Hebrews 3:18

τίσιν δὲ ὤμοσεν μὴ εἰσελεύσεσθαι εἰς τὴν κατάπαυσιν αὐτοῦ εἰ μὴ τοῖς ἀπειθήσασιν
And to whom sware he that they should not enter into his rest, but to them that believed not?
