And when they bring you unto the synagogues, and unto magistrates, and powers, take ye no thought how or what thing ye shall answer, or what ye shall say:
ὅταν δὲ παραδιδῶσιν ὑμᾶς μὴ μεριμνήσητε πῶς ἢ τί λαλήσητε· δοθήσεται γὰρ ὑμῖν ἐν ἐκείνῃ τῇ ὥρᾳ τί λαλήσετε
But when they deliver up, you take no thought how or what ye shall speak: for it shall be given you in that same hour what ye shall speak.
θέσθε οὖν εἴς τὰς καρδίας ὑμῶν μὴ προμελετᾶν ἀπολογηθῆναι·
Settle it therefore in your hearts, not to meditate before what ye shall answer:
καὶ ἐπλήσθησαν ἅπαντες πνεύματος ἁγίου καὶ ἤρξαντο λαλεῖν ἑτέραις γλώσσαις καθὼς τὸ πνεῦμα ἐδίδου αὐτοῖς ἀποφθέγγεσθαι
And they were all filled with the Holy Ghost, and began to speak with other tongues, as the Spirit gave them utterance.
ὑπάρχων δὲ πλήρης πνεύματος ἁγίου ἀτενίσας εἰς τὸν οὐρανὸν εἶδεν δόξαν θεοῦ καὶ Ἰησοῦν ἑστῶτα ἐκ δεξιῶν τοῦ θεοῦ
But he, being full of the Holy Ghost, looked stedfastly up into heaven, and and saw the glory of God, Jesus standing on the right hand of God,
καὶ δεηθέντων αὐτῶν ἐσαλεύθη ὁ τόπος ἐν ᾧ ἦσαν συνηγμένοι καὶ ἐπλήσθησαν ἅπαντες πνεύματος ἁγίου καὶ ἐλάλουν τὸν λόγον τοῦ θεοῦ μετὰ παῤῥησίας
And when they had prayed, the place was shaken where they were assembled together; and they were all filled with the Holy Ghost, and they spake the word of God with boldness.
Πιλᾶτος δὲ συγκαλεσάμενος τοὺς ἀρχιερεῖς καὶ τοὺς ἄρχοντας καὶ τὸν λαὸν
And Pilate, when he had called together the chief priests and the rulers and the people,
Ἐγένετο δὲ ἐπὶ τὴν αὔριον συναχθῆναι αὐτῶν τοὺς ἄρχοντας καὶ πρεσβυτέρους καὶ γραμματεῖς εἴς Ἰερουσαλήμ
