Then spake Jesus again unto them, saying, I am the light of the world: he that followeth me shall not walk in darkness, but shall have the light of life.
εἶπον οὖν αὐτῷ Τίς εἶ ἵνα ἀπόκρισιν δῶμεν τοῖς πέμψασιν ἡμᾶς· τί λέγεις περὶ σεαυτοῦ
Then said they unto him, Who art thou? that we may give an answer to them that sent us. What sayest thou of thyself?
καὶ εἰσῆλθεν εἰς τὸ πραιτώριον πάλιν καὶ λέγει τῷ Ἰησοῦ Πόθεν εἶ σύ ὁ δὲ Ἰησοῦς ἀπόκρισιν οὐκ ἔδωκεν αὐτῷ
And went again into the judgment hall, and saith unto Jesus, Whence art thou? But Jesus gave him no answer.
