יְֽהִי-דַרְכָּם חֹשֶׁךְ וַֽחֲלַקְלַקֹּת וּמַלְאַךְ יְהוָה רֹדְפָֽם׃
Let their way be dark and slippery: and let the angel of the LORD persecute them.
וְנַפְשִׁי תָּגִיל בַּיהוָה תָּשִׂישׂ בִּישׁוּעָתֽוֹ׃
And my soul shall be joyful in the LORD: it shall rejoice in his salvation.
כָּל עַצְמוֹתַי׀ תֹּאמַרְנָה יְהוָה מִי כָמוֹךָ מַצִּיל עָנִי מֵחָזָק מִמֶּנּוּ וְעָנִי וְאֶבְיוֹן מִגֹּזְלֽוֹ׃
All my bones shall say, LORD, who is like unto thee, which deliverest the poor from him that is too strong for him, yea, the poor and the needy from him that spoileth him?
רָאִיתָה יְהוָה אַֽל-תֶּחֱרַשׁ אֲדֹנָי אֲל-תִּרְחַק מִמֶּֽנִּי׃
This thou hast seen, O LORD: keep not silence: O Lord, be not far from me.
שָׁפְטֵנִי כְצִדְקְךָ יְהוָה אֱלֹהָי וְאַל-יִשְׂמְחוּ-לִֽי׃
Judge me, O LORD my God, according to thy righteousness; and let them not rejoice over me.
יָרֹנּוּ וְיִשְׂמְחוּ חֲפֵצֵי צִדְקִי וְיֹאמְרוּ תָמִיד יִגְדַּל יְהוָה הֶחָפֵץ שְׁלוֹם עַבְדּֽוֹ׃
Let them shout for joy, and be glad, that favour my righteous cause: yea, let them say continually, Let the LORD be magnified, which hath pleasure in the prosperity of his servant.
יְהוָה בְּהַשָּׁמַיִם חַסְדֶּךָ אֱמֽוּנָתְךָ עַד-שְׁחָקִֽים׃
Thy mercy, O LORD, is in the heavens; and thy faithfulness reacheth unto the clouds.
צִדְקָֽתְךָ׀ כְּֽהַרְרֵי-אֵל מִשְׁפָּטֶיךָ תְּהוֹם רַבָּה אָדָֽם וּבְהֵמָה תוֹשִׁיעַ יְהוָֽה׃
Thy righteousness is like the great mountains; thy judgments are a great deep: O LORD, thou preservest man and beast.
בְּטַח בַּֽיהוָה וַעֲשֵׂה-טוֹב שְׁכָן-אֶרֶץ וּרְעֵה אֱמוּנָֽה׃
Trust in the LORD, and do good; so shalt thou dwell in the land, and verily thou shalt be fed.
וְהִתְעַנַּג עַל-יְהוָה וְיִֽתֶּן-לְךָ מִשְׁאֲלֹת לִבֶּֽךָ׃
Delight thyself also in the LORD; and he shall give thee the desires of thine heart.
גּוֹל עַל-יְהוָה דַּרְכֶּךָ וּבְטַח עָלָיו וְהוּא יַעֲשֶֽׂה׃
Commit thy way unto the LORD; trust also in him; and he shall bring it to pass.
דּוֹם׀ לַיהוָה וְהִתְחוֹלֵל לוֹ אַל-תִּתְחַר בְּמַצְלִיחַ דַּרְכּוֹ בְּאִישׁ עֹשֶׂה מְזִמּֽוֹת׃
Rest in the LORD, and wait patiently for him: fret not thyself because of him who prospereth in his way, because of the man who bringeth wicked devices to pass.
כִּֽי-מְרֵעִים יִכָּרֵתוּן וְקוֵֹי יְהוָה הֵמָּה יִֽירְשׁוּ-אָֽרֶץ׃
For evildoers shall be cut off: but those that wait upon the LORD, they shall inherit the earth.
כִּי זְרוֹעוֹת רְשָׁעִים תִּשָּׁבַרְנָה וְסוֹמֵךְ צַדִּיקִים יְהוָֽה׃
For the arms of the wicked shall be broken: but the LORD upholdeth the righteous.
יוֹדֵעַ יְהוָה יְמֵי תְמִימִם וְנַחֲלָתָם לְעוֹלָם תִּהְיֶֽה׃
The LORD knoweth the days of the upright: and their inheritance shall be for ever.
כִּי רְשָׁעִים׀ יֹאבֵדוּ וְאֹיְבֵי יְהוָה כִּיקַר כָּרִים כָּלוּ בֶעָשָׁן כָּֽלוּ׃
But the wicked shall perish, and the enemies of the LORD shall be as the fat of lambs: they shall consume; into smoke shall they consume away.
מֵיְהוָה מִֽצְעֲדֵי-גֶבֶר כּוֹנָנוּ וְדַרְכּוֹ יֶחְפָּֽץ׃
The steps of a good man are ordered by the LORD: and he delighteth in his way.
כִּֽי-יִפֹּל לֹֽא-יוּטָל כִּֽי-יְהוָה סוֹמֵךְ יָדֽוֹ׃
Though he fall, he shall not be utterly cast down: for the LORD upholdeth him with his hand.
כִּי יְהוָה׀ אֹהֵב מִשְׁפָּט וְלֹא-יַעֲזֹב אֶת-חֲסִידָיו לְעוֹלָם נִשְׁמָרוּ וְזֶרַע רְשָׁעִים נִכְרָֽת׃
For the LORD loveth judgment, and forsaketh not his saints; they are preserved for ever: but the seed of the wicked shall be cut off.
יְהוָה לֹא-יַעַזְבֶנּוּ בְיָדוֹ וְלֹא יַרְשִׁיעֶנּוּ בְּהִשָּׁפְטֽוֹ׃
The LORD will not leave him in his hand, nor condemn him when he is judged.
קַוֵּה אֶל-יְהוָה׀ וּשְׁמֹר דַּרְכּוֹ וִֽירוֹמִמְךָ לָרֶשֶׁת אָרֶץ בְּהִכָּרֵת רְשָׁעִים תִּרְאֶֽה׃
Wait on the LORD, and keep his way, and he shall exalt thee to inherit the land: when the wicked are cut off, thou shalt see it.
וּתְשׁוּעַת צַדִּיקִים מֵיְהוָה מָֽעוּזָּם בְּעֵת צָרָֽה׃
But the salvation of the righteous is of the LORD: he is their strength in the time of trouble.
וַֽיַּעְזְרֵם יְהוָה וַֽיְפַלְּטֵם יְפַלְּטֵם מֵרְשָׁעִים וְיוֹשִׁיעֵם כִּי-חָסוּ בֽוֹ׃
And the LORD shall help them, and deliver them: he shall deliver them from the wicked, and save them, because they trust in him.
יְֽהוָה אַל-בְּקֶצְפְּךָ תוֹכִיחֵנִי וּֽבַחֲמָתְךָ תְיַסְּרֵֽנִי׃
O LORD, rebuke me not in thy wrath: neither chasten me in thy hot displeasure.
כִּֽי-לְךָ יְהוָה הוֹחָלְתִּי אַתָּה תַעֲנֶה אֲדֹנָי אֱלֹהָֽי׃
For in thee, O LORD, do I hope: thou wilt hear, O Lord my God.
אַל-תַּֽעַזְבֵנִי יְהוָה אֱלֹהַי אַל-תִּרְחַק מִמֶּֽנִּי׃
Forsake me not, O LORD: O my God, be not far from me.
הוֹדִיעֵנִי יְהוָה׀ קִצִּי וּמִדַּת יָמַי מַה-הִיא אֵדְעָה מֶה-חָדֵל אָֽנִי׃
LORD, make me to know mine end, and the measure of my days, what it is; that I may know how frail I am.
שִׁמְעָֽה תְפִלָּתִי׀ יְהוָה וְשַׁוְעָתִי׀ הַאֲזִינָה אֶֽל-דִּמְעָתִי אַֽל-תֶּחֱרַשׁ כִּי גֵר אָנֹכִי עִמָּךְ תּוֹשָׁב כְּכָל-אֲבוֹתָֽי׃
Hear my prayer, O LORD, and give ear unto my cry; hold not thy peace at my tears: for I am a stranger with thee, and a sojourner, as all my fathers were.
קַוֹּה קִוִּיתִי יְהוָה וַיֵּט אֵלַי וַיִּשְׁמַע שַׁוְעָתִֽי׃
I waited patiently for the LORD; and he inclined unto me, and heard my cry.
וַיִּתֵּן בְּפִי׀ שִׁיר חָדָשׁ תְּהִלָּה לֵֽאלֹהֵינוּ יִרְאוּ רַבִּים וְיִירָאוּ וְיִבְטְחוּ בַּיהוָֽה׃
And he hath put a new song in my mouth, even praise unto our God: many shall see it, and fear, and shall trust in the LORD.
אַשְֽׁרֵי הַגֶּבֶר אֲשֶׁר-שָׂם יְהוָֹה מִבְטַחוֹ וְֽלֹא-פָנָה אֶל-רְהָבִים וְשָׂטֵי כָזָֽב׃
Blessed is that man that maketh the LORD his trust, and respecteth not the proud, nor such as turn aside to lies.
רַבּוֹת עָשִׂיתָ׀ אַתָּה׀ יְהוָה אֱלֹהַי נִֽפְלְאֹתֶיךָ וּמַחְשְׁבֹתֶיךָ אֵלֵינוּ אֵין׀ עֲרֹךְ אֵלֶיךָ אַגִּידָה וַאֲדַבֵּרָה עָצְמוּ מִסַּפֵּֽר׃
Many, O LORD my God, are thy wonderful works which thou hast done, and thy thoughts which are to us-ward: they cannot be reckoned up in order unto thee: if I would declare and speak of them, they are more than can be numbered.
בִּשַּׂרְתִּי צֶדֶק׀ בְּקָהָל רָב הִנֵּה שְׂפָתַי לֹא אֶכְלָא יְהוָה אַתָּה יָדָֽעְתָּ׃
I have preached righteousness in the great congregation: lo, I have not refrained my lips, O LORD, thou knowest.
אַתָּה יְהוָה לֹא-תִכְלָא רַחֲמֶיךָ מִמֶּנִּי חַסְדְּךָ וַאֲמִתְּךָ תָּמִיד יִצְּרֽוּנִי׃
Withhold not thou thy tender mercies from me, O LORD: let thy lovingkindness and thy truth continually preserve me.
רְצֵה יְהוָה לְהַצִּילֵנִי יְהוָה לְעֶזְרָתִי חֽוּשָׁה׃
Be pleased, O LORD, to deliver me: O LORD, make haste to help me.
יָשִׂישׂוּ וְיִשְׂמְחוּ׀ בְּךָ כָּֽל-מְבַקְשֶׁיךָ יֹאמְרוּ תָמִיד יִגְדַּל יְהוָה אֹֽהֲבֵי תְּשׁוּעָתֶֽךָ׃
Let all those that seek thee rejoice and be glad in thee: let such as love thy salvation say continually, The LORD be magnified.
אַשְׁרֵי מַשְׂכִּיל אֶל-דָּל בְּיוֹם רָעָה יְֽמַלְּטֵהוּ יְהוָֽה׃
Blessed is he that considereth the poor: the LORD will deliver him in time of trouble.
יְהוָה׀ יִשְׁמְרֵהוּ וִֽיחַיֵּהוּ וְאֻשַּׁר בָּאָרֶץ וְאַֽל-תִּתְּנֵהוּ בְּנֶפֶשׁ אֹיְבָֽיו׃
The LORD will preserve him, and keep him alive; and he shall be blessed upon the earth: and thou wilt not deliver him unto the will of his enemies.
יְֽהוָה יִסְעָדֶנּוּ עַל-עֶרֶשׂ דְּוָי כָּל-מִשְׁכָּבוֹ הָפַכְתָּ בְחָלְיֽוֹ׃
The LORD will strengthen him upon the bed of languishing: thou wilt make all his bed in his sickness.
אֲֽנִי-אָמַרְתִּי יְהוָה חָנֵּנִי רְפָאָה נַפְשִׁי כִּי-חָטָאתִי לָֽךְ׃
I said, LORD, be merciful unto me: heal my soul; for I have sinned against thee.
וְאַתָּה יְהוָה חָנֵּנִי וַהֲקִימֵנִי וַֽאֲשַׁלְּמָה לָהֶֽם׃
But thou, O LORD, be merciful unto me, and raise me up, that I may requite them.
בָּרוּךְ יְהוָה׀ אֱלֹהֵי יִשְׂרָאֵל מֵֽהָעוֹלָם וְעַד הָעוֹלָם אָמֵן׀ וְאָמֵֽן׃
Blessed be the LORD God of Israel from everlasting, and to everlasting. Amen, and Amen.
יוֹמָם׀ יְצַוֶּה יְהוָה׀ חַסְדּוֹ וּבַלַּיְלָה שִׁירוֹ עִמִּי תְּפִלָּה לְאֵל חַיָּֽי׃
Yet the LORD will command his lovingkindness in the daytime, and in the night his song shall be with me, and my prayer unto the God of my life.
יְהוָה צְבָאוֹת עִמָּנוּ מִשְׂגָּֽב-לָנוּ אֱלֹהֵי יַעֲקֹב סֶֽלָה׃
The LORD of hosts is with us; the God of Jacob is our refuge. Selah.
לְֽכוּ-חֲזוּ מִפְעֲלוֹת יְהוָה אֲשֶׁר-שָׂם שַׁמּוֹת בָּאָֽרֶץ׃
Come, behold the works of the LORD, what desolations he hath made in the earth.
יְהוָה צְבָאוֹת עִמָּנוּ מִשְׂגָּֽב-לָנוּ אֱלֹהֵי יַעֲקֹב סֶֽלָה׃
The LORD of hosts is with us; the God of Jacob is our refuge. Selah.
כִּֽי-יְהוָה עֶלְיוֹן נוֹרָא מֶלֶךְ גָּדוֹל עַל-כָּל-הָאָֽרֶץ׃
For the LORD most high is terrible; he is a great King over all the earth.
עָלָה אֱלֹהִים בִּתְרוּעָה יְהוָה בְּקוֹל שׁוֹפָֽר׃
God is gone up with a shout, the LORD with the sound of a trumpet.
גָּדוֹל יְהוָה וּמְהֻלָּל מְאֹד בְּעִיר אֱלֹהֵינוּ הַר-קָדְשֽׁוֹ׃
Great is the LORD, and greatly to be praised in the city of our God, in the mountain of his holiness.
כַּאֲשֶׁר שָׁמַעְנוּ׀ כֵּן רָאִינוּ בְּעִיר-יְהוָה צְבָאוֹת בְּעִיר אֱלֹהֵינוּ אֱלֹהִים יְכוֹנְנֶהָ עַד-עוֹלָם סֶֽלָה׃
As we have heard, so have we seen in the city of the LORD of hosts, in the city of our God: God will establish it for ever. Selah.
אֵל׀ אֱֽלֹהִים יְֽהוָה דִּבֶּר וַיִּקְרָא-אָרֶץ מִמִּזְרַח-שֶׁמֶשׁ עַד-מְבֹאֽוֹ׃
The mighty God, even the LORD, hath spoken, and called the earth from the rising of the sun unto the going down thereof.
בִּנְדָבָה אֶזְבְּחָה-לָּךְ אוֹדֶה שִּׁמְךָ יְהוָה כִּי-טֽוֹב׃
I will freely sacrifice unto thee: I will praise thy name, O LORD; for it is good.
אֲנִי אֶל-אֱלֹהִים אֶקְרָא וַיהוָה יוֹשִׁיעֵֽנִי׃
As for me, I will call upon God; and the LORD shall save me.
הַשְׁלֵךְ עַל-יְהוָה׀ יְהָבְךָ וְהוּא יְכַלְכְּלֶךָ לֹא-יִתֵּן לְעוֹלָם מוֹט לַצַּדִּֽיק׃
Cast thy burden upon the LORD, and he shall sustain thee: he shall never suffer the righteous to be moved.
בֵּֽאלֹהִים אֲהַלֵּל דָּבָר בַּיהוָה אֲהַלֵּל דָּבָֽר׃
In God will I praise his word: in the LORD will I praise his word.
אֱֽלֹהִים הֲרָס-שִׁנֵּימוֹ בְּפִימוֹ מַלְתְּעוֹת כְּפִירִים נְתֹץ׀ יְהוָֽה׃
Break their teeth, O God, in their mouth: break out the great teeth of the young lions, O LORD.
כִּי הִנֵּה אָֽרְבוּ לְנַפְשִׁי יָגוּרוּ עָלַי עַזִים לֹא-פִשְׁעִי וְלֹא-חַטָּאתִי יְהוָֽה׃
For, lo, they lie in wait for my soul: the mighty are gathered against me; not for my transgression, nor for my sin, O LORD.
וְאַתָּה יְהוָֽה-אֱלֹהִים׀ צְבָאוֹת אֱלֹהֵי יִשְׂרָאֵל הָקִיצָה לִפְקֹד כָּֽל-הַגּוֹיִם אַל-תָּחֹן כָּל-בֹּגְדֵי אָוֶן סֶֽלָה׃
Thou therefore, O LORD God of hosts, the God of Israel, awake to visit all the heathen: be not merciful to any wicked transgressors. Selah.
וְאַתָּה יְהוָה תִּשְׂחַק-לָמוֹ תִּלְעַג לְכָל-גּוֹיִֽם׃
But thou, O LORD, shalt laugh at them; thou shalt have all the heathen in derision.
יִשְׂמַח צַדִּיק בַּיהוָה וְחָסָה בוֹ וְיִתְהַֽלְלוּ כָּל-יִשְׁרֵי-לֵֽב׃
The righteous shall be glad in the LORD, and shall trust in him; and all the upright in heart shall glory.
לָמָּה׀ תְּֽרַצְּדוּן הָרִים גַּבְנֻנִּים הָהָר חָמַד אֱלֹהִים לְשִׁבְתּוֹ אַף-יְהוָה יִשְׁכֹּן לָנֶֽצַח׃
Why leap ye, ye high hills? this is the hill which God desireth to dwell in; yea, the LORD will dwell in it for ever.
וַאֲנִי תְפִלָּתִֽי-לְךָ׀ יְהוָה עֵת רָצוֹן אֱלֹהִים בְּרָב-חַסְדֶּךָ עֲנֵנִי בֶּאֱמֶת יִשְׁעֶֽךָ׃
But as for me, my prayer is unto thee, O LORD, in an acceptable time: O God, in the multitude of thy mercy hear me, in the truth of thy salvation.
עֲנֵנִי יְהוָה כִּי-טוֹב חַסְדֶּךָ כְּרֹב רַחֲמֶיךָ פְּנֵה אֵלָֽי׃
Hear me, O LORD; for thy lovingkindness is good: turn unto me according to the multitude of thy tender mercies.
וְתִיטַב לַֽיהוָה מִשּׁוֹר פָּר מַקְרִן מַפְרִֽיס׃
This also shall please the LORD better than an ox or bullock that hath horns and hoofs.
כִּֽי-שֹׁמֵעַ אֶל-אֶבְיוֹנִים יְהוָה וְאֶת-אֲסִירָיו לֹא בָזָֽה׃
For the LORD heareth the poor, and despiseth not his prisoners.
אֱלֹהִים לְהַצִּילֵנִי יְהוָה לְעֶזְרָתִי חֽוּשָׁה׃
Make haste, O God, to deliver me; make haste to help me, O LORD.
וַאֲנִי׀ עָנִי וְאֶבְיוֹן אֱלֹהִים חוּשָׁה-לִּי עֶזְרִי וּמְפַלְטִי אַתָּה יְהוָה אַל-תְּאַחַֽר׃
But I am poor and needy: make haste unto me, O God: thou art my help and my deliverer; O LORD, make no tarrying.
בְּךָֽ-יְהוָה חָסִיתִי אַל-אֵבוֹשָׁה לְעוֹלָֽם׃
In thee, O LORD, do I put my trust: let me never be put to confusion.
כִּֽי-אַתָּה תִקְוָתִי אֲדֹנָי יְהוִה מִבְטַחִי מִנְּעוּרָֽי׃
For thou art my hope, O Lord GOD: thou art my trust from my youth.
בָּרוּךְ׀ יְהוָה אֱלֹהִים אֱלֹהֵי יִשְׂרָאֵל עֹשֵׂה נִפְלָאוֹת לְבַדּֽוֹ׃
Blessed be the LORD God, the God of Israel, who only doeth wondrous things.
זְכָר-זֹאת אוֹיֵב חֵרֵף׀ יְהוָה וְעַם נָבָל נִֽאֲצוּ שְׁמֶֽךָ׃
Remember this, that the enemy hath reproached, O LORD, and that the foolish people have blasphemed thy name.
כִּי כוֹס בְּֽיַד-יְהוָה וְיַיִן חָמַר׀ מָלֵא מֶסֶךְ וַיַּגֵּר מִזֶּה אַךְ-שְׁמָרֶיהָ יִמְצוּ יִשְׁתּוּ כֹּל רִשְׁעֵי-אָֽרֶץ׃
For in the hand of the LORD there is a cup, and the wine is red; it is full of mixture; and he poureth out of the same: but the dregs thereof, all the wicked of the earth shall wring them out, and drink them.
נִֽדֲרוּ וְשַׁלְּמוּ לַיהוָה אֱֽלֹהֵיכֶם כָּל-סְבִיבָיו יֹבִילוּ שַׁי לַמּוֹרָֽא׃
Vow, and pay unto the LORD your God: let all that be round about him bring presents unto him that ought to be feared.
לֹא נְכַחֵד׀ מִבְּנֵיהֶם לְדוֹר אַחֲרוֹן מְֽסַפְּרִים תְּהִלּוֹת יְהוָה וֶעֱזוּזוֹ וְנִפְלְאֹתָיו אֲשֶׁר עָשָֽׂה׃
We will not hide them from their children, shewing to the generation to come the praises of the LORD, and his strength, and his wonderful works that he hath done.
לָכֵן׀ שָׁמַע יְהוָה וַֽיִּתְעַבָּר וְאֵשׁ נִשְּׂקָה בְיַעֲקֹב וְגַם-אַף עָלָה בְיִשְׂרָאֵֽל׃
Therefore the LORD heard this, and was wroth: so a fire was kindled against Jacob, and anger also came up against Israel;
עַד-מָה יְהוָה תֶּאֱנַף לָנֶצַח תִּבְעַר כְּמוֹ-אֵשׁ קִנְאָתֶֽךָ׃
How long, LORD? wilt thou be angry for ever? shall thy jealousy burn like fire?
יְהוָה אֱלֹהִים צְבָאוֹת עַד-מָתַי עָשַׁנְתָּ בִּתְפִלַּת עַמֶּֽךָ׃
O LORD God of hosts, how long wilt thou be angry against the prayer of thy people?
יְהוָה אֱלֹהִים צְבָאוֹת הֲשִׁיבֵנוּ הָאֵר פָּנֶיךָ וְנִוָּשֵֽׁעָה׃
Turn us again, O LORD God of hosts, cause thy face to shine; and we shall be saved.
אָנֹכִי׀ יְהוָה אֱלֹהֶיךָ הַֽמַּעַלְךָ מֵאֶרֶץ מִצְרָיִם הַרְחֶב-פִּיךָ וַאֲמַלְאֵֽהוּ׃
I am the LORD thy God, which brought thee out of the land of Egypt: open thy mouth wide, and I will fill it.
מְשַׂנְאֵי יְהוָה יְכַֽחֲשׁוּ-לוֹ וִיהִי עִתָּם לְעוֹלָֽם׃
The haters of the LORD should have submitted themselves unto him: but their time should have endured for ever.
מַלֵּא פְנֵיהֶם קָלוֹן וִֽיבַקְשׁוּ שִׁמְךָ יְהוָֽה׃
Fill their faces with shame; that they may seek thy name, O LORD.
וְֽיֵדְעוּ כִּֽי-אַתָּה שִׁמְךָ יְהוָה לְבַדֶּךָ עֶלְיוֹן עַל-כָּל-הָאָֽרֶץ׃
That men may know that thou, whose name alone is Jehovah, art the most high over all the earth.
מַה-יְּדִידוֹת מִשְׁכְּנוֹתֶיךָ יְהוָה צְבָאֽוֹת׃
How amiable are thy tabernacles, O LORD of hosts!
נִכְסְפָה וְגַם-כָּלְתָה׀ נַפְשִׁי לְחַצְרוֹת יְהוָה לִבִּי וּבְשָׂרִי יְרַנְּנוּ אֶל אֵֽל-חָֽי׃
My soul longeth, yea, even fainteth for the courts of the LORD: my heart and my flesh crieth out for the living God.
גַּם-צִפּוֹר מָצְאָה בַיִת וּדְרוֹר׀ קֵן לָהּ אֲשֶׁר-שָׁתָה אֶפְרֹחֶיהָ אֶֽת-מִזְבְּחוֹתֶיךָ יְהוָה צְבָאוֹת מַלְכִּי וֵאלֹהָֽי׃
Yea, the sparrow hath found an house, and the swallow a nest for herself, where she may lay her young, even thine altars, O LORD of hosts, my King, and my God.
יְהוָה אֱלֹהִים צְבָאוֹת שִׁמְעָה תְפִלָּתִי הַאֲזִינָה אֱלֹהֵי יַעֲקֹב סֶֽלָה׃
O LORD God of hosts, hear my prayer: give ear, O God of Jacob. Selah.
כִּי שֶׁמֶשׁ׀ וּמָגֵן יְהוָה אֱלֹהִים חֵן וְכָבוֹד יִתֵּן יְהוָה לֹא יִמְנַע-טוֹב לַֽהֹלְכִים בְּתָמִֽים׃
For the LORD God is a sun and shield: the LORD will give grace and glory: no good thing will he withhold from them that walk uprightly.
יְהוָה צְבָאוֹת אַֽשְׁרֵי אָדָם בֹּטֵחַ בָּֽךְ׃
O LORD of hosts, blessed is the man that trusteth in thee.
רָצִיתָ יְהוָה אַרְצֶךָ שַׁבְתָּ (שבות) שְׁבִית יַעֲקֹֽב׃
LORD, thou hast been favourable unto thy land: thou hast brought back the captivity of Jacob.
הַרְאֵנוּ יְהוָה חַסְדֶּךָ וְיֶשְׁעֲךָ תִּתֶּן-לָֽנוּ׃
Shew us thy mercy, O LORD, and grant us thy salvation.
אֶשְׁמְעָה מַה-יְדַבֵּר הָאֵל׀ יְהוָה כִּי׀ יְדַבֵּר שָׁלוֹם אֶל-עַמּוֹ וְאֶל-חֲסִידָיו וְֽאַל-יָשׁוּבוּ לְכִסְלָֽה׃
I will hear what God the LORD will speak: for he will speak peace unto his people, and to his saints: but let them not turn again to folly.
גַּם-יְהוָה יִתֵּן הַטּוֹב וְאַרְצֵנוּ תִּתֵּן יְבוּלָֽהּ׃
Yea, the LORD shall give that which is good; and our land shall yield her increase.
הַטֵּֽה-יְהוָה אָזְנְךָ עֲנֵנִי כִּֽי-עָנִי וְאֶבְיוֹן אָֽנִי׃
Bow down thine ear, O LORD, hear me: for I am poor and needy.
הַאֲזִינָה יְהוָה תְּפִלָּתִי וְהַקְשִׁיבָה בְּקוֹל תַּחֲנוּנוֹתָֽי׃
Give ear, O LORD, unto my prayer; and attend to the voice of my supplications.
הוֹרֵנִי יְהוָה׀ דַּרְכֶּךָ אֲהַלֵּךְ בַּאֲמִתֶּךָ יַחֵד לְבָבִי לְיִרְאָה שְׁמֶֽךָ׃
Teach me thy way, O LORD; I will walk in thy truth: unite my heart to fear thy name.
עֲשֵֽׂה-עִמִּי אוֹת לְטוֹבָה וְיִרְאוּ שֹׂנְאַי וְיֵבֹשׁוּ כִּֽי-אַתָּה יְהוָה עֲזַרְתַּנִי וְנִחַמְתָּֽנִי׃
Shew me a token for good; that they which hate me may see it, and be ashamed: because thou, LORD, hast holpen me, and comforted me.
אֹהֵב יְהוָה שַׁעֲרֵי צִיּוֹן מִכֹּל מִשְׁכְּנוֹת יַעֲקֹֽב׃
The LORD loveth the gates of Zion more than all the dwellings of Jacob.
יְֽהוָה יִסְפֹּר בִּכְתוֹב עַמִּים זֶה יֻלַּד-שָׁם סֶֽלָה׃
The LORD shall count, when he writeth up the people, that this man was born there. Selah.
יְהוָה אֱלֹהֵי יְשׁוּעָתִי יוֹם-צָעַקְתִּי בַלַּיְלָה נֶגְדֶּֽךָ׃
O LORD God of my salvation, I have cried day and night before thee:
עֵינִי דָאֲבָה מִנִּי עֹנִי קְרָאתִיךָ יְהוָה בְּכָל-יוֹם שִׁטַּחְתִּי אֵלֶיךָ כַפָּֽי׃
Mine eye mourneth by reason of affliction: LORD, I have called daily upon thee, I have stretched out my hands unto thee.
