1 Corinthians 11:28

δοκιμαζέτω δὲ ἄνθρωπος ἑαυτόν καὶ οὕτως ἐκ τοῦ ἄρτου ἐσθιέτω καὶ ἐκ τοῦ ποτηρίου πινέτω·
But let a man examine himself, and so let him eat of that bread, and drink of that cup.
