee with the botch of Egypt, and with the emerods, and with the scab, and with the itch, whereof thou canst not be healed.
וַיֹּאמֶר יְהוָה אֶל-מֹשֶׁה וְאֶֽל-אַהֲרֹן קְחוּ לָכֶם מְלֹא חָפְנֵיכֶם פִּיחַ כִּבְשָׁן וּזְרָקוֹ מֹשֶׁה הַשָּׁמַיְמָה לְעֵינֵי פַרְעֹֽה׃
And the LORD said unto Moses and unto Aaron, Take to you handfuls of ashes of the furnace, and let Moses sprinkle it toward the heaven in the sight of Pharaoh.
πτωχὸς δέ τις ἦν ὀνόματι Λάζαρος ὃς ἐβέβλητο πρὸς τὸν πυλῶνα αὐτοῦ ἡλκωμένος
And there was a certain beggar named Lazarus, which was laid at his gate, full of sores,

So went Satan forth from the presence of the LORD, and smote Job with sore boils from the sole of his foot unto his crown.
וְאַתָּה בָּֽחֳלָיִים רַבִּים בְּמַֽחֲלֵה מֵעֶיךָ עַד-יֵֽצְאוּ מֵעֶיךָ מִן-הַחֹלִי יָמִים עַל-יָמִֽים׃
And thou shalt have great sickness by disease of thy bowels, until thy bowels fall out by reason of the sickness day by day.
וַיְהִי אַֽחֲרֵי׀ הֵסַבּוּ אֹתוֹ וַתְּהִי יַד-יְהוָה׀ בָּעִיר מְהוּמָה גְּדוֹלָה מְאֹד וַיַּךְ אֶת-אַנְשֵׁי הָעִיר מִקָּטֹן וְעַד-גָּדוֹל וַיִּשָּֽׂתְרוּ לָהֶם (עפלים) טְחֹרִֽים׃
And it was so, that, after they had carried it about, the hand of the LORD was against the city with a very great destruction: and he smote the men of the city, both small and great, and they had emerods in their secret parts.
וְהֵסִיר יְהוָה מִמְּךָ כָּל-חֹלִי וְכָל-מַדְוֵי מִצְרַיִם הָֽרָעִים אֲשֶׁר יָדַעְתָּ לֹא יְשִׂימָם בָּךְ וּנְתָנָם בְּכָל-שֹֽׂנְאֶֽיךָ׃
And the LORD will take away from thee all sickness, and will put none of the evil diseases of Egypt, which thou knowest, upon thee; but will lay them upon all them that hate thee.
וְאַֽחֲרֵי כָּל-זֹאת נְגָפוֹ יְהוָה׀ בְּמֵעָיו לָֽחֳלִי לְאֵין מַרְפֵּֽא׃
And after all this the LORD smote him in his bowels with an incurable disease.
וְשִׂפַּח אֲדֹנָי קָדְקֹד בְּנוֹת צִיּוֹן וַיהוָה פָּתְהֵן יְעָרֶֽה׃
Therefore the Lord will smite with a scab the crown of the head of the daughters of Zion, and the LORD will discover their secret parts.
παραχρῆμα δὲ ἐπάταξεν αὐτὸν ἄγγελος κυρίου ἀνθ ὧν οὐκ ἔδωκεν τὴν δόξαν τῷ θεῷ καὶ γενόμενος σκωληκόβρωτος ἐξέψυξεν
And immediately the angel of the Lord smote him, because he gave not God the glory: and he was eaten of worms, and gave up the ghost.
וַתִּכְבַּד יַד-יְהוָה אֶל-הָֽאַשְׁדּוֹדִים וַיְשִׁמֵּם וַיַּךְ אֹתָם (בעפלים) בַּטְּחֹרִים אֶת-אַשְׁדּוֹד וְאֶת-גְּבוּלֶֽיהָ׃
But the hand of the LORD was heavy upon them of Ashdod, and he destroyed them, and smote them with emerods, even Ashdod and the coasts thereof.
עַל מֶה תֻכּוּ עוֹד תּוֹסִיפוּ סָרָה כָּל-רֹאשׁ לָחֳלִי וְכָל-לֵבָב דַּוָּֽי׃
Why should ye be stricken any more? ye will revolt more and more: the whole head is sick, and the whole heart faint.
וְהָיָה תַחַת בֹּשֶׂם מַק יִֽהְיֶה וְתַחַת חֲגוֹרָה נִקְפָּה וְתַחַת מַעֲשֶׂה מִקְשֶׁה קָרְחָה וְתַחַת פְּתִיגִיל מַחֲגֹרֶת שָׂק כִּי-תַחַת יֹֽפִי׃
And it shall come to pass, that instead of sweet smell there shall be stink; and instead of a girdle a rent; and instead of well set hair baldness; and instead of a stomacher a girding of sackcloth; and burning instead of beauty.
יַסַּע קָדִים בַּשָּׁמָיִם וַיְנַהֵג בְּעֻזּוֹ תֵימָֽן׃
He caused an east wind to blow in the heaven: and by his power he brought in the south wind.
καὶ ἔβαλεν ὁ καθήμενος ἐπὶ τὴν νεφέλην τὸ δρέπανον αὐτοῦ ἐπὶ τὴν γῆν καὶ ἐθερίσθη ἡ γῆ
And he that sat on the cloud thrust in his sickle on the earth; and the earth was reaped.
