Speaking to yourselves in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing and making melody in your heart to the Lord;
ὃς παραγγελίαν τοιαύτην εἰληφως ἔβαλεν αὐτοὺς εἰς τὴν ἐσωτέραν φυλακὴν καὶ τοὺς πόδας αὐτῶν ἠσφαλίσατο εἰς τὸ ξύλον
Who, having received such a charge, thrust them into the inner prison, and made their feet fast in the stocks.
ὃς ἐν ταῖς ἡμέραις τῆς σαρκὸς αὐτοῦ δεήσεις τε καὶ ἱκετηρίας πρὸς τὸν δυνάμενον σῴζειν αὐτὸν ἐκ θανάτου μετὰ κραυγῆς ἰσχυρᾶς καὶ δακρύων προσενέγκας καὶ εἰσακουσθεὶς ἀπὸ τῆς εὐλαβείας
Who in the days of his flesh, when he had offered up prayers and supplications with strong crying and tears unto him that was able to save him from death, and was heard in that he feared;
καὶ ᾄδουσιν ᾠδὴν καινὴν λέγοντες Ἄξιος εἶ λαβεῖν τὸ βιβλίον καὶ ἀνοῖξαι τὰς σφραγῖδας αὐτοῦ ὅτι ἐσφάγης καὶ ἠγόρασας τῷ θεῷ ἡμᾶς ἐν τῷ αἵματί σου ἐκ πάσης φυλῆς καὶ γλώσσης καὶ λαοῦ καὶ ἔθνους
And they sung a new song, saying, Thou art worthy to take the book, and to open the seals thereof: for thou wast slain, and hast redeemed us to God by thy blood out of every kindred, and tongue, and people, and nation;
καὶ μετὰ ταῦτα ἤκουσα φωνὴν ὄχλου πολλοῦ μεγάλην ἐν τῷ οὐρανῷ λεγόντος Ἁλληλουϊά· ἡ σωτηρία καὶ ἡ δόξα καὶ ἡ τιμὴ καὶ ἡ δύναμις Κυρίῳ τῷ Θεῷ ἡμῶν
And after these things I heard a great voice of much people in heaven, saying, Alleluia; Salvation, and glory, and honour, and power, unto the Lord our God:
בְּהִתְעַטֵּף עָלַי נַפְשִׁי אֶת-יְהוָה זָכָרְתִּי וַתָּבוֹא אֵלֶיךָ תְּפִלָּתִי אֶל-הֵיכַל קָדְשֶֽׁךָ׃
When my soul fainted within me I remembered the LORD: and my prayer came in unto thee, into thine holy temple.
לְכוּ וְנָשׁוּבָה אֶל-יְהוָה כִּי הוּא טָרָף וְיִרְפָּאֵנוּ יַךְ וְיַחְבְּשֵֽׁנוּ׃
Come, and let us return unto the LORD: for he hath torn, and he will heal us; he hath smitten, and he will bind us up.
מִֽן-הַמֵּצַר קָרָאתִי יָּהּ עָנָנִי בַמֶּרְחָב יָֽהּ׃
I called upon the LORD in distress: the LORD answered me, and set me in a large place.
קוֹלִי אֶל-יְהוָה אֶזְעָק קוֹלִי אֶל-יְהוָה אֶתְחַנָּֽן׃
I cried unto the LORD with my voice; with my voice unto the LORD did I make my supplication.
καὶ τῇ ὑπερβολῇ τῶν ἀποκαλύψεων ἵνα μὴ ὑπεραίρωμαι ἐδόθη μοι σκόλοψ τῇ σαρκί ἄγγελος Σατᾶν ἵνα με κολαφίζῃ ἵνα μὴ ὑπεραίρωμαι
And lest I should be exalted above measure through the abundance of the revelations, there was given to me a thorn in the flesh, the messenger of Satan to buffet me, lest I should be exalted above measure.

יֶעְתַּר אֶל-אֱלוֹהַּ׀ וַיִּרְצֵהוּ וַיַּרְא פָּנָיו בִּתְרוּעָה וַיָּשֶׁב לֶאֱנוֹשׁ צִדְקָתֽוֹ׃
He shall pray unto God, and he will be favourable unto him: and he shall see his face with joy: for he will render unto man his righteousness.
καὶ γενόμενος ἐν ἀγωνίᾳ ἐκτενέστερον προσηύχετο· ἐγένετο δὲ ὁ ἱδρὼς αὐτοῦ ὡσεὶ θρόμβοι αἵματος καταβαίνοντες ἐπὶ τὴν γῆν

They drank wine, and praised the gods of gold, and of silver, of brass, of iron, of wood, and of stone.

And when they had sung an hymn, they went out into the mount of Olives.
καὶ ᾄδουσιν ὡς ᾠδὴν καινὴν ἐνώπιον τοῦ θρόνου καὶ ἐνώπιον τῶν τεσσάρων ζῴων καὶ τῶν πρεσβυτέρων καὶ οὐδεὶς ἠδύνατο μαθεῖν τὴν ᾠδὴν εἰ μὴ αἱ ἑκατὸν τεσσαράκοντα τέσσαρες χιλιάδες οἱ ἠγορασμένοι ἀπὸ τῆς γῆς
And they sung as it were a new song before the throne, and before the four beasts, and the elders: and no man could learn that song but the hundred and forty and four thousand, which were redeemed from the earth.
יִקְרָאֵנִי׀ וְֽאֶעֱנֵהוּ עִמּֽוֹ-אָנֹכִי בְצָרָה אֲחַלְּצֵהוּ וַֽאֲכַבְּדֵֽהוּ׃
He shall call upon me, and I will answer him: I will be with him in trouble; I will deliver him, and honour him.
כִּי כָּל-הָעַמִּים יֵלְכוּ אִישׁ בְּשֵׁם אֱלֹהָיו וַאֲנַחְנוּ נֵלֵךְ בְּשֵׁם-יְהוָה אֱלֹהֵינוּ לְעוֹלָם וָעֶֽד׃
For all people will walk every one in the name of his god, and we will walk in the name of the LORD our God for ever and ever.
