2 Corinthians 13:5
Examine yourselves, whether ye be in the faith; prove your own selves. Know ye not your own selves, how that Jesus Christ is in you, except ye be reprobates?

חָקְרֵנִי אֵל וְדַע לְבָבִי בְּחָנֵנִי וְדַע שַׂרְעַפָּֽי׃
Search me, O God, and know my heart: try me, and know my thoughts:
ἀλλ' ὑπωπιάζω μου τὸ σῶμα καὶ δουλαγωγῶ μήπως ἄλλοις κηρύξας αὐτὸς ἀδόκιμος γένωμαι
But I keep under my body, and bring into subjection: it lest that by any means, when I have preached to others, I myself should be a castaway.
μνημόνευε οὖν πόθεν ἐκπέπτωκας καὶ μετανόησον καὶ τὰ πρῶτα ἔργα ποίησον· εἰ δὲ μή ἔρχομαί σοι τάχει καὶ κινήσω τὴν λυχνίαν σου ἐκ τοῦ τόπου αὐτῆς ἐὰν μὴ μετανοήσῃς
Remember therefore from whence thou art fallen, and repent, and do the first works; or else I will come unto thee quickly, and will remove thy candlestick out of his place, except thou repent.
τὸ δὲ ἔργον ἑαυτοῦ δοκιμαζέτω ἕκαστος καὶ τότε εἰς ἑαυτὸν μόνον τὸ καύχημα ἕξει καὶ οὐκ εἰς τὸν ἕτερον·
But let every man prove his own work, and then shall he have rejoicing in himself alone, and not in another.
εἰ γὰρ ἑαυτοὺς διεκρίνομεν οὐκ ἂν ἐκρινόμεθα·
For if we would judge ourselves, we should not be judged.
ἐπισκοποῦντες μή τις ὑστερῶν ἀπὸ τῆς χάριτος τοῦ θεοῦ μή τις ῥίζα πικρίας ἄνω φύουσα ἐνοχλῇ καὶ διὰ ταὐτῆς μιανθῶσιν πολλοί
Looking diligently lest any man fail of the grace of God; lest any root of bitterness springing up trouble you, and thereby many be defiled;
ἀπεκρίθη ὁ Ἰησοῦς καὶ εἶπεν αὐτῷ Ἐάν τις ἀγαπᾷ με τὸν λόγον μου τηρήσει καὶ ὁ πατήρ μου ἀγαπήσει αὐτόν καὶ πρὸς αὐτὸν ἐλευσόμεθα καὶ μονὴν παρ' αὐτῷ ποιησόμεν
Jesus answered and said unto him, If a man love me, he will keep my words: and my Father will love him, and we will come unto him, and make our abode with him.
Χριστῷ συνεσταύρωμαι ζῶ δὲ οὐκέτι ἐγώ ζῇ δὲ ἐν ἐμοὶ Χριστός· ὃ δὲ νῦν ζῶ ἐν σαρκί ἐν πίστει ζῶ τῇ τοῦ υἱοῦ τοῦ θεοῦ τοῦ ἀγαπήσαντός με καὶ παραδόντος ἑαυτὸν ὑπὲρ ἐμοῦ
I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself for me.
θεὸν ὁμολογοῦσιν εἰδέναι τοῖς δὲ ἔργοις ἀρνοῦνται βδελυκτοὶ ὄντες καὶ ἀπειθεῖς καὶ πρὸς πᾶν ἔργον ἀγαθὸν ἀδόκιμοι
They profess that they know God; but in works they deny him, being abominable, and disobedient, and unto every good work reprobate.
בְּחָנֵנִי יְהוָה וְנַסֵּנִי צָרְפָה כִלְיוֹתַי וְלִבִּֽי׃
Examine me, O LORD, and prove me; try my reins and my heart.
εἰ δὲ Χριστὸς ἐν ὑμῖν τὸ μὲν σῶμα νεκρὸν δι' ἁμαρτίαν τὸ δὲ πνεῦμα ζωὴ διὰ δικαιοσύνην
And if Christ be in you, the body is dead because of sin; but the Spirit is life because of righteousness.
חִשַּׁבְתִּי דְרָכָי וָאָשִׁיבָה רַגְלַי אֶל-עֵדֹתֶֽיךָ׃
I thought on my ways, and turned my feet unto thy testimonies.
γίνου γρηγορῶν καὶ στήριξον τὰ λοιπὰ ἃ μὲλλει ἀποθανεῖν οὐ γὰρ εὕρηκά σου τὰ ἔργα πεπληρωμένα ἐνώπιον τοῦ θεοῦ
Be watchful, and strengthen the things which remain, that are ready to die: for I have not found thy works perfect before God.
כֹּה אָמַר יְהוָה צְבָאוֹת שִׂימוּ לְבַבְכֶם עַל-דַּרְכֵיכֶֽם׃
Thus saith the LORD of hosts; Consider your ways.
Φοβηθῶμεν οὖν μήποτε καταλειπομένης ἐπαγγελίας εἰσελθεῖν εἰς τὴν κατάπαυσιν αὐτοῦ δοκῇ τις ἐξ ὑμῶν ὑστερηκέναι
Let us therefore fear, lest, a promise being left us of entering into his rest, any of you should seem to come short of it.
Οὐκ οἴδατε ὅτι οἱ ἐν σταδίῳ τρέχοντες πάντες μὲν τρέχουσιν εἷς δὲ λαμβάνει τὸ βραβεῖον οὕτως τρέχετε ἵνα καταλάβητε
Know ye not that they which run in a race run all, but one receiveth the prize? So run, that ye may obtain.

Now therefore thus saith the LORD of hosts; Consider your ways.
