If therefore ye have not been faithful in the unrighteous mammon, who will commit trust to your the true riches?
κατὰ τὸ εὐαγγέλιον τῆς δόξης τοῦ μακαρίου θεοῦ ὃ ἐπιστεύθην ἐγώ
According to the glorious gospel of the blessed God, which was committed to trust. my
מַצְרֵף לַכֶּסֶף וְכוּר לַזָּהָב וּבֹחֵן לִבּוֹת יְהוָֽה׃
The fining pot is for silver, and the furnace for gold: but the LORD trieth the hearts.
καὶ οὐκ ἔστιν κτίσις ἀφανὴς ἐνώπιον αὐτοῦ πάντα δὲ γυμνὰ καὶ τετραχηλισμένα τοῖς ὀφθαλμοῖς αὐτοῦ πρὸς ὃν ἡμῖν ὁ λόγος
Neither there is any creature that is not manifest in his sight: but all things are naked and opened unto the eyes of him with whom we have to do.
εἰ γὰρ ἑκὼν τοῦτο πράσσω μισθὸν ἔχω· εἰ δὲ ἄκων οἰκονομίαν πεπίστευμαι·
For if I do this thing willingly, I have a reward: but if against my will, a dispensation of the gospel is committed unto me.
