And four great beasts came up from the sea, diverse one from another.

וְהָרְשָׁעִים כַּיָּם נִגְרָשׁ כִּי הַשְׁקֵט לֹא יוּכָל וַיִּגְרְשׁוּ מֵימָיו רֶפֶשׁ וָטִֽיט׃
But the wicked are like the troubled sea, when it cannot rest, whose waters cast up mire and dirt.
