And he saith unto me, Seal not the sayings of the prophecy of this book: for the time is at hand.

μακάριος ὁ ἀναγινώσκων καὶ οἱ ἀκούοντες τοὺς λόγους τῆς προφητείας καὶ τηροῦντες τὰ ἐν αὐτῇ γεγραμμένα ὁ γὰρ καιρὸς ἐγγύς
Blessed is he that readeth, and they that hear the words of this prophecy, and keep those things which are written therein: for the time is at hand.
Πάντων δὲ τὸ τέλος ἤγγικεν σωφρονήσατε οὖν καὶ νήψατε εἰς τὰς προσευχάς·
But the end of all things is at hand: be ye therefore sober, and watch unto prayer.
καὶ ὅτε ἐλάλησαν αἱ ἑπτὰ βρονταί τὰς φωνὰς ἑαυτῶν ἔμελλον γράφειν καὶ ἤκουσα φωνὴν ἐκ τοῦ οὐρανοῦ λέγουσαν μοι Σφράγισον ἃ ἐλάλησαν αἱ ἑπτὰ βρονταί καὶ μὴ ταὐτὰ γράψῃς
And when the seven thunders had uttered their voices, I was about to write: and I heard a voice from heaven saying unto me, Seal up those things which the seven thunders uttered, and write them not.
ὃ λέγω ὑμῖν ἐν τῇ σκοτίᾳ εἴπατε ἐν τῷ φωτί καὶ ὃ εἰς τὸ οὖς ἀκούετε κηρύξατε ἐπὶ τῶν δωμάτων
What I tell you in darkness, that speak ye in light: and what ye hear in the ear, that preach ye upon the housetops.
לָכֵן אֱמֹר אֲלֵיהֶם כֹּֽה-אָמַר אֲדֹנָי יְהוִה הִשְׁבַּתִּי אֶת-הַמָּשָׁל הַזֶּה וְלֹֽא-יִמְשְׁלוּ אֹתוֹ עוֹד בְּיִשְׂרָאֵל כִּי אִם-דַּבֵּר אֲלֵיהֶם קָֽרְבוּ הַיָּמִים וּדְבַר כָּל-חָזֽוֹן׃
Tell them therefore, Thus saith the Lord GOD; I will make this proverb to cease, and they shall no more use it as a proverb in Israel; but say unto them, The days are at hand, and the effect of every vision.
ἡ νὺξ προέκοψεν ἡ δὲ ἡμέρα ἤγγικεν ἀποθώμεθα οὖν τὰ ἔργα τοῦ σκότους καί ἐνδυσώμεθα τὰ ὅπλα τοῦ φωτός
The night is far spent, the day is at hand: let us therefore cast off the works of darkness, and let us put on the armour of light.
וְאַתָּה דָֽנִיֵּאל סְתֹם הַדְּבָרִים וַחֲתֹם הַסֵּפֶר עַד-עֵת קֵץ יְשֹׁטְטוּ רַבִּים וְתִרְבֶּה הַדָּֽעַת׃
But thou, O Daniel, shut up the words, and seal the book, even to the time of the end: many shall run to and fro, and knowledge shall be increased.
וַיֹּאמֶר לֵךְ דָּנִיֵּאל כִּֽי-סְתֻמִים וַחֲתֻמִים הַדְּבָרִים עַד-עֵת קֵֽץ׃
And he said, Go thy way, Daniel: for the words are closed up and sealed till the time of the end.
צוֹר תְּעוּדָה חֲתוֹם תּוֹרָה בְּלִמֻּדָֽי׃
Bind up the testimony, seal the law among my disciples.
Ἐγὼ Ἰησοῦς ἔπεμψα τὸν ἄγγελόν μου μαρτυρῆσαι ὑμῖν ταῦτα ἐπὶ ταῖς ἐκκλησίαις· ἐγώ εἰμι ἡ ῥίζα καὶ τὸ γένος τοῦ Δαβίδ ὁ ἀστὴρ ὁ λαμπρὸς καὶ ὀρθρινός
I Jesus have sent mine angel to testify unto you these things in the churches. I am the root and the offspring of David, and the bright and morning star.
הֵילִילוּ כִּי קָרוֹב יוֹם יְהוָה כְּשֹׁד מִשַּׁדַּי יָבֽוֹא׃
Howl ye; for the day of the LORD is at hand; it shall come as a destruction from the Almighty.
Καὶ εἶδον ἐπὶ τὴν δεξιὰν τοῦ καθημένου ἐπὶ τοῦ θρόνου βιβλίον γεγραμμένον ἔσωθεν καὶ ὄπισθεν κατεσφραγισμένον σφραγῖσιν ἑπτά
And I saw in the right hand of him that sat on the throne a book written within and on the backside, sealed with seven seals.
καὶ ἰδού ἔρχομαι ταχύ καὶ ὁ μισθός μου μετ' ἐμοῦ ἀποδοῦναι ἑκάστῳ ὡς τὸ ἔργον αὐτοῦ ἐσται
And, behold, I come quickly; and my reward is with me, to give every man according as his work shall be.
μή τις ὑμᾶς ἐξαπατήσῃ κατὰ μηδένα τρόπον ὅτι ἐὰν μὴ ἔλθῃ ἡ ἀποστασία πρῶτον καὶ ἀποκαλυφθῇ ὁ ἄνθρωπος τῆς ἁμαρτίας ὁ υἱὸς τῆς ἀπωλείας
Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition;
Λέγει ὁ μαρτυρῶν ταῦτα Ναί ἔρχομαι ταχύ. Ἀμήν ναί ἔρχου κύριε Ἰησοῦ
He which testifieth these things saith, Surely I come quickly. Amen. Even so, come, Lord Jesus.
