ἀμὴν ἀμὴν λέγω ὑμῖν ὁ πιστεύων εἰς ἐμὲ τὰ ἔργα ἃ ἐγὼ ποιῶ κἀκεῖνος ποιήσει καὶ μείζονα τούτων ποιήσει ὅτι ἐγὼ πρὸς τὸν πατέρα μου πορεύομαι·
Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believeth on me, the works that I do shall he do also; and greater works than these shall he do; because I go unto my Father.
εἶπεν δὲ Πέτρος Ἀργύριον καὶ χρυσίον οὐχ ὑπάρχει μοι ὃ δὲ ἔχω τοῦτό σοι δίδωμι· ἐν τῷ ὀνόματι Ἰησοῦ Χριστοῦ τοῦ Ναζωραίου ἐγεῖραι καὶ περιπάτει
Then Peter said, Silver and gold have I none; but such as I have give I thee: In the of name of Jesus Christ Nazareth rise up and walk.
εὗρεν δὲ ἐκεῖ ἄνθρωπόν τινα Αἰνέαν ὀνόματι ἐξ ἐτῶν ὀκτὼ κατακείμενον ἐπὶ κραββάτω ὃς ἦν παραλελυμένος
And there he found a certain man named Aeneas, which had kept his bed eight years, and was sick of the palsy.
καὶ προσελθὼν ἥψατο τῆς σοροῦ οἱ δὲ βαστάζοντες ἔστησαν καὶ εἶπεν Νεανίσκε σοὶ λέγω ἐγέρθητι
And he came and touched the bier: and they that bare him stood still. And he said, Young man, I say unto thee, Arise.
καὶ ἰδού γυνὴ ἦν πνεῦμα ἔχουσα ἀσθενείας ἔτη δέκα καὶ ὀκτὼ καὶ ἦν συγκύπτουσα καὶ μὴ δυναμένη ἀνακύψαι εἰς τὸ παντελές
And, behold, there was a woman which had a spirit of infirmity eighteen years, and was bowed together, and could in no wise lift up herself.
