And whosoever shall not receive you, nor hear your words, when ye depart out of that house or city, shake off the dust of your feet.

As a dog returneth to his vomit, so a fool returneth to his folly.
ἰδόντες δὲ οἱ Ἰουδαῖοι τοὺς ὄχλους ἐπλήσθησαν ζήλου καὶ ἀντέλεγον τοῖς ὑπὸ τοῦ Παύλου λεγομένοις ἀντιλέγοντες καὶ βλασφημοῦντες
But when the Jews saw the multitudes, they were filled with envy, and spake against those things which were spoken by Paul, contradicting and blaspheming.
ὁ δὲ ἀποκριθεὶς εἶπεν Οὐκ ἔστιν καλὸν λαβεῖν τὸν ἄρτον τῶν τέκνων καὶ βαλεῖν τοῖς κυναρίοις
But he answered and said, It is not meet to take the children's bread, and to cast it to dogs.
Βλέπετε τοὺς κύνας βλέπετε τοὺς κακοὺς ἐργάτας βλέπετε τὴν κατατομήν
Beware of dogs, beware of evil workers, beware of the concision.
πόσῳ δοκεῖτε χείρονος ἀξιωθήσεται τιμωρίας ὁ τὸν υἱὸν τοῦ θεοῦ καταπατήσας καὶ τὸ αἷμα τῆς διαθήκης κοινὸν ἡγησάμενος ἐν ᾧ ἡγιάσθη καὶ τὸ πνεῦμα τῆς χάριτος ἐνυβρίσας
Of how much sorer punishment, suppose ye, shall he be thought worthy, who hath trodden under foot the Son of God, and hath counted the blood of the covenant, wherewith he was sanctified, an unholy thing, and hath done despite unto the Spirit of grace?
συμβέβηκεν δὲ αὐτοῖς τὸ τῆς ἀληθοῦς παροιμίας Κύων ἐπιστρέψας ἐπὶ τὸ ἴδιον ἐξέραμα καί ὗς λουσαμένη εἰς κὺλισμα βορβόρου
But it is happened unto them according to the true proverb, The dog is turned again; to his own vomit and the sow that was washed to her wallowing in the mire.
Ἀλέξανδρος ὁ χαλκεὺς πολλά μοι κακὰ ἐνεδείξατο· ἀποδῴη αὐτῷ ὁ κύριος κατὰ τὰ ἔργα αὐτοῦ·
Alexander the coppersmith did me much evil: the Lord reward him according to his works:
נֶזֶם זָהָב בְּאַף חֲזִיר אִשָּׁה יָפָה וְסָרַת טָֽעַם׃
As a jewel of gold in a swine's snout, so is a fair woman which is without discretion.
καὶ τότε σκανδαλισθήσονται πολλοὶ καὶ ἀλλήλους παραδώσουσιν καὶ μισήσουσιν ἀλλήλους·
And then shall many be offended, and shall betray one another, and shall hate one another.
καὶ παραπεσόντας πάλιν ἀνακαινίζειν εἰς μετάνοιαν ἀνασταυροῦντας ἑαυτοῖς τὸν υἱὸν τοῦ θεοῦ καὶ παραδειγματίζοντας
If they shall fall away, to renew them again unto repentance; seeing they crucify afresh, to themselves the Son of God and put to an open shame. him
οἱ δὲ ἀμελήσαντες ἀπῆλθον ὁ μὲν εἰς τὸν ἴδιον ἀγρόν ὁ δὲ εἰς τὴν ἐμπορίαν αὐτοῦ·
But they made light of it, and went their ways, one to his farm, another to his merchandise:
ὁδοιπορίαις πολλάκις κινδύνοις ποταμῶν κινδύνοις λῃστῶν κινδύνοις ἐκ γένους κινδύνοις ἐξ ἐθνῶν κινδύνοις ἐν πόλει κινδύνοις ἐν ἐρημίᾳ κινδύνοις ἐν θαλάσσῃ κινδύνοις ἐν ψευδαδέλφοις
