John 5:30
I can of mine own self do nothing: as I hear, I judge: and my judgment is just; because I seek not mine own will, but the will of the Father which hath sent me.

Jesus saith unto them, My meat is to do the will of him that sent me, and to finish his work.
οὐ πιστεύεις ὅτι ἐγὼ ἐν τῷ πατρὶ καὶ ὁ πατὴρ ἐν ἐμοί ἐστιν τὰ ῥήματα ἃ ἐγὼ λαλῶ ὑμῖν ἀπ' ἐμαυτοῦ οὐ λαλῶ ὁ δὲ πατὴρ ὁ ἐν ἐμοὶ μένων αὐτὸς ποιεῖ τὰ ἔργα
Believest thou not that I am in the Father, and the Father in me? the words that I speak unto you I speak not of myself: but the Father that dwelleth in me, he doeth the works.
καὶ προελθὼν μικρὸν ἔπεσεν ἐπὶ πρόσωπον αὐτοῦ προσευχόμενος καὶ λέγων Πάτερ μου εἰ δυνατόν ἐστιν παρελθέτω ἀπ' ἐμοῦ τὸ ποτήριον τοῦτο· πλὴν οὐχ ὡς ἐγὼ θέλω ἀλλ' ὡς σύ
And he went a little farther, and fell on his face, and prayed, saying, O my Father, if it be possible, let this cup pass from me: nevertheless not as I will, but as thou wilt.

Then said I, Lo, I come: in the volume of the book it is written of me,
וַהֲרִיחוֹ בְּיִרְאַת יְהוָה וְלֹֽא-לְמַרְאֵה עֵינָיו יִשְׁפּוֹט וְלֹֽא-לְמִשְׁמַע אָזְנָיו יוֹכִֽיחַ׃

For even Christ pleased not himself; but, as it is written, The reproaches of them that reproached thee fell on me.

And I seek not mine own glory: there is one that seeketh and judgeth.

I have glorified thee on the earth: I have finished the work which thou gavest me to do.
לִפְנֵי יְהוָה׀ כִּי בָא כִּי בָא לִשְׁפֹּט הָאָרֶץ יִשְׁפֹּֽט-תֵּבֵל בְּצֶדֶק וְעַמִּים בֶּאֱמוּנָתֽוֹ׃
Before the LORD: for he cometh, for he cometh to judge the earth: he shall judge the world with righteousness, and the people with his truth.
εἶπεν οὖν ὁ Ἰησοῦς τῷ Πέτρῳ Βάλε τὴν μάχαιραν σου εἰς τὴν θήκην· τὸ ποτήριον ὃ δέδωκέν μοι ὁ πατὴρ οὐ μὴ πίω αὐτό
Then said Jesus unto Peter, Put up thy sword into the sheath: the cup which my Father hath given me, shall I not drink it?
חָלִלָה לְּךָ מֵֽעֲשֹׂת׀ כַּדָּבָר הַזֶּה לְהָמִית צַדִּיק עִם-רָשָׁע וְהָיָה כַצַּדִּיק כָּֽרָשָׁע חָלִלָה לָּךְ הֲשֹׁפֵט כָּל-הָאָרֶץ לֹא יַֽעֲשֶׂה מִשְׁפָּֽט׃
That be far from thee to do after this manner, to slay the righteous with the wicked: and that the righteous should be as the wicked, that be far from thee: Shall not the Judge of all the earth do right?
κατὰ δὲ τὴν σκληρότητά σου καὶ ἀμετανόητον καρδίαν θησαυρίζεις σεαυτῷ ὀργὴν ἐν ἡμέρᾳ ὀργῆς καὶ ἀποκαλύψεως δικαιοκρισίας τοῦ θεοῦ
But after thy hardness and impenitent heart treasurest up unto thyself wrath against the day of wrath and revelation of the righteous judgment of God;
נִדְמֶה שֹׁמְרוֹן מַלְכָּהּ כְּקֶצֶף עַל-פְּנֵי-מָֽיִם׃
As for Samaria, her king is cut off as the foam upon the water.
οἴδαμεν δὲ ὅτι τὸ κρίμα τοῦ θεοῦ ἐστιν κατὰ ἀλήθειαν ἐπὶ τοὺς τὰ τοιαῦτα πράσσοντας
But we are sure that the judgment of God is according to truth against them which commit such things.
