Matthew 2

Ἀναχωρησάντων δὲ αὐτῶν ἰδού ἄγγελος Κυρίου φαίνεται κατ' ὄναρ τῷ Ἰωσὴφ λέγων Ἐγερθεὶς παράλαβε τὸ παιδίον καὶ τὴν μητέρα αὐτοῦ καὶ φεῦγε εἰς Αἴγυπτον καὶ ἴσθι ἐκεῖ ἕως ἂν εἴπω σοί· μέλλει γὰρ Ἡρῴδης ζητεῖν τὸ παιδίον τοῦ ἀπολέσαι αὐτό

And when they were departed, behold, the angel of the Lord appeareth to Joseph in a dream, saying, Arise, and take the young child and his mother, and flee into Egypt, and be thou there until I bring word: thee for Herod will seek the young child to destroy him.
δὲ ἐγερθεὶς παρέλαβεν τὸ παιδίον καὶ τὴν μητέρα αὐτοῦ νυκτὸς καὶ ἀνεχώρησεν εἰς Αἴγυπτον

When he arose, he took the young child and his mother by night, and departed into Egypt:
καὶ ἦν ἐκεῖ ἕως τῆς τελευτῆς Ἡρῴδου· ἵνα πληρωθῇ τὸ ῥηθὲν ὑπὸ τοῦ Κυρίου διὰ τοῦ προφήτου λέγοντος Ἐξ Αἰγύπτου ἐκάλεσα τὸν υἱόν μου

And was there until the death of Herod: that it might be fulfilled which was spoken of the Lord by the prophet, saying, Out of Egypt have I called my son.
Τελευτήσαντος δὲ τοῦ Ἡρῴδου ἰδού ἄγγελος Κυρίου κατ' ὄναρ φαίνεται τῷ Ἰωσὴφ ἐν Αἰγύπτῳ

But when Herod was dead, behold, an angel of the Lord appeareth in a dream to Joseph in Egypt,

Φρυγίαν τε καὶ Παμφυλίαν Αἴγυπτον καὶ τὰ μέρη τῆς Λιβύης τῆς κατὰ Κυρήνην καὶ οἱ ἐπιδημοῦντες Ῥωμαῖοι Ἰουδαῖοί τε καὶ προσήλυτοι

Acts 7

Καὶ οἱ πατριάρχαι ζηλώσαντες τὸν Ἰωσὴφ ἀπέδοντο εἰς Αἴγυπτον· καὶ ἦν θεὸς μετ' αὐτοῦ

And the patriarchs, moved with envy, sold Joseph into Egypt: but God was with him,
καὶ ἐξείλετο αὐτὸν ἐκ πασῶν τῶν θλίψεων αὐτοῦ καὶ ἔδωκεν αὐτῷ χάριν καὶ σοφίαν ἐναντίον Φαραὼ βασιλέως Αἰγύπτου καὶ κατέστησεν αὐτὸν ἡγούμενον ἐπ' Αἴγυπτον καὶ ὅλον τὸν οἶκον αὐτοῦ

And delivered him out of all his afflictions, and gave him favour and wisdom in the sight of Pharaoh king of Egypt; and he made him governor over Egypt and all his house.
ἦλθεν δὲ λιμὸς ἐφ' ὅλην τὴν γὴν Αἰγύπτου καὶ Χανάαν καὶ θλῖψις μεγάλη καὶ οὐχ εὕρισκον χορτάσματα οἱ πατέρες ἡμῶν

Now there came a dearth over all the land of Egypt and Chanaan, and great affliction: and our fathers found no sustenance.
ἀκούσας δὲ Ἰακὼβ ὄντα σῖτά ἐν Αἰγύπτῳ ἐξαπέστειλεν τοὺς πατέρας ἡμῶν πρῶτον·

But when Jacob heard that there was corn in Egypt, he sent out our fathers first.
κατέβη δὲ Ἰακὼβ εἰς Αἴγυπτον καὶ ἐτελεύτησεν αὐτὸς καὶ οἱ πατέρες ἡμῶν

So Jacob went down into Egypt, and died, he, and our fathers,
Καθὼς δὲ ἤγγιζεν χρόνος τῆς ἐπαγγελίας ἧς ὡμοσεν θεὸς τῷ Ἀβραάμ ηὔξησεν λαὸς καὶ ἐπληθύνθη ἐν Αἰγύπτῳ

But when the time of the promise drew nigh, which God had sworn to Abraham, the people grew and multiplied in Egypt,
ἰδὼν εἶδον τὴν κάκωσιν τοῦ λαοῦ μου τοῦ ἐν Αἰγύπτῳ καὶ τοῦ στεναγμοῦ αὐτῶν ἤκουσα καὶ κατέβην ἐξελέσθαι αὐτούς· καὶ νῦν δεῦρο ἀποστέλω σε εἰς Αἴγυπτον

I have seen, I have seen the affliction of my people which is in Egypt, and I have heard their groaning, and am come down to deliver them. And now come, I will send thee into Egypt.
οὗτος ἐξήγαγεν αὐτοὺς ποιήσας τέρατα καὶ σημεῖα ἐν γῇ Αἰγύπτοῦ καὶ ἐν Ἐρυθρᾷ Θαλάσσῃ καὶ ἐν τῇ ἐρήμῳ ἔτη τεσσαράκοντα

He brought out, them after that he had shewed wonders and signs in the land of Egypt, and in the Red sea, and in the wilderness forty years.
οὐκ ἠθέλησαν ὑπήκοοι γενέσθαι οἱ πατέρες ἡμῶν ἀλλ' ἀπώσαντο καὶ ἐστράφησαν ταῖς καρδίαις αὐτῶν εἰς Αἴγυπτον

To whom our fathers would not obey, but thrust from them, him and in their hearts turned back again into Egypt,
εἰπόντες τῷ Ἀαρών Ποίησον ἡμῖν θεοὺς οἳ προπορεύσονται ἡμῶν· γὰρ Μωσῆς οὗτος ὃς ἐξήγαγεν ἡμᾶς ἐκ γῆς Αἰγύπτου οὐκ οἴδαμεν τί γέγονεν αὐτῷ

Saying unto Aaron, Make us gods to go before us: for as for this Moses, which brought out us of the land of Egypt, we wot not what is become of him.

Acts 13

θεὸς τοῦ λαοῦ τούτου Ἰσραὴλ ἐξελέξατο τοὺς πατέρας ἡμῶν καὶ τὸν λαὸν ὕψωσεν ἐν τῇ παροικίᾳ ἐν γῇ Αἰγύπτῳ καὶ μετὰ βραχίονος ὑψηλοῦ ἐξήγαγεν αὐτοὺς ἐξ αὐτῆς

The God of this people of Israel chose our fathers, and exalted the people when they dwelt as strangers in the land of Egypt, and with an high arm brought he them out of it.

Hebrews 3

τίνες γὰρ ἀκούσαντες παρεπίκραναν ἀλλ' οὐ πάντες οἱ ἐξελθόντες ἐξ Αἰγύπτου διὰ Μωσέως

For some, when they had heard, did provoke: howbeit not all that came out of Egypt by Moses.

Hebrews 8

οὐ κατὰ τὴν διαθήκην ἣν ἐποίησα τοῖς πατράσιν αὐτῶν ἐν ἡμέρᾳ ἐπιλαβομένου μου τῆς χειρὸς αὐτῶν ἐξαγαγεῖν αὐτοὺς ἐκ γῆς Αἰγύπτου ὅτι αὐτοὶ οὐκ ἐνέμειναν ἐν τῇ διαθήκῃ μου κἀγὼ ἠμέλησα αὐτῶν λέγει κύριος·

Not according to the covenant that I made with their fathers in the day when I took them by the hand to lead out them of the land of Egypt; because they continued not in my covenant, and I regarded not, them saith the Lord.

Hebrews 11

μείζονα πλοῦτον ἡγησάμενος τῶν ἐν Αἰγύπτῳ θησαυρῶν τὸν ὀνειδισμὸν τοῦ Χριστοῦ· ἀπέβλεπεν γὰρ εἰς τὴν μισθαποδοσίαν

Esteeming the reproach of Christ greater riches than the treasures in Egypt: for he had respect unto the recompence of the reward.
Πίστει κατέλιπεν Αἴγυπτον μὴ φοβηθεὶς τὸν θυμὸν τοῦ βασιλέως· τὸν γὰρ ἀόρατον ὡς ὁρῶν ἐκαρτέρησεν

By faith he forsook Egypt, not fearing the wrath of the king: for he endured, as seeing him who is invisible.

Jude 1

Ὑπομνῆσαι δὲ ὑμᾶς βούλομαι εἰδότας ὑμᾶς ἅπαξ τοῦτο ὅτι Κύριος λαὸν ἐκ γῆς Αἰγύπτου σώσας τὸ δεύτερον τοὺς μὴ πιστεύσαντας ἀπώλεσεν

I will therefore put in remembrance, you though ye once knew this, how that the Lord, having saved the people out of the land of Egypt, afterward destroyed them that believed not.

Revelation 11

καὶ τὰ πτῶματα αὐτῶν ἐπὶ τῆς πλατείας πόλεως τῆς μεγάλης ἥτις καλεῖται πνευματικῶς Σόδομα καὶ Αἴγυπτος ὅπου καὶ κύριος ἡμῶν ἐσταυρώθη

And their dead bodies shall lie in the street of the great city, which spiritually is called Sodom and Egypt, where also our Lord was crucified.
