Who hath directed the Spirit of the LORD, or being his counseller hath taught him?
Τίς γὰρ ἔγνω νοῦν κυρίου ἢ τίς σύμβουλος αὐτοῦ ἐγένετο
For who hath known the mind of the Lord? or who hath been his counseller?
וְאֵרֶא וְאֵין אִישׁ וּמֵאֵלֶּה וְאֵין יוֹעֵץ וְאֶשְׁאָלֵם וְיָשִׁיבוּ דָבָֽר׃
For I beheld, and there was no man; even among them, and there was no counseller, that, when I asked of them, could answer a word.
