And he thought scorn to lay hands on Mordecai alone; for they had shewed him the people of Mordecai: wherefore Haman sought to destroy all the Jews that were throughout the whole kingdom of Ahasuerus, even the people of Mordecai.

1 Peter 4:3

For the time past of our life may suffice us to have wrought the will of the Gentiles, when we walked in lasciviousness, lusts, excess of wine, revellings, banquetings, and abominable idolatries:

Acts 28:22

ἀξιοῦμεν δὲ παρὰ σοῦ ἀκοῦσαι φρονεῖς περὶ μὲν γὰρ τῆς αἱρέσεως ταύτης γνωστὸν ἐστιν ἡμῖν ὅτι πανταχοῦ ἀντιλέγεται

Daniel 2:10

עֲנוֹ כַשְׂדָּיֵא קֳדָם-מַלְכָּא וְאָמְרִין לָֽא-אִיתַי אֲנָשׁ עַל-יַבֶּשְׁתָּא דִּי מִלַּת מַלְכָּא יוּכַל לְהַחֲוָיָה כָּל-קֳבֵל דִּי כָּל-מֶלֶךְ רַב וְשַׁלִּיט מִלָּה כִדְנָה לָא שְׁאֵל לְכָל-חַרְטֹּם וְאָשַׁף וְכַשְׂדָּֽי׃

The Chaldeans answered before the king, and said, There is not a man upon the earth that can shew the king's matter: therefore there is no king, lord, nor ruler, that asked such things at any magician, or astrologer, or Chaldean.
