ἀλλ' οὐκ ἐν τοῖς πλείοσιν αὐτῶν εὐδόκησεν ὁ θεός κατεστρώθησαν γὰρ ἐν τῇ ἐρήμῳ

But with many of them God was not well pleased: for they were overthrown in the wilderness.
