Isaiah 59:19
וְיִֽירְאוּ מִֽמַּעֲרָב אֶת-שֵׁם יְהוָה וּמִמִּזְרַח-שֶׁמֶשׁ אֶת-כְּבוֹדוֹ כִּֽי-יָבוֹא כַנָּהָר צָר רוּחַ יְהוָה נֹסְסָה בֽוֹ׃
