Daniel 6:12
בֵּאדַיִן קְרִבוּ וְאָמְרִין קֳדָם-מַלְכָּא עַל-אֱסָר מַלְכָּא הֲלָא אֱסָר רְשַׁמְתָּ דִּי כָל-אֱנָשׁ דִּֽי-יִבְעֵא מִן-כָּל-אֱלָהּ וֶֽאֱנָשׁ עַד-יוֹמִין תְּלָתִין לָהֵן מִנָּךְ מַלְכָּא יִתְרְמֵא לְגוֹב אַרְיָותָא עָנֵה מַלְכָּא וְאָמַר יַצִּיבָא מִלְּתָא כְּדָת-מָדַי וּפָרַס דִּי-לָא תֶעְדֵּֽא׃
Then they came near, and spake before the king concerning the king's decree; Hast thou not signed a decree, that every man that shall ask a petition of any God or man within thirty days, save of thee, O king, shall be cast into the den of lions? The king answered and said, The thing is true, according to the law of the Medes and Persians, which altereth not.
Daniel 3:4
וְכָרוֹזָא קָרֵא בְחָיִל לְכוֹן אָֽמְרִין עַֽמְמַיָּא אֻמַּיָּא וְלִשָּׁנַיָּֽא׃
Then an herald cried aloud, To you it is commanded, O people, nations, and languages,
Esther 3:12
וַיִּקָּֽרְאוּ סֹֽפְרֵי הַמֶּלֶךְ בַּחֹדֶשׁ הָֽרִאשׁוֹן בִּשְׁלוֹשָׁה עָשָׂר יוֹם בּוֹ וַיִּכָּתֵב כְּֽכָל-אֲשֶׁר-צִוָּה הָמָן אֶל אֲחַשְׁדַּרְפְּנֵֽי-הַמֶּלֶךְ וְֽאֶל-הַפַּחוֹת אֲשֶׁר׀ עַל-מְדִינָה וּמְדִינָה וְאֶל-שָׂרֵי עַם וָעָם מְדִינָה וּמְדִינָה כִּכְתָבָהּ וְעַם וָעָם כִּלְשׁוֹנוֹ בְּשֵׁם הַמֶּלֶךְ אֲחַשְׁוֵרֹשׁ נִכְתָּב וְנֶחְתָּם בְּטַבַּעַת הַמֶּֽלֶךְ׃
Then were the king's scribes called on the thirteenth day of the first month, and there was written according to all that Haman had commanded unto the king's lieutenants, and to the governors that were over every province, and to the rulers of every people of every province according to the writing thereof, and to every people after their language; in the name of king Ahasuerus was it written, and sealed with the king's ring.
Daniel 3:15
כְּעַן הֵן אִֽיתֵיכוֹן עֲתִידִין דִּי בְעִדָּנָא דִּֽי-תִשְׁמְעוּן קָל קַרְנָא מַשְׁרוֹקִיתָא קַיְתרֹס שַׂבְּכָא פְּסַנְתֵּרִין וְסוּמְפֹּנְיָה וְכֹל׀ זְנֵי זְמָרָא תִּפְּלוּן וְתִסְגְּדוּן לְצַלְמָא דִֽי-עַבְדֵת וְהֵן לָא תִסְגְּדוּן בַּהּ-שַֽׁעֲתָא תִתְרְמוֹן לְגֽוֹא-אַתּוּן נוּרָא יָקִֽדְתָּא וּמַן-הוּא אֱלָהּ דֵּי יְשֵֽׁיזְבִנְכוֹן מִן-יְדָֽי׃
Now if ye be ready that at what time ye hear the sound of the cornet, flute, harp, sackbut, psaltery, and dulcimer, and all kinds of musick, ye fall down and worship the image which I have made; well: but if ye worship not, ye shall be cast the same hour into the midst of a burning fiery furnace; and who is that God that shall deliver you out of my hands?
2 Chronicles 29:25
וַיַּֽעֲמֵד אֶת-הַלְוִיִּם בֵּית יְהוָה בִּמְצִלְתַּיִם בִּנְבָלִים וּבְכִנֹּרוֹת בְּמִצְוַת דָּוִיד וְגָד חֹזֵֽה-הַמֶּלֶךְ וְנָתָן הַנָּבִיא כִּי בְיַד-יְהוָה הַמִּצְוָה בְּיַד-נְבִיאָֽיו׃
And he set the Levites in the house of the LORD with cymbals, with psalteries, and with harps, according to the commandment of David, and of Gad the king's seer, and Nathan the prophet: for so was the commandment of the LORD by his prophets.
Psalms 149:3
יְהַֽלְלוּ שְׁמוֹ בְמָחוֹל בְּתֹף וְכִנּוֹר יְזַמְּרוּ-לֽוֹ׃
Let them praise his name in the dance: let them sing praises unto him with the timbrel and harp.
Exodus 15:20
וַתִּקַּח מִרְיָם הַנְּבִיאָה אֲחוֹת אַֽהֲרֹן אֶת-הַתֹּף בְּיָדָהּ וַתֵּצֶאןָ כָֽל-הַנָּשִׁים אַֽחֲרֶיהָ בְּתֻפִּים וּבִמְחֹלֹֽת׃
And Miriam the prophetess, the sister of Aaron, took a timbrel in her hand; and all the women went out after her with timbrels and with dances.
Amos 6:5
הַפֹּרְטִים עַל-פִּי הַנָּבֶל כְּדָוִיד חָשְׁבוּ לָהֶם כְּלֵי-שִֽׁיר׃
That chant to the sound of the viol, and invent to themselves instruments of musick, like David;
Psalms 150:3
הַֽלְלוּהוּ בְּתֵקַע שׁוֹפָר הַֽלְלוּהוּ בְּנֵבֶל וְכִנּֽוֹר׃
Praise him with the sound of the trumpet: praise him with the psaltery and harp.
John 11:57
δεδώκεισαν δὲ καὶ οἱ ἀρχιερεῖς καὶ οἱ Φαρισαῖοι ἐντολὴν ἵνα ἐάν τις γνῷ ποῦ ἐστιν μηνύσῃ ὅπως πιάσωσιν αὐτόν
Now both the chief priests and the Pharisees had given a commandment, that, if any man knew where he were, he should shew it, that they might take him.
1 Chronicles 25:1
וַיַּבְדֵּל דָּוִיד וְשָׂרֵי הַצָּבָא לַֽעֲבֹדָה לִבְנֵי אָסָף וְהֵימָן וִֽידוּתוּן (הנביאים) הַֽנִּבְּאִים בְּכִנֹּרוֹת בִּנְבָלִים וּבִמְצִלְתָּיִם וַֽיְהִי מִסְפָּרָם אַנְשֵׁי מְלָאכָה לַעֲבֹֽדָתָֽם׃
Moreover David and the captains of the host separated to the service of the sons of Asaph, and of Heman, and of Jeduthun, who should prophesy with harps, with psalteries, and with cymbals: and the number of the workmen according to their service was:
Exodus 1:16
וַיֹּאמֶר בְּיַלֶּדְכֶן אֶת-הָֽעִבְרִיּוֹת וּרְאִיתֶן עַל-הָֽאָבְנָיִם אִם-בֵּן הוּא וַֽהֲמִתֶּן אֹתוֹ וְאִם-בַּת הִוא וָחָֽיָה׃
And he said, When ye do the office of a midwife to the Hebrew women, and see them upon the stools; if it be a son, then ye shall kill him: but if it be a daughter, then she shall live.
1 Chronicles 15:28
וְכָל-יִשְׂרָאֵל מַֽעֲלִים אֶת-אֲרוֹן בְּרִית-יְהוָה בִּתְרוּעָה וּבְקוֹל שׁוֹפָר וּבַחֲצֹֽצְרוֹת וּבִמְצִלְתָּיִם מַשְׁמִעִים בִּנְבָלִים וְכִנֹּרֽוֹת׃
Thus all Israel brought up the ark of the covenant of the LORD with shouting, and with sound of the cornet, and with trumpets, and with cymbals, making a noise with psalteries and harps.
Psalms 81:1
הַרְנִינוּ לֵאלֹהִים עוּזֵּנוּ הָרִיעוּ לֵאלֹהֵי יַעֲקֹֽב׃
Sing aloud unto God our strength: make a joyful noise unto the God of Jacob.
1 Chronicles 16:5

Asaph the chief, and next to him Zechariah, Jeiel, and Shemiramoth, and Jehiel, and Mattithiah, and Eliab, and Benaiah, and Obed-edom: and Jeiel with psalteries and with harps; but Asaph made a sound with cymbals;
Revelation 13:16

And he causeth all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads:
Isaiah 10:1
הוֹי הַחֹֽקְקִים חִקְקֵי-אָוֶן וּֽמְכַתְּבִים עָמָל כִּתֵּֽבוּ׃
Woe unto them that decree unrighteous decrees, and that write grievousness which they have prescribed;
Ecclesiastes 3:16
וְעוֹד רָאִיתִי תַּחַת הַשָּׁמֶשׁ מְקוֹם הַמִּשְׁפָּט שָׁמָּה הָרֶשַׁע וּמְקוֹם הַצֶּדֶק שָׁמָּה הָרָֽשַׁע׃
And moreover I saw under the sun the place of judgment, that wickedness was there; and the place of righteousness, that iniquity was there.
Psalms 92:1
טוֹב לְהֹדוֹת לַיהוָה וּלְזַמֵּר לְשִׁמְךָ עֶלְיֽוֹן׃
It is a good thing to give thanks unto the LORD, and to sing praises unto thy name, O most High:
Exodus 32:18
וַיֹּאמֶר אֵין קוֹל עֲנוֹת גְּבוּרָה וְאֵין קוֹל עֲנוֹת חֲלוּשָׁה קוֹל עַנּוֹת אָֽנֹכִי שֹׁמֵֽעַ׃
And he said, It is not the voice of them that shout for mastery, neither is it the voice of them that cry for being overcome: but the noise of them that sing do I hear.
