1 Timothy 2:8

Βούλομαι οὖν προσεύχεσθαι τοὺς ἄνδρας ἐν παντὶ τόπῳ ἐπαίροντας ὁσίους χεῖρας χωρὶς ὀργῆς καὶ διαλογισμοῦ
I will therefore that men pray every where, lifting up holy hands, without wrath and doubting.
