I will hear thee, said he, when thine accusers are also come. And he commanded him to be kept in Herod's judgment hall.
μηνυθείσης δέ μοι ἐπιβουλῆς εἰς τὸν ἄνδρα μελλείν ἔσεσθαι ὑπὸ τῶν Ἰουδαίων ἐξαυτῆς ἔπεμψα πρὸς σέ παραγγείλας καὶ τοῖς κατηγόροις λέγειν τὰ πρὸς αὐτὸν ἐπὶ σοῦ Ἔῤῥωσο
And when it was told me how that the Jews laid wait for the man, I sent straightway to thee, and gave commandment to his accusers also to say before thee what they had against him. Farewell.
κτήνη τε παραστῆσαι ἵνα ἐπιβιβάσαντες τὸν Παῦλον διασώσωσιν πρὸς Φήλικα τὸν ἡγεμόνα
And provide them beasts, that they may set on, Paul and bring safe him unto Felix the governor.
כִּי הִנֵּה הָרְשָׁעִים יִדְרְכוּן קֶשֶׁת כּוֹנְנוּ חִצָּם עַל-יֶתֶר לִירוֹת בְּמוֹ-אֹפֶל לְיִשְׁרֵי-לֵֽב׃

Ὡς δὲ ἔμελλον αἱ ἑπτὰ ἡμέραι συντελεῖσθαι οἱ ἀπὸ τῆς Ἀσίας Ἰουδαῖοι θεασάμενοι αὐτὸν ἐν τῷ ἱερῷ συνέχεον πάντα τὸν ὄχλον καὶ ἐπέβαλον τὰς χεῖρας ἐπ' αὐτὸν
And when the seven days were almost ended, the Jews which were of the Asia, when they saw him in the temple, stirred up all people, and laid hands on him,
ἐνεφάνισάν δὲ αὐτῷ ὁ ἀρχιερεύς καὶ οἱ πρῶτοι τῶν Ἰουδαίων κατὰ τοῦ Παύλου καὶ παρεκάλουν αὐτὸν
Then the high priest and the chief of the Jews informed him against Paul, and besought him,
περὶ οὗ γενομένου μου εἰς Ἱεροσόλυμα ἐνεφάνισαν οἱ ἀρχιερεῖς καὶ οἱ πρεσβύτεροι τῶν Ἰουδαίων αἰτούμενοι κατ' αὐτοῦ δίκην
About whom, when I was at Jerusalem, the chief priests and the elders of the Jews informed me, desiring to have judgment against him.
τακτῇ δὲ ἡμέρᾳ ὁ Ἡρῴδης ἐνδυσάμενος ἐσθῆτα βασιλικὴν καὶ καθίσας ἐπὶ τοῦ βήματος ἐδημηγόρει πρὸς αὐτούς
And upon a set day Herod, arrayed in royal apparel, sat upon his throne, and made an oration unto them.

Κἀγὼ ἐλθὼν πρὸς ὑμᾶς ἀδελφοί ἦλθον οὐ καθ' ὑπεροχὴν λόγου ἢ σοφίας καταγγέλλων ὑμῖν τὸ μαρτύριον τοῦ θεοῦ
And I, brethren, when I came to you, came not with excellency of speech or of wisdom, declaring unto you the testimony of God.
καὶ ὁ λόγος μου καὶ τὸ κήρυγμά μου οὐκ ἐν πειθοῖς ἀνθρωπίνης σοφίας λόγοις ἀλλ' ἐν ἀποδείξει πνεύματος καὶ δυνάμεως
And my speech and my preaching was not with enticing words of man's wisdom, but in demonstration of the Spirit and of power:
