Galatians 4:26

ἡ δὲ ἄνω Ἰερουσαλὴμ ἐλευθέρα ἐστίν ἥτις ἐστὶν μήτηρ πάντων ἡμῶν·
But Jerusalem which is above is free, which is the mother of us all.
